Abstract
本发明涉及一种吸附型食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,属于清洁剂领域。本发明通过制备淀粉‑丙烯酸共聚物后,再与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,酒石酸,果酸,甲基羟丙基纤维素,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乙醇及去离子水混合得到所述吸尘型食品用具清洁剂,本发明过程简单,操作方便,所制得的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂可在放置食品的用具表面、内部进行喷洒,喷洒后使用毛巾进行擦拭即可,能有效去除用具内的粉尘与污物。

本发明涉及清洁剂领域,特别涉及化学清洁剂领域。
背景技术
用于保存或置放食品的容器大多需要长期保持洁净、干燥,以避免食品腐败变质,目前用于这类容器或用具的清洁剂基本都是用于器具内外表面污物的清洁,而忽略了器具内部悬浮的细菌、粉尘与微细的其它污染物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有吸尘效果,可以通过喷洒对放置食品的用具进行清洁的清洁剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种吸附型食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将淀粉、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,将混合液在80℃~90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,加热持续2~3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,用无水乙醇洗涤,得到淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液;
2)按质量百分比计,取所述淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液5%~7%,向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%、辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%~7%、酒石酸10%~15%、果酸5%~7%、甲基羟丙基纤维素6%~8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%、乙醇5%~7%,余量为去离子水,搅拌充分至完全溶解后即得到所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂;
其中,所述混合液中淀粉、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20~30:3~5:100,所述淀粉与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:15。
优选的是:按质量百分比计,所述清洁剂中含所述淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液6%,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%,所述辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,所述酒石酸10%,所述果酸7%,所述甲基羟丙基纤维素8%,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,所述乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
本发明的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂可在放置食品的用具表面、内部进行喷洒,喷洒后使用毛巾进行擦拭即可。其清洁过程方便,可有效去除用具内的粉尘与污物。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将淀粉、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中淀粉、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:5:100,淀粉与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:15,将混合液在80℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,用无水乙醇洗涤,得到共聚物液体;取质量百分比为5%的共聚物液体,向其中加入5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4%的辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的酒石酸,5%的果酸,6%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,5%的乙醇与55%的去离子水充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂。
实施例2
将淀粉、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中淀粉、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:3:100,淀粉与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:15,将混合液在90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续2h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,用无水乙醇洗涤,得到共聚物液体;取质量百分比为7%的共聚物液体,向其中加入8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7%的辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15%的酒石酸,7%的果酸,8%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,7%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与34%的去离子水加入容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂。
实施例3
将淀粉、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中淀粉、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:4:100,淀粉与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:15,将混合液在85℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续2h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,用无水乙醇洗涤,得到共聚物液体;取质量百分比为7%的共聚物液体,向其中加入7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、6%的辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的酒石酸,7%的果酸,8%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与43%的去离子水加入容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种吸附型食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将淀粉、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,将混合液在80℃~90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,加热持续2~3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,用无水乙醇洗涤,得到淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液;
按质量百分比计,取所述淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液5%~7%,向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%、辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%~7%、酒石酸10%~15%、果酸5%~7%、甲基羟丙基纤维素6%~8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%、乙醇5%~7%,余量为去离子水,搅拌充分至完全溶解后即得到所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂;
所述混合液中淀粉、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20~30:3~5:100,所述淀粉与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,所述清洁剂中含所述淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物溶液6%,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%,所述辛基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,所述酒石酸10%,所述果酸7%,所述甲基羟丙基纤维素8%,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,所述乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
