Abstract

提供一种能用IJP在圆形断面容器的规定处追加印字的圆形断面容器印字机构。
在通过转印圆筒(1),给印刷的圆形断面容器(2)的侧面的规定处,用喷墨印刷装置(20)追加印字的印字机构中,在转印圆筒(1)的旋转方向的刚刚下游之后,设置不旋转容器(2)而传送的传送装置,并设置在其传送中的容器侧面印字的喷墨印刷装置(20)。

Description

圆形断面容器的印字机构
本发明涉及用喷墨印刷装置,向用转印圆筒(在其侧面)印刷的圆形断面容器侧面的规定处,进行追加印字的圆形断面容器的印字机构。
现有的照相凹板胶版印刷过程中,为了将油墨从刻字滚轮一次转印到转印圆筒上,当出现例如象日期之类不断变更标记时,就需要更换刻印滚轮,随之要照料许多刻印滚轮,在管理、保管方面花费大量的劳动力。
另外,大家都知道,可以很容易变更印字图形、且其处理能力高的喷墨印刷装置(以下称为IJP),是一种可很容易地将日期标记等,追加印刷到容器上的便利的机构。
然而,例如如图5所示,对象物是圆形断面容器2,通过转印圆筒1,自印刷侧面部,向侧面部的规定处,进行日期标记等追加印字时,若用现有的侧面传送带方式沿A方向传送印刷后的容器,就要每个容器2都能自由旋转(自转)。因而,存在对传送中的容器2侧面规定处,用IJP进行印字(精确配合印字)困难的问题。
还有,各标号分别表示:标号3是侧面传送带、4是导轨(ガィトレ-ル)、5是侧面传送带驱动辊和6是定时丝杆。
鉴于这种现有技术的问题而提出本发明的方案,其目的在于提供能够在圆形断面容器的侧面部的规定位置,用喷墨印刷装置进行追加印字的圆形断面容器的印字机构。
本发明的圆形断面容器的印字机构,在通过用转印圆筒印刷的圆形断面容器的侧面的规定位置用喷墨印刷装置追加印字的圆形断面容器的印字机构中,在上述转印圆筒的旋转方向刚刚下游之后设置将容器传送的传送装置,该传送装置具有不旋转上述容器而固定地传送的结构,并且设有对在该传送中的容器侧面进行印字的喷墨印刷装置。
根据具备这种构成的本发明,由于设置了使容器不旋转(自转)而是固定传送那样构成的传送装置,所以容器呈载置于传送装置上的状态进行传送。因此,进行追加印字之际,与IJP相对置的(容器上的)位置是保持一定的。
在这里,由于容器呈载置于传送装置上的状态进行传送,因而为了调整与IJP相对置的容器上的位置,只须对载置于传送装置上的容器的状态作调节就可以了。因此,在实施本发明时,设置与传送装置相平行延伸的配合微调整导轨,对该导轨长度(容器传送方向的长度)、和与该导轨接触的被传送容器和导轨的接触压力作调节也是可以的。
就配合微调整导轨存在的区域来说,应追加印字的容器,与该导轨接触,边旋转(自转)边移动。因此,如调节配合微调整导轨的容器传送方向长度和容器与导轨的距离(即容器与导轨的接触压力),就能控制由自转而决定的旋转量。并且,若控制由自转而决定的容器的旋转量,也就可以调节与IJP相对的容器上的位置。
另外,根据本发明,上述传送装置作为将容器吸引保持在在传送带上设置的吸引孔上,进行传送的吸引传送装置。在此,传送带的驱动源和转印圆筒的驱动源是同一源也是所希望的。
图1表示本发明的一个实施方案的印字机构的构成图。
图2是表示图1中的吸引传送装置的斜视图。
图3是图2的X-X剖面图。
图4是图1的控制流程图。
图5表示现有技术例的平面图。
图6是图1的吸引传送装置平面图。
图7表示在图1所示配合微调整导轨的平面图。
图8是图7的F8箭头方向视图。
下面,参照图面,说明本发明的实施方案。
在图中,对具有与现有技术同样功能的零件,标以相同的标号,并省去重复说明。
