技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药领域,尤其是涉及一种失眠症补益心脾药剂及制备方法。
背景技术
失眠是指入睡困难、睡眠中间易醒及早醒、睡眠质量低下、睡眠时间明显减少,有严重的患者还彻夜不眠。长期失眠易引起心烦易乱、疲乏无力,甚至以头痛、多梦、多汗、记忆力减退,还可引起一系列临床症状,并诱发一些身心性疾病。主要表现为入睡困难,断断续续不连贯,而过早地醒来,醒后不能再继续睡,有睡眠不足,全身乏力,倦怠感觉,多因健康情况不佳,疼痛、感觉不适,生理节奏被打乱,睡眠环境影响等,也有怕睡眠而失眠的。可根据不同的原因采取相应的措施。
失眠是由于情志、饮食内伤,或病后及年迈,禀赋不足,心虚胆怯等病因,引起心神失养或心神不安,从而导致经常不能获得正常睡眠为特征的一类病症。主要表现为睡眠时间、深度的不足以及不能消除疲劳、恢复体力与精力,轻者入睡困难,或寐而不酣,时寐时醒,或醒后不能再寐,重则彻夜不寐。失眠是临床常见病症之一,虽不属于危重疾病,但妨碍人们正常生活、工作、学习和健康,并能加重或诱发心悸、胸痹、眩晕、头痛、中风病等病症。顽固性的失眠,给病人带来长期的痛苦,甚至形成对安眠药物的依赖,而长期服用安眠药物又可引起医源性疾病。从中医角度看,失眠基本为五种类型,肝郁化火:多由恼怒烦闷而生,表现为少寐,急躁易怒、目赤口苦、大便干结、舌红苔黄、脉弦而数。痰热内扰:常由饮食不节,暴饮暴食、恣食肥甘生冷、或嗜酒成癖,导致肠胃受热,痰热上扰。表现为不寐、头重、胸闷、心烦、喛气、吞酸、不思饮食,苔黄腻,脉滑数。阴虚火旺:多因身体虚精亏,纵欲过度,遗精,使肾阴耗竭,心火独亢,表现为心烦不寐,五心烦热,耳鸣健忘,舌红,脉细数。心脾两虚:由于年迈体虚,劳心伤神或久病大病之后,引起气虚血亏,表现为多梦易醒,头晕目眩,神疲乏力,面黄色少华,舌淡苔溥,脉细弱。心胆气虚:由于突然受惊,或耳闻巨响,目暏异物,或涉险临危,表现为噩梦惊扰,夜寐易醒,胆怯心悸,遇事易惊,舌淡脉细弦。
失眠的危害是显而易见的,从短期效应来看,睡眠不足直接影响的是第二天的工作与学习,精神萎靡,疲惫无力,情绪不稳,注意力不集中。而从长远的角度来看,危害更是巨大和深远的,大多数患者长期失眠,越想睡越睡不着,越急越睡不下,易引发焦虑症;同时失眠对于很多人来说都是诱发某种潜在疾病的可能,如植物神经功能失调,易患神经功能亢进等,出现多汗,心悸,心跳快,呼吸急阻,肌肉收缩,颤抖,尿急尿频,胸部有压迫感,腹胀而泻,咽部阻碍感,四肢无力麻木等症状;失眠对人的社会性也会造成极大的危害,由于长期陷入对于睡眠的担心与恐慌中,人会变得多疑、敏感、易怒,以及相当的缺乏自信,这些势必影响其在家庭和工作中的人际关系,从而产生孤独感、挫败感。
在现有的中医药治疗失眠症的方法中,公开号CN101954006A(申请号201010272744.0)的专利公开了一种治疗失眠的中药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:酸枣仁6-12份、丹参4-10份、灯心草1-3份、淡竹叶9-15份、半夏3-9份、夏枯草6-12份、玄参9-15份、榆白皮9-15份、花荵3-9份、茯神9-15份、百合6-12份、柿叶3-9份、合欢皮9-15份、金针菜10-20份、缬草3-9份。公开号CN102462748A(申请号201010543141.X)的专利公开了一种虚症失眠丸,它由下述药物制成,所述药物以重量份数表示包括:黄连5-10 蜂王浆冻干粉1-5 阿胶5-10 白芍5-10 黄岑5-10 蜂花粉1-5 鸡蛋黄( 粉)1-5。公开号CN 103479961A(申请号201210195810.8)的专利公开了一种治疗失眠的中药,它是由以下重量克数的原料制成:茯神10-14克,黄连10-14克,柴胡13-17克,竹茹13-17克,郁金13-17克,香附13-17克,陈皮10-14克,节菖蒲13-17克,半夏10-14克,胆南星10-14克,天竺黄10-14克,远志12-16克。
