Abstract
The invention provides a fixed asset management system based on the Internet of things, which comprises a labeling unit, an asset tracking platform unit, a label processing unit and a maintenance unit; the labeling unit is used for labeling the generated bar code on the fixed asset; the asset tracking platform unit is used for collecting, feeding back, evaluating and tracking the data of the fixed asset; the tag processing unit is used for performing special processing on individual special assets; the maintenance unit is used for carrying out maintenance treatment on all units of the management system in a periodic period; labeling, asset tracking and labeling the fixed asset technical parameters counted by the existing clients; the asset evaluation can be carried out in an online mode and an offline mode, so that a customer can master own asset conditions in a short period, and can adjust to a certain extent, and the virtuous circle of scientific scrapped asset or scientific utilization of inherent asset investment is realized.

Background

The personal label processing unit 3 comprises an emergency processing module and adopts a personal individual tracking and warehousing mode for processing. The online updating module is directly connected with the wireless network and is used for carrying out asset estimation on the tangible asset and the intangible asset.
The device updating module 5 further comprises a device updating information collecting module 51, a device basic information module 52, a device state collecting module 53 and a device updating suggesting module 54; the device update information module 51 automatically captures update information of new product information and existing products from preset related device manufacturers through the internet and sends the information to the device update suggestion module 54; the device base information module 52 is configured to store a device factory state and send the information to the device update suggestion module 54; the device state collection module 53 is connected with related devices through the internet of things technology, captures device use state information, and sends the device use state related information to the device update suggestion module 54;
the device update suggestion module 54 includes: comparing the equipment use state information with the equipment delivery state, and analyzing by utilizing the operation parameters to obtain the equipment performance related state; and (II) analyzing the equipment using the state information, the running cost and the efficiency, analyzing the new product information and the running cost, the efficiency and the updating cost of the updating information of the existing product, estimating the optimal updating time of the equipment, and giving updating suggestions.
Example 1
A bar code is generated according to the recorded information such as the fixed asset warehousing time, asset category, warehousing attribute, storage attribute and the like, the bar code is stuck on the asset, and the information is written into the front-end information acquisition module 21 of the asset tracking platform unit 2. Specific information related to lending, transferring, depreciation, valuation, scrapping, maintenance and the like is tracked and compiled into the middle-end information updating and storing module 22 one by one according to actual asset circulation conditions.