图1是表示根据本发明的圆形断面容器印字机构的总体构成平面图,在转印圆筒1的印刷结束部,设置吸引传送装置的传送带15。参照图2、图3和图6,该带15的中心线上穿孔有多个吸引孔15a。在用以吸引带15的吸引盒21的带的滑动面21a的中心线上穿孔有多个孔21b,孔21b要比带15的吸引孔15a稍大。另外,该吸引盒21用吸气管17与吸气装置16连接。将滚轮23、24设置成能自由旋转,使传送带15通过用驱动装置11驱动的滚轮22,可在动吸引盒21的滑动面21a上行走,并通过张力滚轮25对传送带15赋予张力。
进而要与传送带15相垂直地固定喷墨印刷装置20的印字喷头10。指示追加印字位置的传感器13和驱动装置11的旋转编码器12,用电路与接口电路18连接。接口电路18与控制箱19连接,并且上述印字喷头10也分别与控制箱19连接。这里,标号9表示对容器2的印字位置进行微调整的配合微调整导轨。
这个配合微调整导轨,在图7、8中,详细进行示出。在图7、8中,配合微调整导轨9由圆棒状零件构成。该圆棒状配合微调整导轨9与平板状构件42结合为一体。而且,变成了一体的配合微调整导轨9和平板状构件42,用止动螺钉44、44,安装在与转印圆筒1相对配置的盖件46上。
参照图8,当将变成了一体的配合微调整导轨9和平板状构件42安装到盖件46(图7)上时,各止动螺钉44就插入到在平板状构件42内形成的长孔48中。此时,通过调整长孔48与止动螺钉44的相对位置,可调整在转印圆筒1和该导轨9之间的对容器2所施加的压力(图8中用箭头P表示的压力)。
如上所述,由于在存在配合微调整导轨9的区域,要追加印字的容器2与该导轨9接触,一边旋转(自转)一边移动,因而只要调节该导轨9的容器传送方向长度(图7中箭头L方向长度),就能控制自转的旋转量并调节与IJP相对的容器2上的位置。并且,一次调节该导轨9沿箭头L方向的长度,就不必再次调节。因此,如图7所示,配合微调整导轨9,通过除去虚线表示的部分,来调节箭头L方向长度。
再参照图2、图3和图6,传送带的材料,例如可使用尼龙、布等,虽然未限定吸引孔的间距,但如图2所示,为保证能防止容器的旋转,在1个容器2的底部,有2个以上这样的吸引孔是令人满意的,在聚苯乙烯容器的情况下吸引的强度假如为600-1200mmAg,那是适当的。
下面,参照图4,说明追加印字的印刷控制方式。
控制箱19使旋转编码器12产生脉冲(步骤S10),判断传感器13是否检测到了容器(步骤S11)。当NO时返回,当YES时,即如果检出容器的话,则开始进行脉冲计数(步骤12),并判断计数值是否达到规定数(步骤13)。当YES时,向IJP印字喷头10输出印字开始的信号(步骤14),并进行纵向一列的印字(步骤15)。接着,判断纵向一列的印字是否已完成(步骤16),当为YES,则判断规定列的印字,即规定标记的追加印字是否已结束(步骤17)。NO的情况下返回步骤12,YES时结束控制。
因为本发明由如上所述构成,所以可以在现有的照相凹板胶板印刷后,将例如象日期那样的每日变更的标记,通过简单的构造,追加印字到容器上的同一位置(地方)上。另外,设置了配合微调整导轨,通过调节该导轨的容器传送方向的长度及该导轨与上述容器之间的接触压力,也很容易改变追加印字的位置。

Claims (3)

1、一种圆形断面容器的印字机构,用以在由转印圆筒印刷过的印刷容器的侧面规定位置上,用喷墨印刷装置进行追加印字,其特征是,在上述转印圆筒旋转方向的刚刚下游之后,设置传送容器的传送装置,该传送装置具有不旋转上述容器而是固定地传送的结构,并且设置对该传送中的容器侧面进行印字的喷墨印刷装置。
2、根据权利要求1所记载的圆形断面容器的印字机构,其特征是,上述传送装置是由在传送带上设置吸引孔,吸引保持容器并进行传送的吸引传送装置构成。
3、根据权利要求1、2任一项记载的圆形断面容器的印字机构,其特征是,设置与上述传送装置平行延伸的配合微调整导轨,使之能够调节该导轨的容器传送方向的长度和该导轨与上述容器之间的距离来构成。
