本实用新型公开了一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,包括上模、下模,所述的下模的模芯上设有成型异形挤出螺杆轴向通孔的芯棒,芯棒的四周设有四个滑块,四滑块的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,所述的四滑块与上模采用斜导柱驱动连接。上模上设有四根斜导柱,下模上设有四个滑块,四滑块呈间隔90°环形排列,四滑块的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,采用四斜导柱配合四滑块的机构,脱模时四滑块在斜导柱的作用下分别向外侧滑动,脱离产品。本实用新型的设计有效的减小了模具在滑块运动方向的尺寸,也就是能够省去四个驱动装置,在减小模具整体体积的同时,还减低的生产成本。本实用新型属于模具技术领域。

本实用新型属于模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具。 
背景技术
榨汁机内部设有一个呈圆锥状且外壁设有螺旋槽的本体,业内称其为异形挤出螺杆,目前业内在成型异形挤出螺杆均在下模上设有四个抽芯机构,分别位于异形挤出螺杆的四周,四个抽芯机构上的滑块内侧整合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,四个滑块的后面需要采用四个驱动装置来实现滑块的运动,这样一来就会导致整幅模具体积大。因此现有的模具整体体积变大,重量变重,制造成本变高,不适合企业轻量化和减低企业成本的要求。因此设计一款可减小模具体积的用于成型异形挤出螺杆的模具是目前所需的。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以减小模具体积,降低生产成本的榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具。 
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,包括上模、下模,所述的下模的模芯上设有成型异形挤出螺杆轴向通孔的芯棒,芯棒的四周设有四个滑块,四滑块的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,所述的四滑块与上模采用斜导柱驱动连接。 
所述的上模上设有四根斜导柱,斜导柱下端与滑块滑配合。 
所述四滑块均滑动配合在下模模芯上,四滑块呈间隔90°环形排列。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,上模上设有四根斜导柱,下模上设有四个滑块,四滑块呈间隔90°环形排列,四滑块的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,采用四斜导柱配合四滑块的机构,脱模时四滑块在斜导柱的作用下分别向外侧滑动,脱离产品。本实用新型的设计有效的减小了模具在滑块运动方向的尺寸,也就是能够省去四个驱动装置,在减小模具整体体积的同时,还减低的生产成本。

参照图1所示,本实用新型一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,包括上模1、下模2,所述的下模2的模芯上设有成型异形挤出螺杆轴向通孔的芯棒3,芯棒3的四周设有四个滑块4,四滑块4的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,所述的四滑块4与上模1采用斜导柱5驱动连接。图1中为本实用新型爆炸图,为了能更清楚的现实模具内部结构,本实用新型在图1中省略了其中一根斜导柱5。 
所述的上模1上设有四根斜导柱5,斜导柱5下端与滑块4滑配合。 
所述四滑块4均滑动配合在下模2模芯上,四滑块4呈间隔90°环形排列。

1.一种榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,包括上模(1)、下模(2),其特征在于:所述的下模(2)的模芯上设有成型异形挤出螺杆轴向通孔的芯棒(3),芯棒(3)的四周设有四个滑块(4),四滑块(4)的内侧配合形成成型异形挤出螺杆的型腔,所述的四滑块(4)与上模(1)采用斜导柱(5)驱动连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,其特征在于:所述的上模(1)上设有四根斜导柱(5),斜导柱(5)下端与滑块(4)滑配合。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机异形挤出螺杆成型模具,其特征在于:所述四滑块(4)均滑动配合在下模(2)模芯上,四滑块(4)呈间隔90°环形排列。
