背景技术
厨房油垢的去除一直是家庭主妇烦恼的问题,其形成不仅影响厨房环境的清洁与卫生,还不利于人们的健康,尤其是厨具上的油垢,直接与食物接触,更容易引起食品卫生问题。厨房油垢的形成主要是食用油滴落或受热部分蒸发而污染用具上,加上尘埃,以及食用油中不饱和脂肪酸氧化聚集,日积月累形成一层粘稠附着力极强的,难以去除的污垢。
目前,人们用于清除厨房油垢的清洗剂主要分为三类:1)强碱型清洗剂,该清洗剂对重垢去除能力强,但腐蚀性强,对器具表面和使用者的皮肤存在较大的腐蚀性和伤害。2)溶剂型清洗剂,该清洗剂的有效成分为各种有机溶剂,对油垢具有良好的溶解作用而使油垢去除,但由于有机溶剂易燃,易爆且有毒,不太适用于厨房环境中。3)表面活性剂型清洗剂,该清洗剂使用方便,作用温和,成本低,但对重垢的去除效果较差。因此,高效、安全、环保的厨房去重油剂的研制具有较大的应用价值和发展前景。
中国专利申请20110456699.9公开了一种无腐蚀性的重油垢去除剂及其制备方法。该重油垢去除剂中含有脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、烷基糖苷、聚丙烯酸钠、2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、偏硅酸钠、单乙醇胺、香精、去离子水。该发明提供的重油垢去除剂对重油垢去污能力强,对环境友好,使用时对金属、塑料、玻璃等材料均无腐蚀。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种泡沫型厨房去重油剂及其制备方法,所述的去重油剂性质温和,对人体安全无毒,清洗过程不刺激皮肤,且去污能力较强,能迅速、简便清除油垢,同时腐蚀性低,不损伤厨房器具。
本发明通过如下技术方案以实现上述目的:
本发明提供的一种泡沫型厨房去重油剂,由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:氢氧化钠0.5~3.0%、碳酸钠0.5~2.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠0.5~3.0%、直链烷基苯磺酸0.5~3.0%、三乙醇胺2.5~3.0%、九水合偏硅酸钠0.5~3.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0~3.0%、磷酸盐0.1~5.0%、香精0.1~1.0%、pH调节剂0.1~3.0%、防腐剂0.1~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述的去重油剂由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠2.0%、直链烷基苯磺酸1.8%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0%、磷酸盐0.8%、香精0.4%、pH调节剂1.0%、防腐剂0.3%,余量为去离子水。

(2)边搅拌边加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、三乙醇胺、九水合偏硅酸钠、磷酸盐,直至物料完全溶解;
(3)加入pH调节剂调节pH至10.5-11.5,加入香精、防腐剂,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所述的pH调节剂为本领域常用的有机酸或无机酸,如柠檬酸、乙酸或盐酸等。
本发明所述的防腐剂为本领域常用的试剂,如二甲基异噻唑啉酮、咪唑烷基脲、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯或DMDM乙内酰脲等。
本发明所述的磷酸盐为本领域常用的试剂,如三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、四聚磷酸钠或多聚偏磷酸钠等。
上述的技术方案中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠为阴离子型表面活性剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为非离子型表面活性剂,两者均具有很好的渗透、乳化和去污能力,但脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的起泡性较弱,稳泡性较差,与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠复配,可克服此缺陷。当两者以1:1的比例进行复配能产生稳定而丰富的泡沫,去污的效果更佳,可降低污垢和水相之间的表面张力,通过聚集、乳化作用或溶解作用逐渐从表面上去除污斑,并可保持污垢呈悬浮态,防止污垢再沉积在表面上,利于去除污垢。
氢氧化钠碱性最强,碳酸钠次之,两者均能很好地溶解并去除油污,与碱性较弱的三乙醇胺、九水合偏硅酸钠复配,可调节去油污体系的碱性,提高去污力,减少对皮肤的刺激性并降低腐蚀性。
直链烷基苯磺酸为有机弱酸,可与体系中的氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、三乙醇胺产生类似皂化反应的效果,形成直链烷基苯磺酸钠和直链烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺,进一步调节体系的碱性,减少对皮肤的刺激性并降低腐蚀性,并产生阴离子型表面活性剂优良的渗透、乳化和去污能力,加强体系对油垢的清除能力。
磷酸盐具有金属离子络和作用,可与引起水硬度的多价金属离子螯合,形成水溶性络合物,避免这些金属离子与阴离子型表面活性剂作用形成不溶性污垢沉积于洗涤物表面,利于清除油垢。

氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠2.0%、十三烷基苯磺酸1.8%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚2.0%、四聚磷酸钠0.8%、香精0.4%、柠檬酸1.0%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.3%,余量为去离子水。