包括上述专利文献在内的现有技术虽然在治疗失眠症方面取得了一定的疗效,但还存在一些不足。现在临床上也有一些中成药,如补心丹、磁朱丸、朱砂安神丸等,但是它们在疗效上并没有取得令人满意的效果,而且多数容易造成对药物的依赖性。
发明内容
针对现有治疗失眠症相对缺乏的现状,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种失眠症补益心脾药剂,具有易操作、疗效显著的特点,具有镇心安神和泻火养阴的功效,对心神不宁、烦乱怔忡、胸中烦闷、热入心血、失眠多梦、精神抑郁、神志恍惚等症均有很好的疗效。并且它采用地方上较为常见的中药材作为原料,成本低廉。另一目的就是提供上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:

失眠症补益心脾药剂,更加优选的方案为,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:蜘蛛香8份;藁本11份;生龙骨30份;生牡蛎35份;白薇12份;橘叶11份;生地8份;长白楤木7.5份;川牛膝13份;玄参8份;麦冬7份;栀子11份;(炒)枳壳10份;罗布麻9份;(生)甘草4.5份;当归15份;麦饭石6份;百合35份;瓜蒌子15份;勾藤12份;白芍13份;茯神10.5份;远志11份。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将麦饭石研碎,过80-120目筛;
(2)取麦麸置锅内,炒至冒烟时,加入瓜蒌子,炒至表皮微微鼓起,取出,筛去麦麸,晾凉,捣碎待用;
(3)将蜘蛛香、藁本、白薇、生地、长白楤木、川牛膝、玄参、麦冬、(生)甘草、当归、白芍、茯神和远志用清水浸泡,浸泡的水待澄清滤净后,倾入砂锅内,药材待用;
(4)将生龙骨和生牡蛎刷净泥土,打碎,置于步骤(3)的砂锅中,煎煮30-50分钟,加入步骤(3)所得的药材,煮沸20-40分钟,加入橘叶、栀子、(炒)枳壳、罗布麻、百合和勾藤,煮沸两次,每次20-40分钟,两次滤液合并,加入步骤(1)-(2)所得物,混合均匀,加入适量乙醇,静置3-7小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成稠膏(45℃),调制成轻压则散的软材,烘干,粉碎,得药粉。
(5)将蜂蜜置于锅内,用文火熬炼,等蜂蜜熬至粘稠状,再掺入药粉,充分拌匀成药膏,按中医传统制丸方法制成药丸,即得丸剂。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(1)过90-110目筛(优选地,过100目筛)。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(3)清水浸泡5-7小时(优选地,浸泡6小时)。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(4)乙醇用量为滤液质量的0.5-1.5倍(优选0.75-1.25倍,更加优选1倍)。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(4)浓缩成1.2-1.4的稠膏(优选地,浓缩成1.3的稠膏)。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(4)在70-90℃下烘干(优选地,在80℃下烘干)。
上述失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(5)按每公斤药粉配0.4-0.6公斤蜂蜜(优选每公斤药粉配0.45-0.55公斤蜂蜜,更加优选每公斤药粉配0.5公斤蜂蜜)。
制丸规格:每10丸重5-6g。
使用方法:为使本发明达到最佳治疗效果,每次服用10-15丸,每日3次,5天为一个疗程。
各原料药的药理功效分别为:
