The invention has the following advantages:
a. the residual film recovery and straw crushing and returning combined machine has the advantages that the capacity of the film collecting box is large, and the crank compression mechanism is utilized to compact the residual film of the film collecting box, so that the loading capacity of the film collecting box can be effectively improved. The film residue compression mechanism adopts a film blocking crank connecting rod device and a film pressing crank connecting rod device, and the relative movement positions of the two groups of crank sliding blocks are adjustable, so that film pressing operation is smooth and free from congestion, the compressed film residue is guaranteed to have certain compaction density, the operation time of full loading of the machine tool at one time is greatly increased, the operation area of the machine tool is increased, and compared with the machine tool without a compression function and with a smaller film collecting box, the defect of frequent machine tool stopping and film unloading is overcome, and the work efficiency of the machine tool is greatly improved. The compacted residual film has a certain compactness, and is convenient for recycling and transporting the film stack in the later stage.
b. The invention relates to a combined operation machine for recycling residual film and crushing straw and returning the residual film to the field, which belongs to a combined operation machine tool, and can complete two operations of recycling the residual film and crushing the straw and returning the residual film to the field at one time, thereby reducing the power consumed by the machine tool. The machine tool film collecting box is provided with a hydraulic automatic film unloading system, when the film collecting box is filled with residual films, the hydraulic system is operated to open the film unloading baffle firstly, then the hydraulic cylinder is utilized to push the film pushing expansion bracket to unload the residual films in the film collecting box, and the film unloading operation of the mechanism is simple, and the abrasion eliminating effect and efficiency are good.
