Abstract

本发明涉及一种可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,属于清洁剂领域。本发明通过首先制备丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物,其次将非离子聚丙烯酰胺,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,柠檬酸钠与部分去离子水混合并冷藏,其次将甘醇酸,瓜尔胶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乙醇及剩余去离子水热融合,最后将三者混合的方法可制备得到一种具有吸尘效果的食品用具清洁剂,所制得的吸尘型食品用具清洁剂可在放置食品的用具表面、内部进行喷洒,喷洒后使用毛巾进行擦拭即可,能有效去除用具内的粉尘与污物。

一种可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂领域,特别涉及化学清洁剂领域。
背景技术
用于保存或置放食品的容器大多需要长期保持洁净、干燥,以避免食品腐败变质,目前用于这类容器或用具的清洁剂基本都是用于器具内外表面污物的清洁,而忽略了器具内部悬浮的细菌、粉尘与微细的其它污染物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有吸尘效果,可以通过喷洒对放置食品的用具进行清洁的清洁剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,将混合液在80℃~90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,加热持续2~3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,得到丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液,所述丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、去离子水的质量比为20~30:3~5:100,所述丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:1;
2)按质量百分比计,将非离子聚丙烯酰胺5~8%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%~7%、柠檬酸钠10%~15%与10~20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于3~5℃下冷藏8~12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
3)按质量百分比计,将甘醇酸5%~7%,瓜尔胶6%~8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%,乙醇5%~7%,10~20%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30~35℃下搅拌10~15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
4)将所述丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液、第一溶液、第二溶液及按总量100%计,余量的去离子水混合均匀,即得到所述可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂。
优选的是:按质量百分比计,所述清洁剂中含所述丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液6%,所述非离子聚丙烯酰胺7%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,所述柠檬酸钠10%,所述甘醇酸7%,所述瓜尔胶8%,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,所述乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
本发明制备得到的可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂可在放置食品的用具表面、内部进行喷洒,喷洒后使用毛巾进行擦拭即可。其清洁过程方便,可有效去除用具内的粉尘与污物。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:5:100,丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:1,将混合液在80℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,得到共聚物液体;
按质量百分比计,将5%的非离子聚丙烯酰胺、4%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的柠檬酸钠与10%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于3℃下冷藏8h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将5%的甘醇酸,6%的瓜尔胶,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,5%的乙醇与15%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30℃下搅拌15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将5%的共聚物液体,30%的去离子水与第一溶液、第二溶液共同加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂。
实施例2
将丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:3:100,丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:1,将混合液在90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续2h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,得到共聚物液体;
按质量百分比计,将8%的非离子聚丙烯酰胺、7%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15%的柠檬酸钠与20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于5℃下冷藏12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将7%的甘醇酸,8%的瓜尔胶,7%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与10%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于35℃下搅拌10min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将5%的共聚物液体,6%的去离子水与第一溶液、第二溶液共同加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂。
实施例3
将丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,混合液中丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、水的质量比为20:4:100,丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:1,将混合液在85℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,共持续2h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,得到共聚物液体;
按质量百分比计,将7%的非离子聚丙烯酰胺、6%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的柠檬酸钠与15%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于5℃下冷藏12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将7%的甘醇酸,8%的瓜尔胶,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与10%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于35℃下搅拌10min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将质量百分比为7%的共聚物液体,18%的去离子水与第一溶液、第二溶液共同加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到所述的可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、氢氧化钠溶于去离子水中得到混合液,将混合液在80℃~90℃的水浴中进行回流加热,加热始终在氮气氛围中进行,加热持续2~3h,其后将溶液静置,自然冷却至室温,得到丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液,所述丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、去离子水的质量比为20~30:3~5:100,所述丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的物质的量的比为1:1;
按质量百分比计,将非离子聚丙烯酰胺5~8%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%~7%、柠檬酸钠10%~15%与10~20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于5℃下冷藏18h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
按质量百分比计,将甘醇酸5%~7%,瓜尔胶6%~8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%,乙醇5%~7%,10~20%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30~35℃下搅拌10~15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将所述丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液、第一溶液、第二溶液及按总量100%计,余量的去离子水混合均匀,即得到所述可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可吸尘的食品用具清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,所述清洁剂中含所述丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物溶液6%,所述非离子聚丙烯酰胺7%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,所述柠檬酸钠10%,所述甘醇酸7%,所述瓜尔胶8%,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,所述乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