蜘蛛香:味辛,微苦,性温。为败酱科属植物蜘蛛香的根茎。根和根茎主要含挥发性成分,还含有咖啡酸。对中枢神经具有抑制作用,有抗肿瘤的作用。具有理气和中,散寒除湿,活血消肿的功效。用于主脘腹胀痛,哎吐泄泻,小儿疳积,风寒湿痹,肢气水肿,月经不调,跌打损伤,疮疖。
藁本:味辛,性温。归膀胱经。为伞形科植物藁本或辽藁本的干燥根茎及根。具有祛风,散寒,除湿,止痛的功效。用于风寒感冒,巅顶疼痛,风湿肢节痹痛。
生龙骨:味甘、涩,性平。入心、肝、肾经。为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨胳的化石。主含碳酸钙(CaCO3)、磷酸钙(Ca3(PO4)2),少量铁、镁、铝、钾、钠、氯、硫酸根等。生品具有潜阳安神的功效,用于阴虚阳亢,烦躁易怒,心悸失眠,头晕目眩,癫狂惊等症。煅后功偏收敛固涩,多用于遗精早泄,带下崩漏,虚汗久泻,湿疮痒疹,疮口不敛,外伤出血等。此外,煅研外用,能收湿敛疮,又治湿疮流水,日久不愈者。
生牡蛎:味咸,性微寒。归肝、胆、肾经。为牡蛎科动物长牡蛎、大连湾牡蛎或近江牡蛎的贝壳。具有重镇安神,潜阳补阴,软坚散结,收敛固涩的功效。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疬痰核,癥瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸。
白薇:味苦、咸,性寒。归胃、肝、肾经。为萝藦摩科植物白薇或蔓生白薇的干燥根及根茎。具有清热凉血,利尿通淋,解毒疗疮的功效。用于温邪伤营发热,阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热、产后血虚发热,热淋,血淋,痈疽肿毒。
橘叶:味苦、辛,性平。入肝经。为芸香科植物福橘或朱橘等多种橘类的叶。橘及其变种的叶中含维生素C,另含多种碳水化合物,如葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、淀粉和纤维素等等,其含量在开花时较高,果实成熟时渐减少,采摘后又增多。各种橘叶均含挥发油。温州蜜橘的叶中含维生素C 151毫克。具有疏肝,行气,化痰,消肿毒的功效。用于治胁痛,乳痈,肺痈,咳嗽,胸膈痞满,疝气。
生地:味甘、苦,性微寒。归心、肝、肾经。为玄参科植物,其根部为传统中药之一。具有清热凉血、养阴生津的功效,本品味甘苦、性寒而入血分,能清营血分之热而凉血。用于温热病之高热,口渴,头晕目眩,舌红绛,温热病后期,邪热伤津者。另外,本品通过凉血尚有止血之功效,可用于血热的各种出血症。处方如六味地黄丸。消渴病属热盛伤津者亦可用生地治疗。
长白楤木:味辛、苦,性温。为五加科楤木属植物长白楤木的根及根茎。长白楤木的根中含贝壳杉烯酸、贝壳杉醇酸、长白楤木酸、胡萝卜苷、β-谷甾醇、阿魏酸和咖啡酸。对中枢神经系统的作用 长白楤木挥发油有明显的镇静作用,长白楤木提取物亦有明显的镇静、抗惊厥、镇痛和解热作用。抗炎作用:长白楤木对体液免疫和细胞免疫,以及对变态反应后期炎症介质的释放和致炎作用均有明显抑制作用。具有祛风除湿,活血,解毒的功效。用于风寒湿痹,腰膝酸痛,头痛,齿痛,跌打伤痛,痈肿。
川牛膝:味甘、微苦,性平。归肝、肾经。为苋科植物川牛膝的干燥根。具有逐瘀通经,通利关节,利尿通淋的功效。用于经闭癌瘤,胞衣不下,关节痹痛,足康筋挛,尿血血淋,跌扑损伤。
玄参:味甘、苦、咸,性微寒。归肺、胃、肾经。为玄参科植物玄参的干燥根。具有凉血滋阴,泻火解毒的功效。用于热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,温毒发斑,津伤便秘,骨蒸劳嗽,目赤,咽痛,瘰病,白喉,痈肿疮毒。
麦冬:味甘、微苦,性微寒。归心、肺、胃经。为百合科植物麦冬的干燥块根。具有养阴生津,润肺清心的功效。用于肺燥干咳。虚痨咳嗽,津伤口渴,心烦失眠,内热消渴,肠燥便秘;咽白喉。
栀子:味苦,性寒。归心、肺、三焦经。为茜草科植物栀子的干燥成熟果实。具有泻火除烦,清热利尿,凉血解毒的功效。用于热病心烦,黄疽尿赤,血淋涩痛,血热吐衄,目赤肿痛,火毒疮疡;外治扭挫伤痛。
