技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于小儿手足口病治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
手足口病是由多种肠道病毒引起的丙类传染病，多发生于学龄前儿童，尤以 3岁以下年龄组发病率最高。可引起手、足、口腔及臀部等水疱疹和发热的主要特征，少数患者可合并肺水肿、心肌炎和无菌性脑膜炎、脑炎等并发症。该病传染性强，病情进展快，病死率较高，是近年来临床比较棘手的一个问题，特别是今年来发病时间提前，发病特点不一致，不典型，转为重症、死亡的患者的比例较高，发病率等均有上升趋势。
手足口病分普通型手足口病例和重症手足口病例。普通型手足口病例只表现手足口或臀部皮疹，当然也有部分患儿只在某一个或两个部分可见皮疹，还有部分病例开始时不见皮疹，只有发烧，过2-3天才起皮疹。
目前西医尚无特效药物，主要是对症处理。中医学认为，手足口病属于“温病”范畴，普通型全身症状不重，由时行疫毒经口鼻而入，湿热邪毒发于手足，熏于口咽，透于肌肤，发为疱疹。治宜清热解毒、疏风散热、化湿透邪。
本发明用于手足口病治疗的中药配方，针对手足口病病因病机，散大邪，请热毒，治以疏表解毒，凉营透邪，清热利湿的同时，还能帮助脾胃恢复正常的运化功能，达到标本兼顾，减轻症状，减少痛苦，缩短病程，达到患儿迅速康复的目的。

本发明提供了一种治疗手足口病的中药制剂及制备方法；本发明中药制剂精选天然植物药为原料，根据中医配方理论，选药合理，清热解毒功效强大，各种原料药相互配合协调在作用，对于治疗手足口病具有见效快、疗效好、药效确切，安全方便的优点，可广泛应用于手足口病的临床治疗。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：黄岑6~7g，葛根12~16g，黄连2~4g，甘草3~5g，升麻3~5g，赤芍7g，浮萍7g，薏苡仁12~16g，茅根12~16g，竹叶7g，羚羊角1~2g，水牛角12~16g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用冷水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，然后用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣3cm的热水，煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，取药液120ml，每天1剂，分3~5次温服，将剩下的药渣药液煎热浸洗手足患处，每日1次，羚羊角、水牛角另煎1小时，取药液150~300ml，代开水饮。

具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗手足口病的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：黄岑6~7g，葛根12~16g，黄连2~4g，甘草3~5g，升麻3~5g，赤芍7g，浮萍7g，薏苡仁12~16g，茅根12~16g，竹叶7g，羚羊角1~2g，水牛角12~16g。
实施例2：如果患者高热持续不退，在上述组分中加石膏30~45g。
实施例3：如果患者大便干结，在上述组分中加生大黄3~5g（后下）。
实施例4：如果患者发热无汗，在上述组分中加青蒿5~6g（后下），荆芥5~6g（后下）。

1、临床资料
符合手足口病普通型诊断标准的 48例患儿，男24例，女24例；年龄9个月～6.8岁，平均2.6岁；病程最短1天，最长3天，平均2.6天。
2、疗效标准
治愈:体温正常，皮疹消退，口腔溃疡愈合；
有效:体温正常，皮疹减少，口腔溃疡部分减少；
无效:体温高于正常，皮疹及口腔溃疡无变化。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：临床治愈42例，有效4例，无效2例，总有效率95.83％。
典型案例：
张某，男，4岁，辽宁铁岭人。患儿因突发咳嗽、咽疼、发热、恶风寒等症状前来我院就诊，除上述症状外，患儿手掌、手背、足背、足底、咽后壁可见数个大小不等的红色丘疹，部分被抓破，有淡红色分泌物，经检查诊断为手足口病，服用本发明配方1个疗程，上述症状减轻；服用本发明配方2个疗程后，上述症状全部消失，随访无复发，彻底治愈。

4.如权利要求1所述的治疗小儿手足口病的中药，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括鹿茸16g，补骨脂16g，鹿角霜16g，紫河车18g。
