Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合抗菌整理剂及其制备方法,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为5~11μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.5~1.7;所述芯材为金属或金属氧化物,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。本发明所述抗菌整理剂能够稳定附着在织物表面,且具有良好的耐热性;本发明所述整理剂抗菌性强,安全可靠,绿色环保。

Description

一种复合抗菌整理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种功能性织物的整理化合物,具体为一种复合抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,尤其是与生活息息相关的纺织品,特别是安全、舒适、健康、清洁等观念的形成,使纺织的抗菌、防霉、防臭等后整理加工更加受到人们的重视。
多孔性纺织品易吸收人体汗腺和皮脂腺分泌的汗水、新陈代谢产物和皮脂等排泄物,从而形成微生物的营养源,极易导致微生物的滋生和繁殖。特别是在潮湿、营养和合适的温度下,微生物繁殖迅速,并在织物上生成菌斑,使纺织品产生霉变、脆化甚至变质,以致在穿着或应用过程中人体不适或对人体产生不良影响。另外,细菌还分解人体分泌物,产生氨等异味物质,从而产生肮脏体味,导致皮肤疾病的传播或感染。
现有技术中,赋予织物抗菌性能的方法是进行浸渍整理,在浸泡期间,部分或全部织物整理化合物从溶液中转移到织物上。织物从溶液中拿出并干燥后,一定量的织物整理化合物附着在织物上。然而该方式整理后的织物从浸渍液体溶液中拿出后,整理在织物表面的整理剂在水洗、烘干过程中会有部分丧失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种能在织物表面稳定附着,且抗菌效果良好的整理剂,本发明提供了一种复合抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种复合抗菌整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为5~11μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.5~1.7;所述芯材为金属或金属氧化物,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
优选的,所述金属为铜,银,锌或锡。
优选的,所述金属氧化物为氧化锌或氧化银。
优选的,所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按质量比1:1.5~4组成。
一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.8~1.5%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.5~2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、金属或金属氧化物的粉末,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为7.5~8.2,反应25~40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0~4℃,加入固化剂,固化25~40min后调节pH值6.8~7.5,再移入42~50℃水浴中固化1.5~4h得到抗菌微胶囊乳液,将抗菌微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到抗菌整理剂。
优选的,所述乳化剂为吐温-80或OP-80。
优选的,所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯醇。
优选的,所述固化剂为戊二醛、双醛淀粉或谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述抗菌整理剂能够稳定附着在织物表面,且具有良好的耐热性;(2)本发明所述整理剂抗菌性强,安全可靠,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种复合抗菌整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为5μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.5;所述芯材为金属,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述金属为铜。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按质量比1:1.5组成。
一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.8%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.5%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、金属或金属氧化物的粉末,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为7.5,反应25min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0℃,加入固化剂,固化25min后调节pH值6.8,再移入42℃水浴中固化1.5h得到抗菌微胶囊乳液,将抗菌微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到抗菌整理剂。
所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。

实施例2
一种复合抗菌整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为8μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:1;所述芯材为金属氧化物,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述金属氧化物为氧化银。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按质量比1:2.2组成。
一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为1.1%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为1.2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、金属或金属氧化物的粉末,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为7.8,反应32min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至2℃,加入固化剂,固化32min后调节pH值7.2,再移入45℃水浴中固化2.5h得到抗菌微胶囊乳液,将抗菌微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到抗菌整理剂。
所述乳化剂为OP-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
所述固化剂为双醛淀粉。
实施例3
一种复合抗菌整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为11μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:1.7;所述芯材为金属,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述金属为锌。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按质量比1:4组成。
一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为1.5%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、金属或金属氧化物的粉末,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为8.2,反应40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至4℃,加入固化剂,固化40min后调节pH值7.5,再移入50℃水浴中固化4h得到抗菌微胶囊乳液,将抗菌微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到抗菌整理剂。
所述乳化剂为OP-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
所述固化剂为谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
对实施例1~3制备获得的抗菌整理剂进行性能测试,检测抑菌率,结果如下:

Claims (8)

1.一种复合抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为5~11μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.5~1.7;所述芯材为金属或金属氧化物,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述金属为铜,银,锌或锡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物为氧化锌或氧化银。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按质量比1:1.5~4组成。
5.权利要求1~4任一所述一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.8~1.5%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.5~2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、金属或金属氧化物的粉末,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为7.5~8.2,反应25~40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0~4℃,加入固化剂,固化25~40min后调节pH值6.8~7.5,再移入42~50℃水浴中固化1.5~4h得到抗菌微胶囊乳液,将抗菌微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到抗菌整理剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为吐温-80或OP-80。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯醇。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化剂为戊二醛、双醛淀粉或谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