(炒)枳壳:味苦、辛、酸,性温。归脾、胃经。为芸香科植物酸橙及其栽培变种的干燥未成熟果实。具有理气宽中,行滞消胀的功效。用于胸胁气滞,胀满疼痛,食积不化,痰饮内停,胃下垂,脱肛,子宫脱垂。
罗布麻:味甘、微苦,性凉。为夹竹桃科罗布麻属植物罗布麻的叶。叶含槲皮素,异槲皮苷,金丝桃苷,三叶豆苷,云英苷,芸香苷,右旋儿茶素,蒽醌,以及谷氨酸、丙氨酸等多种氨基酸。具有清热,平肝,安神,利水的功效。用于高血压病,眩晕,头痛,心悸,失眠,水肿尿少。
(生)甘草:味甘,性平。归心。肺、脾、胃经。为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根及根茎。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的功效。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,院腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
当归:味甘、辛,性温。归肝、心、脾经。为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便的功效。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡。酒当归活血通经,用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
麦饭石:味甘,性温。为中酸性火成岩类岩石石英二长斑岩。麦饭石的主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐。其中包括SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、FeO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na2O、TiO2、P2O5、MnO等,还含有动物所需的全部常量元素,如:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素,约58种之多。具有解毒生肌,祛湿健脾的功效。用于痈疽发背,痤疮,湿疹,脚气,痱子,手指皲裂,黄褐斑,牙痛,口腔溃疡,风湿痹痛,腰背痛,慢性肝炎,胃炎,痢疾,糖尿病,神经衰弱,外伤红肿,高血压病,老年性血管硬化,肿瘤,尿路结石。一般作保健用品。
百合:味甘,性寒。归心、肺经。为百合科植物卷丹、百合或细叶百合的干燥肉质鳞叶。具有养阴润肺,清心安神的功效。用于阴虚久咳,痰中带血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
瓜蒌子:味甘,性寒。归肺、胃、大肠经。为葫芦科植物栝楼或双边栝楼的干燥成熟种子。具有润肺化痰,滑肠通便的功效。用于燥咳痰黏,肠燥便秘。
勾藤:味甘,性凉。归肝、心包经。勾藤又名钓藤、吊藤、藤钩子、钓钩藤、莺爪风、嫩钩钩、金钩藤、挂钩藤、钩丁、倒挂金钩、钩耳。茜草科植物钩藤或华钩藤及其同属多种植物的带钩枝条。主要成分:含钧藤碱、异钩藤碱、柯诺辛因碱、异柯诺辛因碱、柯楠因碱、二氢柯楠因碱、硬毛帽柱木碱、硬毛帽柱木因碱。异钩藤、赛鸡纳碱、异赛鸡纳碱、毛帽柱木碱、去氢毛帽柱木碱、兜花木碱及二氢兜花木碱。具有清热平肝,息风定惊的功效。用于头痛眩晕,感冒夹惊,惊痫抽搐,妊娠子痫;高血压。
白芍:味苦、酸,性微寒。归肝、脾经。为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根。具有平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗的功效。用于头痛眩晕,胁痛,腹痛,四肢挛痛,血虚萎黄,月经不调,自汗,盗汗。
茯神:味甘、淡,性平。归心、脾经。为多孔菌科卧孔属植物茯苓的菌核,原物种为低等植物,是寄生在松树上的真菌。具有渗湿、健脾、宁心等功效。用于痰饮,水肿,小便不利,泄泻,心悸,眩晕。
