Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:步骤1、称取原料,步骤2,原料混合,加热;步骤3,向步骤2中的混合原料中加入水性环氧树脂;步骤4,成型及抗菌性处理。能够制备出的假肢能更好的抗菌或抗微生物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,涉及一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法。
背景技术
假肢体的作用是用于安装于人体的断肢上,替代原有的人类肢体,所以其不仅需要满足美观的要求,而且需要满足弹性、抗老化性等要求。因此,采用何种材料来制备假肢就显得很关键,现有的常用材料主要为合金类与高分子材料类两大类。两者各有优劣,其中,合金类可以满足弹性等力学性能的高要求,但成本很高,而高分子材料类,目前的高分子材料假肢体,仿真性强,但无法达不到适于人身的力学性能,不便于配戴者的自由行动。
现有的高分子材料虽然可以满足强度和弹性等的要求,用来制造假肢,但是作为与人体接触的假肢,其还需要较强的抗菌性和耐腐蚀性,现有并没有专门用于制造假肢的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,制备出的假肢能更好的抗菌或抗微生物。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、称取原料,
步骤2,原料混合,加热;
步骤3,向步骤2中的混合原料中加入水性环氧树脂;
步骤4,成型及抗菌性处理。
本发明的特征还在于,
步骤1中,按照以下组分称取原料:
聚氨脂100份、铝13-16份,镍6-9份、EAT3-5份、水性环氧树脂1-4份。
步骤2具体为:
步骤2.1,将步骤1中称取的原料进行充分的混合,
步骤2.2,在高温下将混合物进行加热,加热温度为700~1150℃。
步骤3具体为:
加入水性环氧树脂时,进行搅拌的速度为200r/min;加入时同时加热,加热温度800℃。
步骤4具体为:
步骤4.1,将步骤3制备成的原料加工成型。
步骤4.2,将抗菌或者抗微生物处理剂涂覆在成型后的高分子假肢件上。
通过本发明的方法制备的用于制造假肢体的高分子材料既满足了作为人的肢体替代品对其力学性能的实用要求,又可达到制备的假肢具有仿真的特点,还满足了抗菌以及耐腐蚀的要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1,称取原料,
按照以下组分称取原料,
聚氨脂100份、铝13-16份,镍6-9份、EAT3-5份、水性环氧树脂1-4份。
步骤2,原料混合,加热;
步骤2.1,将步骤1中称取的原料进行充分的混合,
步骤2.2,在高温下将混合物进行加热,加热温度为700~1150℃。
步骤3,向步骤2中的混合原料中加入水性环氧树脂;
加入水性环氧树脂时,进行搅拌的速度为200r/min;加入时同时加热,加热温度800℃。
步骤4,成型及抗菌性处理,具体步骤为,
步骤4.1,将步骤3制备成的原料加工成型。
步骤4.2,将抗菌或者抗微生物处理剂涂覆在成型后的高分子假肢件上。
所述的抗菌或者抗微生物处理剂中含有有杀菌功效的金属及化合物,如硝酸银、乙酸银等。
可以抑制微生物诸如细菌、病毒、或真菌的生长,或者它们在较高浓度时可以对微生物诸如细菌、病毒、或真菌具有杀死作用。将这些化合物和盐置于溶液或涂层中,起到抗菌或抗微生物的作用。
抗菌或抗微生物处理剂中,也可包括抗生素类的成分,如磺胺和头孢菌素,以此来增加抗菌性。
Claims (5)
1.一种具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、称取原料,
步骤2,原料混合,加热;
步骤3,向步骤2中的混合原料中加入水性环氧树脂;
步骤4,成型及抗菌性处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤1中,按照以下组分称取原料:
聚氨脂100份、铝13-16份,镍6-9份、EAT3-5份、水性环氧树脂1-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤2具体为:
步骤2.1,将步骤1中称取的原料进行充分的混合,
步骤2.2,在高温下将混合物进行加热,加热温度为700~1150℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3具体为:
加入水性环氧树脂时,进行搅拌的速度为200r/min;加入时同时加热,加热温度800℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具备抗菌性的高分子材料假肢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤4具体为:
步骤4.1,将步骤3制备成的原料加工成型;
步骤4.2,将抗菌或者抗微生物处理剂涂覆在成型后的高分子假肢件上。
