Abstract
本发明提供了一种气雾型清洁凝胶及其制备方法,气雾型清洁凝胶其配方按重量份配比包括:重油污清洁剂1.0~10.0份,表面活性剂1.0~10.0份,稠化剂0.1~5.0份,添加剂0.1~0.5份,增溶剂0.1~1.0份,防腐剂0.1~1.0份,酸碱调节剂0.1~3.0份,精油0.1~1.0份、水60~90.0份、推进剂3.0~20.0份。该气雾型清洁凝胶具有如下有益效果:1.本发明的气雾型清洁凝胶,使用方便、储存性能佳;2.产品弱碱性,不含挥发性溶剂,环保,安全;3.产品具有良好的剪切变稀效果,能有针对性的靶向喷雾,显著增加挂壁时间,提升除油效果;4.本发明的气雾型清洁凝胶产品采用独特的硬表面亲水改性技术,清洗后在硬表面形成保护膜,利于再次清洁。本发明还公开了该气雾型清洁凝胶的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种气雾型清洁凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国的清洁剂工业起步于1958年,经过多年年的发展,我国已进入世界清洁用品生产大国行列,产品形态及产品品种日益丰富,专业化、功能化、个性化产品不断涌现,形成个人清洁护理用品、家庭清洁护理用品、工业和公共设施清洁用品三大品类体系。现已具有一定的规模,成为我国轻工行业的支柱产业之一,清洁产品的发展也带动了相关原料的发展,目前大部分国内自主生产的助剂、表面活性剂品种均能满足清洁用品行业的需求。随着我国经济的稳步发展,城市化进程不断加快,清洁用品必然会继续保持稳定增长。目前,我国清洁用品行业的合成洗涤剂生产厂商较多,年生产能力也超百万吨,但市面上主要以液体和固体清洁剂为主,液体清洁剂除油能力不佳,且附着力不足,易流挂,固体清洁剂去污效果强,但无法有效地铺展使用,因此开发一种操作灵活、简便,同时具有良好的剪切变稀效果,能有针对性的靶向喷雾,且具有高附着力、能显著增加清洗剂在垂直表面的挂壁时间,提升除油效果,清洗后在硬表面形成保护膜,利于再次清洁等特点的气雾型清洁凝胶势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种气雾型清洁凝胶,常温时具有凝胶(啫喱)状,喷涂在瓷砖、灶具、抽油烟机等物件表面不滴漏、飞溅,当抹布、百洁布、刷子等在物件表面洗刷过程中使凝胶软化变稀并附着在其表面,起到长时间浸润和清洁作用等特点的气雾型清洁凝胶,以克服上面所述的技术缺陷。本发明的另一个目的是提供上述气雾型清洁凝胶的制备方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了气雾型清洁凝胶及其制备方法,其重量份配比包括:
重油污清洁剂 1.0~10.0份,
表面活性剂 1.0~10.0份,
稠化剂 0.1~5.0份,
添加剂 0.1~0.5份,
增溶剂 0.1~1.0份,
防腐剂 0.1~1.0份,
酸碱调节剂 0.1~3.0份,
精油 0.1~1.0份,
水 60.0~90.0份,
推进剂 10.0~30.0份。
所述的重油污清洁剂为十二烷基苯磺酸异丙醇胺盐LAS-IPA、Crodaquat _DGR重油垢清洗剂、椰油酰胺聚氧乙烯醚POEA-15、仲烷基磺酸钠60 SAS60、D-柠檬烯、Prifer6813中的至少一种。
所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、非离子型氟碳表面活性剂、TRIOTECSOE低泡表活、十二烷基苯磺酸钠LAS、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES中的至少一种。优选低泡类的表面活性剂有益于剂料喷出的状态,增强附着力。
所述的稠化剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠、汉生胶、CrystaSense_Sapphire碱性稠化剂中的至少一种。
所述的添加剂为1227杀菌剂、MODISUFR硬表面清洁保持添加剂、季铵盐中的至少一种。
所述的增溶剂为巴斯夫CO40、二甲苯磺酸钠、CRODURET 40LV中的至少一种。
所述的防腐剂为卡松、苯氧乙醇、尼泊金甲酯、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种;所述的酸碱调节剂为液碱、三乙醇胺、氨水中的至少一种;所述的精油为柑橘精油、薰衣草精油、茉莉精油中的至少一种。
所述的推进剂为LPG、二甲醚、CO2、N2、HFC-134a、HFO-1234ze中的至少一种。
本发明提供的气雾型清洁凝胶与市场液体、固体清洁剂对比,具有如下有益效果:
1.产品使用方便,储存性能佳;
2.产品性能优异,弱碱性,不含挥发性溶剂,环保,安全;
3.产品具有良好的剪切变稀效果,能有针对性的靶向喷雾,显著增加挂壁时间,提升除油效果;
