背景技术
目前，酒类市场对于酒瓶外观的要求日新月异，同时在酒类的灌装生产中，对于酒类包装的外观要求越来越高，灌装生产所使用的酒瓶的形状很多时候不再是传统型的圆柱形酒瓶，更多的使用上宽下窄的微锥体形状的酒瓶，由于瓶身上宽下窄呈微锥状，瓶子重心偏高不稳，在生产过程中，使用上下只有一片星轮的传统拨轮，由于没有有效的固定，在传送过程中会产生不平稳状态，在进入打塞机和热缩帽机进行工作的时候，酒瓶会发生稍许位移偏差，导致酒类生产过程中的不合格产品率较高。

本实用新型为解决上述技术问题，提供一种可以让酒瓶稳定传送的装置，适用于灌装酒类生产线的正常生产之中。采用的技术方案如下：
一种可调节稳定拨轮装置，包括一个传统拨轮，它是由三号星轮和四号星轮上下各一片，连接部件垂直连接而成，其特征在于还包括一号星轮和二号星轮，所述一号星轮和二号星轮中心四周铣有四个以上圆弧形长孔，利用所述圆弧形长孔用螺栓将一号星轮和二号星轮分别固定于传统拨轮上下两侧。
并且一号星轮、二号星轮与传统拨轮上的三号星轮、四号星轮，形状完全相同，圆弧中心相互垂直。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：在生产过程中可以通过调节一号星轮和二号星轮角度，使该拨轮装置适应各种酒瓶瓶身尺寸，使酒瓶以稳定状态进入打塞和热缩帽的工序，提高了生产的合格率，减少瓶身的破损损耗。

一种可调节稳定拨轮装置，包括一个传统拨轮，它是由三号星轮2和四号星轮5上下各一片，同过连接部件垂直连接而成，还包括一号星轮1和二号星轮6，所述一号星轮1和二号星轮6中心四周铣有五个圆弧形长孔3，利用所述圆弧形长孔3用螺栓4将一号星轮1和二号星轮6分别固定于传统拨轮上下两侧。并且一号星轮1、二号星轮6与传统拨轮上的三号星轮2、四号星轮5，四片星轮形状完全相同，圆弧中心相互垂直。
通过调节一号星轮1和二号星轮6，改变凹凸处宽度，使拨轮适应瓶身形状，用螺栓4进行固定，使瓶身以稳定状态进入打塞和热缩帽的工序，提高生产的合格率，减少瓶身的破损损耗。
