本发明涉及丝绸面料的制备领域,具体涉及一种仿真丝绸的印花工艺。
背景技术
真丝绸具有手感柔软、滑爽、丰满、强悬垂感等特点深受人们的喜欢。但真丝绸的色牢度差,产量低,价格昂贵,且对加工工艺要求要,缩水率高等缺点。为了提高棉织物产品和服装的品质,增加企业的市场竞争力,国内外各企业联合高等院校和科研院所,针对棉织物仿真丝方面进行了比较广泛的探索和研究,进而推动了仿真丝绸在市场的占有率,降低了丝绸的成本。
申请号201310639851.6,名称为一种涤纶仿真丝绸的印花工艺,包括如下步骤:1)织物白坯在175-180℃焙烘预定型25-30秒;2)制得印浆;3)根据所需花型在所述印花机上选用合适的刮刀或磁棒对所述织物进行印制;4)织物在165-170℃蒸化7-9分钟;5)织物在170-175℃焙烘4-6分钟;6)将织物放入绳状水洗机,添加4-5质量份连二亚硫酸钠、2-3质量份液碱、6-7质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10-60质量份水,水洗温度70-75℃,水洗去除糊料;7)将织物在含有3-5g/L柔软剂和7-9g/L抗静电剂的整理液中一浸一轧,pH为5-6,轧液率为95%;8)织物在185-190℃焙烘10-15秒。虽然本发明印花工艺比较简单,但色牢度交差,花样容易脱落,且抗静电效果差。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种仿真丝绸的印花工艺,该印花工艺简单易行,且所得花样色牢度高,不易受环境影响。