远志:味苦、辛,性温。归心、肾、肺经。为远志科植物远志或卵叶远志的干燥根。具有安神益智,祛痰,消肿的功效。用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦、健忘惊悸、神志恍惚,咳痰不爽,疮疡肿毒,乳房肿痛。
本发明失眠症补益心脾药剂基于中医中药治疗失眠的原理,选用的药材比较常见,价格低廉且易操作。针对工作或生活压力大,机体免疫力降低等造成的失眠,以调节恢复失调的身体状态,从而保持愉悦的身心状况。对各种原因导致的失眠均有极好的疗效。

实施例1失眠症补益心脾药剂,取下述主要原料制备而成,每份取10g:蜘蛛香5份;藁本6份;生龙骨20份;生牡蛎25份;白薇9份;橘叶6份;生地5份;长白楤木6份;川牛膝9份;玄参6份;麦冬5份;栀子6份;(炒)枳壳5份;罗布麻6份;(生)甘草3份;当归10份;麦饭石4份;百合25份;瓜蒌12子份;勾藤9份;白芍10份;茯神9份;远志6份。
失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将麦饭石研碎,过80目筛;
(2)取麦麸置锅内,炒至冒烟时,加入瓜蒌子,炒至表皮微微鼓起,取出,筛去麦麸,晾凉,捣碎待用;

失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将麦饭石研碎,过120目筛;
(2)取麦麸置锅内,炒至冒烟时,加入瓜蒌子,炒至表皮微微鼓起,取出,筛去麦麸,晾凉,捣碎待用;
(3)将蜘蛛香、藁本、白薇、生地、长白楤木、川牛膝、玄参、麦冬、(生)甘草、当归、白芍、茯神和远志用清水浸泡,浸泡的水待澄清滤净后,倾入砂锅内,药材待用;

失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,步骤如下:

试验例:实施例5所得失眠症补益心脾药剂的临床应用:2010年2月-2012年2月,在3所医院筛选300例失眠患者,最大年龄58岁,最小年龄18岁。随机分为实验组和对照组两个小组(其中,实验组200人,对照组100人)。实验组服用实施例5所得失眠症补益心脾药剂, 每次服用15丸,用温开水送服,每日服用3次,5天为一个疗程。对照组:服用其他药物(如安神养心丸)。疗效情况判定标准:治愈:各种不适症状完全消失,失眠得以痊愈。显效:各种不适症状减轻或部分消失,失眠有所减轻。无效:各种不适症状无变化或复发,仍旧失眠。其中有效包括治愈和显效,结果如下表所示:

治疗效果:服用实施例5所得失眠症补益心脾药剂的治愈率高达83%,显效率16%,有效率高达99%。而服用其它产品的治愈率只达到了52%,有效率89%,无效率却达到了11%。可以看出:服用实施例5所得失眠症补益心脾药剂的效果明显优于服用其它药品。

从表2可以明显看出:服用实施例5所得失眠症补益心脾药剂的实验组的各症状得到缓解的比例明显高于服用其它药品的对照组,服用1个疗程,实验组有52%以上的有所好转,不适症状改善;服用2个疗程,76%以上的有所好转,不适症状改善或消失;且3个疗程后,实验组的各症状缓解率都达到了95%以上,可断定出此失眠症补益心脾药剂对失眠症有更好的疗效。本发明失眠症补益心脾药剂的各原料药混合在一起,符合中药制备理论,各药效相辅相成,疗效显著。且配料都是选取比较常见的药材,造价低廉,普通百姓可长期使用,不但减少了身体所承受的痛苦也降低了经济上的负担。
