the upper mounting seat 311 includes a first base 3111 and a first frame 3112 disposed on the first base 3111, and a threaded through hole is disposed on a beam of the first frame 3112 facing the first base 3111;
the lower mounting seat 312 comprises a second base 3121 and a second frame 3122 arranged on the second base 3121, the second frame 3122 is connected with the two side beams of the second base 3121 and is provided with a through slideway 3123, one end of the screw 313 is rotatably connected with the cross beam of the second frame 3122 opposite to the second base 3121, the other end of the screw 313 is rotatably connected with the second base 3121;
the cross beam of the first base 3111 is inserted into the slide ways 3123 of the two side beams of the second base 3121, the threaded through hole is matched with the screw 313, the first base 3111 is used for being connected with the rack 1, and the second base 3121 is used for being connected with the support plate 2.
Specifically, the first base 3111 of the upper mounting seat 311 may be connected to the frame 1 through a bolt, the second base 3121 of the lower mounting seat 312 may be connected to the support plate 2 through a welding or a bolt, or the second base 3121 may be rotatably connected to the driving roller 4 or the follower roller 5 through an end shaft of the support plate 2, so as to indirectly achieve the connection with the support plate 2. The first frame 3112 of the upper mounting seat 311 is rectangular as a whole, the second frame 3122 of the lower mounting seat 312 is also rectangular as a whole, and a tapered roller bearing may be provided at a rotational connection between the screw 313 and the lower mounting seat 312.
Wherein, supplementary lifting unit 31's theory of operation does: after the adjusting assembly 32 adjusts the position of the support plate 2 relative to the frame 1 in the vertical direction, the upper mounting seat 311 can slide up and down relative to the lower mounting seat 312, that is, the cross beam of the upper mounting seat 311 slides in the slide way 3123 of the lower mounting seat 312, and simultaneously the screw 313 rotates relative to the threaded through hole of the cross beam of the upper mounting seat 311, so as to adjust the height of the upper mounting seat 311 and the lower mounting seat 312, and further assist in adjusting the vertical direction of the support plate 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in a specific implementation, at least two horizontal cross bars are disposed at two sides of the frame 1, where the support plate 2 is disposed, and the two auxiliary lifting assemblies 31 connected to two ends of the support plate 2 are respectively connected to the first horizontal cross bar 11 located at the top of the frame 1 and the second horizontal cross bar 12 located at the bottom of the frame 1.
Further, the first horizontal cross bar 11 is provided with a long-strip-shaped hole (not shown in the figure), and the auxiliary lifting assembly 31 is connected with the long-strip-shaped hole through a bolt; the second horizontal cross bar 12 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 13, and the auxiliary lifting assembly 31 is in bolted connection with the strip-shaped hole 13; wherein, adjust two the hookup location of supplementary lifting unit 31 and rectangular shape hole 13 can adjust the contained angle of backup pad 2 and horizontal direction.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a specific implementation, the test bed of the farmland residual film picking and stripping device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:

Specifically, an external drive such as that of an agricultural machine may be directly connected to the end shaft of the drive roller 4 and then transmitted to the first roller body 6 through the first gear, the transmission gear, and the second gear described above.
