Abstract
The invention discloses a comprehensive business management system of an equipment institution, which solves the problems of high management difficulty and high cost of the equipment institution; the permission unit is used for avoiding that all people can delete and modify data to cause data confusion, the equipment unit, the personnel unit and the boat unit are used for facilitating users to efficiently manage equipment, personnel and offices respectively, the management difficulty is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the service approval module and the audit module are used for guaranteeing that management is orderly carried out according to the flow.

The invention particularly relates to a comprehensive business management system of an equipment institution.
Background
In the world today, the development of high technology is changing day by day, and a series of revolutionary changes in the military field are caused. In this revolution, equipment authorities can only make equipment guarantees in the preparation of military warfare as the equipment authorities adapt to the situation development, advance with time and keep pace with the development of the times. The construction of the strengthening equipment organ is not only a form compelling but also a task requirement.

The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1, an integrated service management system of an equipment authority includes a right management unit, an equipment unit, a personnel unit, a database unit, and a boat unit;
the authority management unit, the equipment unit, the personnel unit and the boat unit are all connected with the database unit;
the authority management unit comprises a login module, a role identification module and an authority distribution module; the user enters the role recognition module after successfully logging in through the login module, enters the authority distribution module after recognizing the corresponding identity, the authority distribution module distributes corresponding authority for the corresponding identity, and enters an interface through the distributed authority to operate units with different authorities;

the equipment warehousing module comprises a plurality of shelves provided with RFID electronic tags, a tag printer for printing, and a handheld terminal for entering and exiting the warehouse and reading the RFID electronic tags; a user performs RFID electronic tag printing and point writing through a tag printer, an RFID electronic tag is pasted on an outer package of an article, and the RFID electronic tag is put in and out of a warehouse through a handheld terminal;
the content on the RFID electronic tag comprises equipment type, production date, suppliers, bar codes and two-dimensional codes;

As shown in fig. 2, the equipment query module queries by inputting an equipment barcode, where the query content includes an equipment model, a name, a weight, and a date of getting used;
as shown in fig. 3, the equipment application module is configured to display an application list of equipment purchase, including an equipment model, a name, an application order number, an applicant, an application number, an application reason, and an application date, and perform a purchase application by adding an application;
as shown in fig. 4, the equipment scrapping module is configured to display a scrapping list of equipment, including equipment model, name, scrapping order number, scrapper, scrapping number, scrapping reason, and scrapping date, and apply for scrapping by adding scrapping;
the business approval module is used for operating personnel in charge of the authority and the administrator authority, receiving the applications submitted by the equipment application module and the equipment scrapping module, approving the applications, and returning the approval results to the list of the applications to display.
The personnel unit comprises a personnel information input module, a personnel query module, a personnel vacation application module, a personnel report module and an auditing module;
the personnel information input module is used for inputting the information of the personnel of the equipment department, including serial numbers, names, sexes, departments, positions and time of job entry; the personnel operator information input module is provided with a supervisor authority and an administrator authority;
as shown in fig. 5, the staff inquiry module inquires by inputting a number, and the inquiry content includes a number, a name, a gender, a department, a position, and an enrollment time;
as shown in fig. 6, the staff leave-asking module is configured to display an application list of the staff vacation, including an application number, an applicant, an application day, an application reason, and an application date, and make a leave-asking application by adding an application;
as shown in fig. 7, the people reporting module is configured to display a scrappage list of the equipment, including a report number, a reporter, report content, and a report date, and apply for reporting by adding a report;
the auditing module is used for operating the personnel in charge of the authority and the administrator authority, receives the applications submitted by the personnel leave-asking module and the personnel reporting module, performs approval, and returns the approval result to the list of the applications for display.
The boat unit comprises a boat information input module, a boat query module and a boat maintenance reminding module.
As shown in fig. 8, the boat information entry module is configured to perform addition management on a newly purchased boat, where the addition management includes a boat number and a boat purchase date;
as shown in fig. 9, the boat inquiry module is configured to inquire conditions of each boat, including a boat number, a boat current state, a boat service time, a boat maintenance record, and a boat maintenance record;
the current state of the boat comprises an attendance state, a maintenance state and a maintenance state. The current state of the boats is used for displaying the current condition of each boat.
The boat maintenance reminding module is used for reminding a user that the boat is about to reach the maintenance time; the potential safety hazard caused by bad conditions of the boat due to the fact that the boat is maintained by no supervision is avoided.
The database is used for storing information, and comprises a personnel table used for storing personnel unit information, an equipment table used for storing equipment unit information, a boat table used for storing boat unit information and a service table used for storing authority units.

The integrated service management system of an equipment institution of claim 1, wherein the equipment warehousing module comprises a plurality of shelves equipped with RFID electronic tags, a tag printer for printing, a handheld terminal for entering and exiting the warehouse and reading the RFID electronic tags; the user carries out RFID electronic tags through label printer and prints and write in, pastes RFID electronic tags on the outer package of article, and goes out warehouse entry to RFID electronic tags through handheld terminal.

the equipment application module is used for displaying an application list of equipment purchase, and the application list comprises equipment models, names, application sheet numbers, applicants, application quantity, application reasons and application dates, and purchase applications are made by adding applications;
the equipment scrapping module is used for displaying a scrapping list of the equipment, and the scrapping list comprises equipment model numbers, names, scrapping single numbers, scrappers, scrapping quantity, scrapping reasons and scrapping dates, and scrapping applications are carried out by adding scrapping;
