本发明公开了一种塑料弹跳芯,包括塑料壳体,所述塑料壳体内部设置有由塑料一体成型的弹跳内芯,弹跳内芯一侧设置有与塑料壳体连接的弹簧,另一侧安装有导向杆,该导向杆上端部与塑料壳体固定,导向杆下端与弹跳内芯活动连接,所述弹跳内芯内设置有与导向杆下端部对应配合并使弹跳内芯处于开启或关闭状态的定位槽,弹跳内芯外侧设置有若干加强筋。这种塑料弹跳芯结构中,弹跳内芯和壳体均由塑料一体成型,易于加工,使零件具有良好的定位精度,整体密封效果稳定可靠,而且弹跳内芯外侧设置有若干加强筋,通过加强筋的定位可以大大减小歪斜度,更有利于密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫浴器具,特别是一种下水器弹跳芯。
背景技术
常见的下水器一般安装有弹跳芯来作为控制开关。在现有技术中,弹跳芯的内芯均采用铜制作,铜内芯的精密行程控制位置加工工艺复杂,尺寸不稳定,行程难以控制,容易产生整体密封不良;铜内芯及外壳用单螺钉、单方向控制歪斜度,控制歪斜度和检验比较困难,容易产生因歪斜而导致密封效果不良。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种弹跳芯,易于加工,具有良好的定位精度和密封效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种塑料弹跳芯,包括塑料壳体,所述塑料壳体内部设置有由塑料一体成型的弹跳内芯,弹跳内芯一侧设置有与塑料壳体连接的弹簧,另一侧安装有导向杆,该导向杆上端部与塑料壳体固定,导向杆下端与弹跳内芯活动连接,所述弹跳内芯内设置有与导向杆下端部对应配合并使弹跳内芯处于开启或关闭状态的定位槽,弹跳内芯外侧设置有若干加强筋。
所述弹跳内芯侧面设置有轴向凹槽,所述弹簧置于该轴向凹槽中,所述塑料壳体内设置有插入弹簧上部并将其固定的定位柱。
所述弹跳内芯内具有空腔,所述定位槽设置于该空腔中。
本发明的有益效果是:这种塑料弹跳芯结构中,弹跳内芯和壳体均由塑料一体成型,易于加工,使零件具有良好的定位精度,整体密封效果稳定可靠,而且弹跳内芯外侧设置有若干加强筋,通过加强筋的定位可以大大减小歪斜度,更有利于密封。

参照图1至图3,本发明的一种塑料弹跳芯,包括塑料壳体1,所述塑料壳体1内部设置有由塑料一体成型的弹跳内芯2,弹跳内芯2一侧设置有与塑料壳体连接的弹簧3,另一侧安装有导向杆4,该导向杆上端部与塑料壳体1固定,导向杆下端与弹跳内芯2活动连接,所述弹跳内芯2内设置有与导向杆下端部对应配合并使弹跳内芯处于开启或关闭状态的定位槽5,弹跳内芯2外侧设置有若干加强筋6。这种塑料弹跳芯结构中,弹跳内芯和壳体均由塑料一体成型,易于加工,使零件具有良好的定位精度,整体密封效果稳定可靠,而且弹跳内芯外侧设置有若干加强筋,通过加强筋的定位可以大大减小歪斜度,更有利于密封。
其中,所述弹跳内芯2侧面设置有轴向凹槽7,所述弹簧3置于该轴向凹槽7中,所述塑料壳体1内设置有插入弹簧上部并将其固定的定位柱8;所述弹跳内芯2内具有空腔9,所述定位槽5设置于该空腔9中,使产品结构更紧凑合理,有利于减小产品体积。

1.一种塑料弹跳芯,包括塑料壳体(1),其特征在于:所述塑料壳体(1)内部设置有由塑料一体成型的弹跳内芯(2),弹跳内芯(2)一侧设置有与塑料壳体连接的弹簧(3),另一侧安装有导向杆(4),该导向杆上端部与塑料壳体(1)固定,导向杆下端与弹跳内芯(2)活动连接,所述弹跳内芯(2)内设置有与导向杆下端部对应配合并使弹跳内芯处于开启或关闭状态的定位槽(5),弹跳内芯(2)外侧设置有若干加强筋(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料弹跳芯,其特征在于:所述弹跳内芯(2)侧面设置有轴向凹槽(7),所述弹簧(3)置于该轴向凹槽(7)中,所述塑料壳体(1)内设置有插入弹簧上部并将其固定的定位柱(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料弹跳芯,其特征在于:所述弹跳内芯(2)内具有空腔(9),所述定位槽(5)设置于该空腔(9)中。
