the RFID electronic tag comprises a common paper electronic tag, an anti-metal electronic tag and a special-shaped electronic tag, wherein the common paper electronic tag adopts a passive electronic tag and is deployed on nonmetallic materials with smooth surfaces; the anti-metal electronic tag is arranged on metal materials with smooth surfaces; the special-shaped electronic tag adopts a passive electronic tag packaged by PVC and is deployed on the surface of office supplies;
the manager handheld terminal comprises an RFID identification module, a one-dimensional code and/or two-dimensional code scanning module and a wireless communication module; the system is used for acquiring the dual-mode label information of the one-dimensional two-dimension code and the RFID, and carrying out information interaction with the asset Internet of things management platform through the wireless communication module, the wireless AP and the encryption router provided with the SIM card, the user interface pushed by the information product networking management platform assists management personnel to finish the works of material warehouse-in and warehouse-out operation, material inventory in a warehouse and the like;
the asset internet of things management platform is deployed in a public security department data center and used for realizing management of police equipment and fixed assets, and comprises a permission management module, an organization management module, a basic data maintenance module, an allocation management module, a warehouse management module, a label printing management module, a borrowing return management module, a warehouse transfer management module, an early warning management module, a maintenance management module, a transportation management module, a scrapping management module, a warehouse management module and a query statistics module.

the allocation management module is used for receiving an allocation bill sent by the financial department;
the input/output management module is used for taking charge of input/output management of materials, covers input/output of the materials with a dial list and without the dial list, and comprises input/output list inquiry, single input/output list input with the dial list or without the dial list, input/output list change of the dial list or without the dial list and input/output list confirmation;
the label printing management module comprises two electronic label printing modes, namely a warehouse entry form and a label supplementing mode, wherein the electronic label printing task is automatically completed according to the content of the warehouse entry form in the warehouse entry form, if a label printer in a warehouse is damaged and cannot print, a label printing center is applied to print electronic labels, the label supplementing mode can print new electronic labels according to the actual condition of the warehouse and the existing label content, and the mode is used by a warehouse manager and comprises label printing application, label printing change, printing task management and label supplementing;
the system comprises a storage management module, a storage management module and a storage management module, wherein the storage management module is used for realizing the storage of materials, the storage without signature can be realized in a platform, the storage with signature can be realized through a handheld terminal, the storage management comprises the operation management of whole storage box storage, whole tray storage and whole shelf storage, and the operation management comprises storage list input, storage list inquiry, storage list change and storage list confirmation;
the early warning management module is used for setting information rules needing early warning, including temperature threshold setting, humidity threshold setting, temperature and humidity early warning information and validity early warning, and when the early warning information exceeds the set threshold, the platform gives an alarm to a user and displays specific alarm information in a webpage form;
the maintenance management module is used for maintenance management of materials and comprises maintenance list input, maintenance list modification and maintenance confirmation;
the discard management module is used for discard management of materials and comprises discard list input, discard list change, discard list audit and audit result inquiry;
the inventory management module is used for inventory management of materials and comprises inventory task formulation, inventory task change and inventory task execution;
the inquiry statistics module is used for inquiring and counting the circulation and state of materials, including warehouse entry inquiry, warehouse exit inquiry, scrapping inquiry, inventory inquiry, warehouse exit bill statistics, warehouse entry bill statistics, inventory statistics, validity early warning statistics and inventory equipment quality statistics.
4. The method for managing police equipment and asset internet of things management system according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

The financial management department compiles a purchase plan and a purchase order, and generates a dial-up order according to the purchase order;

when police equipment/fixed assets enter a warehouse, a warehouse manager operates a handheld terminal to receive a warehouse-in task, respectively scans and reads RFID electronic tag information on each warehouse-in police equipment/fixed asset and RFID electronic tag information of a corresponding equipment cabinet/goods shelf/stack according to the warehouse-in task, and binds the positions of the police equipment/fixed asset and the equipment cabinet/goods shelf/stack;
the warehouse manager puts the bound police equipment/fixed assets into corresponding equipment cabinets/shelves/stacks, the warehouse operation of the police equipment/fixed assets is completed, and when all the police equipment/fixed assets in the warehouse task are finished warehouse, the warehouse task is completed on the handheld terminal;
the warehouse manager logs in the platform to carry out warehouse entry confirmation on the corresponding warehouse entry bill, and the warehouse entry work is completed; the financial management department directly and manually inputs the transfer bill under the condition of no purchase bill; or under the condition that no financial management department issues a transfer order, the warehouse management department executes the transfer order-free warehouse entry, and the warehouse entry order is manually entered;
step 2, ex-warehouse process
