The power device of the push-pull device 7 outputs power through the upper belt 710 and the lower belt 706, is connected with the residual film collecting bin 12, and pulls the collecting device to reciprocate through the upper belt 710 and the lower belt 706 respectively, so that the device has the characteristic of high thrust, is combined with the overload protection function of belt transmission, and can avoid damage to equipment due to impact; in addition, the two groups of belt transmission are matched with the power device to act, mutual interference does not exist, maintenance is convenient, and under the normal condition of the power device, when the push-pull function is in problem, only the tightness of the two groups of belt transmission needs to be adjusted respectively.
The push-pull device 7 further comprises a base 713, an end fixed pulley and a middle fixed pulley. The base 713 is horizontally arranged, the translation frame is movably arranged on the upper side of the base 713, the power device is also arranged on the upper side of the base 713, the power device is located at the left end of the base 713, and the power device is connected with the translation frame and pushes the translation frame to reciprocate along the base 713. In this embodiment, the power unit is a push-pull cylinder 701, and the push-pull cylinder 701 is horizontally mounted on the base 713.
The translation frame comprises a slide rail 712 and a linear bearing 711, the slide rail 712 is horizontally installed on the upper side of the base 713, the linear bearing 711 is slidably installed on the upper side of the slide rail 712, and a piston rod of the push-pull oil cylinder 701 is connected with the linear bearing 11 and pushes the same to reciprocate along the slide rail 12.
The moving pulley includes an upper moving pulley 702 and a lower moving pulley 703, both the upper moving pulley 702 and the lower moving pulley 703 are rotatably mounted on a linear bearing 711, and the upper moving pulley 702 and the lower moving pulley 703 are coaxially disposed, and the upper moving pulley 702 is disposed on the upper side of the lower moving pulley 703.
The middle fixed belt wheel can be rotatably arranged in the middle of the base 713, and the end fixed belt wheel can be rotatably arranged at the right end of the base 713.
The middle fixed pulley comprises a lower middle fixed pulley 704 and an upper middle fixed pulley 705, the lower middle fixed pulley 704 and the upper middle fixed pulley 705 are both rotatably mounted in the middle of the base 713, the lower middle fixed pulley 704 and the upper middle fixed pulley 705 are coaxially arranged, and the lower middle fixed pulley 704 is arranged on the lower side of the upper middle fixed pulley 705.
The end fixing pulley includes a lower end fixing pulley 707 and an upper end fixing pulley 709, the lower end fixing pulley 707 and the upper end fixing pulley 709 are both rotatably mounted at the right end of the base 713, the lower end fixing pulley 707 and the upper end fixing pulley 709 are coaxially arranged, and the upper end fixing pulley 709 is arranged at the upper side of the lower end fixing pulley 707.
One end of the upper belt 710 is fixedly connected to the base 713, and the other end of the upper belt 710 sequentially passes around the left side of the upper moving pulley 702, the right side of the upper end fixed pulley 709, and the left side of the upper middle fixed pulley 705 and is connected to the upper connecting member 708, and the upper connecting member 708 is disposed on the right side of the upper middle fixed pulley 705.
One end of the lower belt 706 is fixedly connected with the base 713, the other end of the lower belt 706 sequentially bypasses the right side of the lower moving belt pulley 703, the left side of the lower middle fixed belt pulley 704 and the right side of the lower end part fixed belt pulley 707 and is connected with a lower connecting piece 714, and the lower connecting piece 714 is arranged on the left side of the lower middle fixed belt pulley 704. The upper belt 710 and the lower belt 706 are synchronous belts, and the upper moving pulley 702, the lower moving pulley 703, the upper middle fixed pulley 705, and the lower end fixed pulley 707 are toothed synchronous pulleys, and the lower middle fixed pulley 704 and the upper end fixed pulley 709 are non-toothed pulleys.
When the residual film collecting bin pushing and pulling device is used, when the pushing and pulling oil cylinder 701 pushes the linear bearing 711 to move rightwards, the lower moving belt wheel 703 pushes the lower belt 706 to move rightwards, the lower belt 706 drives the lower connecting piece 714 to move rightwards, so that the residual film collecting bin 12 connected with the lower moving belt wheel is driven to move rightwards, meanwhile, the upper moving belt wheel 702 moves synchronously, the upper belt 710 is released, and the situation that the upper belt 710 obstructs the movement of the residual film collecting bin 12 is avoided.
When the push-pull oil cylinder 701 drives the linear bearing 711 to move leftwards, the upper moving belt wheel 702 drives the upper belt 710 to move leftwards, the upper belt 710 drives the upper connecting piece 708 to move leftwards, so that the residual film collecting bin 12 connected with the upper belt wheel is driven to move leftwards, meanwhile, the lower moving belt wheel 703 synchronously moves, and releases the lower belt 706, so that the lower belt 706 is prevented from obstructing the movement of the residual film collecting bin 12. The two sides of the residual film collecting bin 12 are respectively connected with an upper connecting piece 708 and a lower connecting piece 714.