对比例1
本发明对比例1的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:
氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠2.0%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚2.0%、三聚磷酸钠0.8%、香精0.4%、柠檬酸1.0%、二甲基异噻唑啉酮0.3%,余量为去离子水。
本对比例泡沫型厨房去重油剂的配方组成与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不添加十二烷基苯磺酸。
制备方法参考实施例1。
对比例2
本发明对比例2的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:
氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸1.8%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚2.0%、三聚磷酸钠0.8%、香精0.4%、柠檬酸1.0%、二甲基异噻唑啉酮0.3%,余量为去离子水。
本对比例泡沫型厨房去重油剂的配方组成与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠。
对比例3
本发明对比例3的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:
氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠2.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸1.8%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、三聚磷酸钠0.8%、香精0.4%、柠檬酸1.0%、二甲基异噻唑啉酮0.3%,余量为去离子水。
本对比例泡沫型厨房去重油剂的配方组成与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚。
试验例一、毒理学试验
按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)急性经口毒性试验进行测试,以受试物动物LD50进行综合评价,观察其毒性作用。
急性经口毒性试验结果显示,实施例1-5和对比例1-3制得的泡沫型厨房去重油剂均为无毒级,LD50≥5000mg/kg。
试验例二、发泡性能试验
采用震荡法测定,在比色管中加0.03g待测去重油剂,再加入10mL蒸馏水,盖好盖子,震摇50次(震摇方向、快慢、强度等尽可能一致),取下盖子,加入10mL的水,将比色管壁上泡沫冲下,记录泡沫高度,30min后再次记录泡沫高度,以初始泡沫高度作为去重油剂起泡性能量度,以30min后的泡沫高度表征泡沫的稳定性。泡沫稳定性=30min后的泡沫高度/初始泡沫高度×100%。
结果见下表1。

结果显示,本发明实施例1-5制得的厨房去重油剂具有良好的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性,并以实施例1制得的厨房去重油剂效果最佳。对比例1缺乏十二烷基苯磺酸,使体系中阴离子型表面活性剂的含量减少,体系发泡性能显著减弱;对比例2和3分别缺乏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚,体系发泡性能显著减弱,尤其以缺乏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠更为显著,表明本体系中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚相辅相成,缺一不可。
试验例三、去污性能试验
将标准人工污垢均匀涂敷在不锈钢试片上,用样品原液按QB/T 4348洗涤,测量污垢的去除百分率,结果见表2。

结果显示,本发明实施例1-5制得的厨房去重油剂具有良好的去污能力,并以实施例1制得的厨房去重油剂效果最佳。对比例1-3制得的厨房去重油剂去污能力均减弱,尤其以缺乏非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚的去污效果最差。
试验例四、腐蚀性测试
按QB/T 2117测定,使用样品原液150ml,2块LY-12铝板和2块45号钢板,水浴加热使溶液温度为25±2℃,浸泡时间为30min,以金属试片的外观变化和腐蚀量来评定去重油剂对金属的腐蚀性。其他操作同QB/T 2117,结果见表3。

结果显示,本发明实施例1-5制得的厨房去重油剂具有较低的腐蚀性,并以实施例1制得的厨房去重油剂腐蚀性最弱。对比例1-3制得的厨房去重油剂均具有一定的腐蚀性,尤其以缺乏十二烷基苯磺酸的腐蚀性最强。
试验例五、附着力测试
使用万能试验机测试其拉力,通过拉力计算附着力。分别用喷射雾和泡沫液体方式将实施例1制得的厨房去重油剂分别喷于两个平行的上、下模板之间,逐渐增大重物的重量,直到上模板开始运动,记录拉力(F)的读数。拉力读数越大,附着力(f)越好。其中,f=F/A,式中,f为附着力(Pa),F为拉力(N),A为接触面积(m2)。
结果见表4。

结果显示,本发明实施例1制得的厨房去重油剂以泡沫状使用产生的附着力优于以雾状使用。
综上所述,本发明泡沫状的厨房去重油剂性质温和安全,发泡性能优异,附着力强,去污效果佳,且腐蚀性低。

Claims (5)

1.一种泡沫型厨房去重油剂,其特征在于,所述的去重油剂由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:
氢氧化钠0.5~3.0%、碳酸钠0.5~2.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠0.5~3.0%、直链烷基苯磺酸0.5~3.0%、三乙醇胺2.5~3.0%、九水合偏硅酸钠0.5~3.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0~3.0%、磷酸盐0.1~5.0%、香精0.1~1.0%、pH调节剂0.1~3.0%、防腐剂0.1~0.5%,余量为去离子水;
所述的直链烷基苯磺酸为C10-C13烷基苯磺酸中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,其特征在于,所述的去重油剂由以下重量百分比计的制备原料组成:
氢氧化钠1.5%、碳酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠2.0%、直链烷基苯磺酸1.8%、三乙醇胺2.5%、九水合偏硅酸钠1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0%、磷酸盐0.8%、香精0.4%、pH调节剂1.0%、防腐剂0.3%,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,其特征在于,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸为十二烷基苯磺酸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的泡沫型厨房去重油剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚中的至少一种。
5.一种制备如权利要求1-4任一所述的泡沫型厨房去重油剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠、直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到去离子水中,搅拌至体系成均匀透明液体;
(2)边搅拌边加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、三乙醇胺、九水合偏硅酸钠、磷酸盐,直至物料完全溶解;
(3)加入pH调节剂调节pH至10.5-11.5,加入香精、防腐剂,搅拌均匀即可。