4. 独特的硬表面亲水改性技术,清洗后在硬表面形成保护膜,利于再次清洁。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种提供了气雾型清洁凝胶及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 剂料的制备:按重量份配比,将增溶剂和精油加入到容器中,搅拌均匀,再加入水搅拌15min,缓慢加入稠化剂,搅拌30min至完全溶解后,加入重油污清洁剂、表面活性剂、添加剂、防腐剂,搅拌50min,最后用酸碱调节剂调节酸碱值至10即可过滤备用。
2) 灌装:按一定充填率将剂料灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填抛射剂,装按头、盖子,即制得气雾型清洁凝胶。

以下通过具体实施例说明气雾型清洁凝胶的组成、制备方法及使用气雾型清洁凝胶进行清洁效果等测试,以便更好的理解本发明。

实施例1~3,比较例4为清洁膏、比较例5为市售清洗剂,其相关性能测试方法如下:
1. 使用情况:观察清洗剂外观状态。
2. 去污率:按照标准《JB/T4323.1-1999水基金属清洗剂》中的测试方法,使用通用的硬表面摆洗机进行去污力的定量测定,记录摆洗前与摆洗后污垢量,计算去污效率。
由表1的测试效果表明,本发明一种气雾型清洁凝胶和比较例4清洁膏、比较例5清洗剂相比,其使用简单方便,呈凝胶(啫喱)状,有针对性的靶向喷雾且不易流挂,可较长时间附着在污渍表面并起到清洁剂作用,而且清洗力效果优异。
本发明一种气雾型清洁凝胶及其制备方法,使用便捷安全,不含挥发性溶剂,具有温和、安全、无气味等特点。
Claims (9)
1.一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,各组分按重量份配比包括:
重油污清洁剂 1.0~10.0份,
表面活性剂 1.0~10.0份,
稠化剂 0.1~5.0份,
添加剂 0.1~0.5份,
增溶剂 0.1~1.0份,
防腐剂 0.1~1.0份,
酸碱调节剂 0.1~3.0份,
精油 0.1~1.0份,
水 60.0~90.0份,
推进剂 10.0~30.0份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的重油污清洁剂为十二烷基苯磺酸异丙醇胺盐LAS-IPA、Crodaquat_DGR_重油垢清洗剂、椰油酰胺聚氧乙烯醚POEA-15、仲烷基磺酸钠60 SAS60、D-柠檬烯、Prifer 6813中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、非离子型氟碳表面活性剂、TRIOTEC SOE低泡表活、十二烷基苯磺酸钠LAS、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的稠化剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠、汉生胶、CrystaSense_Sapphire碱性稠化剂中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的添加剂为1227杀菌剂、MODISUFR硬表面清洁保持添加剂、季铵盐中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的增溶剂为巴斯夫CO40、二甲苯磺酸钠、CRODURET 40LV中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为卡松、苯氧乙醇、尼泊金甲酯、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种;所述的酸碱调节剂为液碱、三乙醇胺、氨水中的至少一种;所述的精油为柑橘精油、薰衣草精油、茉莉精油中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶,其特征在于,所述的推进剂为LPG、二甲醚、CO2、N2、HFC-134a、HFO-1234ze中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种气雾型清洁凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1) 剂料的制备:按重量份配比,将增溶剂和精油加入到容器中,搅拌均匀,再加入水以搅拌15min,缓慢加入稠化剂,搅拌30min至完全溶解后,加入重油污清洁剂、表面活性剂、添加剂、防腐剂,搅拌50min,最后用酸碱调节剂调节酸碱值至10即可过滤备用;
2) 灌装:按一定充填率将剂料灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填抛射剂,装按头、盖子,即制得气雾型清洁凝胶。