最后应说明的是,实施例只是本发明最优的具体实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.失眠症补益心脾药剂,其特征是,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:蜘蛛香5-10份;藁本6-15份;生龙骨20-40份;生牡蛎25-45份;白薇9-16份;橘叶6-15份;生地5-12份;长白楤木6-9份;川牛膝9-18份;玄参6-10份;麦冬5-9份;栀子6-15份;(炒)枳壳5-15份;罗布麻6-12份;(生)甘草3-6份;当归10-20份;麦饭石4-9份;百合25-45份;瓜蒌子12-18份;勾藤9-15份;白芍10-16份;茯神9-12份;远志6-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的失眠症补益心脾药剂,其特征是,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:蜘蛛香6-9份;藁本9-12份;生龙骨25-35份;生牡蛎30-40份;白薇11-14份;橘叶9-12份;生地7-10份;长白楤木7-8份;川牛膝12-15份;玄参7-9份;麦冬6-8份;栀子9-12份;(炒)枳壳8-12份;罗布麻8-10份;(生)甘草4-5份;当归13-17份;麦饭石5-8份;百合30-40份;瓜蒌子14-16份;勾藤11-13份;白芍12-14份;茯神10-11份;远志9-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的失眠症补益心脾药剂,其特征是,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:蜘蛛香8份;藁本11份;生龙骨30份;生牡蛎35份;白薇12份;橘叶11份;生地8份;长白楤木7.5份;川牛膝13份;玄参8份;麦冬7份;栀子11份;(炒)枳壳10份;罗布麻9份;(生)甘草4.5份;当归15份;麦饭石6份;百合35份;瓜蒌子15份;勾藤12份;白芍13份;茯神10.5份;远志11份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的失眠症补益心脾药剂的制备方法,其特征是,步骤如下:
(1)将麦饭石研碎,过80-120目筛;
(2)取麦麸置锅内,炒至冒烟时,加入瓜蒌子,炒至表皮微微鼓起,取出,筛去麦麸,晾凉,捣碎待用;
(3)将蜘蛛香、藁本、白薇、生地、长白楤木、川牛膝、玄参、麦冬、(生)甘草、当归、白芍、茯神和远志用清水浸泡,浸泡的水待澄清滤净后,倾入砂锅内,药材待用;
(4)将生龙骨和生牡蛎刷净泥土,打碎,置于步骤(3)的砂锅中,煎煮30-50分钟,加入步骤(3)所得的药材,煮沸20-40分钟,加入橘叶、栀子、(炒)枳壳、罗布麻、百合和勾藤,煮沸两次,每次20-40分钟,两次滤液合并,加入步骤(1)-(2)所得物,混合均匀,加入适量乙醇,静置3-7小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成稠膏(45℃),调制成轻压则散的软材,烘干,粉碎,得药粉;
(5)将蜂蜜置于锅内,用文火熬炼,等蜂蜜熬至粘稠状,再掺入药粉,充分拌匀成药膏,按中医传统制丸方法制成药丸,即得丸剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)过90-110目筛(优选地,过100目筛)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(3)清水浸泡5-7小时(优选地,浸泡6小时)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4)乙醇用量为滤液质量的0.5-1.5倍(优选0.75-1.25倍,更加优选1倍)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4)浓缩成1.2-1.4的稠膏(优选地,浓缩成1.3的稠膏)。
9.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4)在70-90℃下烘干(优选地,在80℃下烘干)。
10.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(5)按每公斤药粉配0.4-0.6公斤蜂蜜(优选每公斤药粉配0.45-0.55公斤蜂蜜,更加优选每公斤药粉配0.5公斤蜂蜜)。
