Abstract
本发明公开了一种液晶显示面板,包括依次设置的下偏光片、TFT阵列基板、彩色滤光基板和上偏光片,其中,所述上偏光片具有导电性,所述彩色滤光基板的朝向所述上偏光片的第一表面上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中填充有导电胶,所述上偏光片和所述彩色滤光基板之间通过所述导电胶相互电性连接。本发明还公开了包含如上所述液晶显示面板的液晶显示装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示面板以及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD),为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,并且具有高画质、体积小、重量轻的特点,因此倍受大家青睐,成为显示器的主流。如图1所示,常用的液晶显示面板至少包括相对设置的薄膜晶体管阵列基板(TFT array substrate)1和彩色滤光基板(color filter substrate)2以及位于TFT阵列基板1和彩色滤光基板2之间的液晶层(图中未示出),TFT阵列基板1和彩色滤光基板2还分别叠层连接有下偏光片3和上偏光片4。
在液晶显示面板的制作和使用过程中,容易产生静电并聚集于彩色滤光基板,当静电积累到一定程度就会产生静电场,这种静电场将会干扰液晶显示面板内部液晶分子的电场,进而导致显示画面异常。在现有技术中,为了消除静电影响,当前的一种解决方案是在于,如图1所示,上偏光片4采用具有导电功能的偏光片,并且通过在彩色滤光基板2上方的上偏光片4边缘进行导电胶5点胶,然后将该导电胶5与外部的静电保护电路连接,以消除积累在彩色滤光基板2上的静电。但是,采用点胶的方式设置导电胶5,电路的导通不稳定,并且导电胶5仅与上偏光片4的边缘接触,其接触面积过小也容易造成导电不佳,最终导致静电导出效果不佳。
因此,现有技术有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种液晶显示面板,其可以有效地消除积累在彩色滤光基板上的静电,提高液晶显示面板的显示品质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种液晶显示面板,包括依次设置的下偏光片、TFT阵列基板、彩色滤光基板和上偏光片,其中,所述上偏光片具有导电性,所述彩色滤光基板的朝向所述上偏光片的第一表面上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中填充有导电胶,所述上偏光片和所述彩色滤光基板之间通过所述导电胶相互电性连接。
其中,所述上偏光片的侧端面相对位于所述凹槽的正上方,所述导电胶的一部分被所述上偏光片覆盖,另一部分从所述上偏光片的侧端面暴露出。
其中,以所述上偏光片的侧端面对应的位置为分界线,所述导电胶呈左右对称的结构。
其中,所述凹槽在所述彩色滤光基板的第一表面上的开口为方形状。
其中,所述导电胶的上表面与所述第一表面平齐。
其中,所述导电胶为导电银胶。
其中,所述导电胶通过涂布工艺或印刷工艺填充在所述凹槽中。
本发明的另一方面是提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组,所述液晶显示面板与所述背光模组相对设置,所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶显示面板,以使所述液晶显示面板显示影像,其中,所述液晶面板为前述的液晶显示面板。
本发明实施例提供的液晶显示面板,在彩色滤光基板的朝向上偏光片的第一表面上设置有凹槽,然后凹槽中填充有导电胶,上偏光片和彩色滤光基板之间通过所述导电胶相互电性连接,由此使得上偏光片和彩色滤光基板之间的电性连接更加稳定,并且导电胶与上偏光片的接触面积更大,可以有效地消除积累在彩色滤光基板上的静电,提高液晶显示面板的显示品质。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。这些优选实施方式的示例在附图中进行了例示。附图中所示和根据附图描述的本发明的实施方式仅仅是示例性的,并且本发明并不限于这些实施方式。
在此,还需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,在附图中仅仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本发明关系不大的其他细节。
本发明实施例首先提供了一种液晶显示面板,如图2所示,所述液晶显示面板包括依次设置的下偏光片30、TFT阵列基板10、彩色滤光基板20和上偏光片40。其中,所述TFT阵列基板10和所述彩色滤光基板20相对设置,所述TFT阵列基板10和所述彩色滤光基板20之间设置有液晶层(附图中未示出)。
其中,参阅图2和图3,所述上偏光片40采用的是具有导电性的偏光片,所述彩色滤光基板20的朝向所述上偏光片40的第一表面20a上设置有凹槽21,所述凹槽21中填充有导电胶50,所述上偏光片40和所述彩色滤光基板20之间通过所述导电胶50相互电性连接。所述彩色滤光基板20上各个位置产生的静电,通过具有导电性的偏光片40会聚到导电胶50,然后再通过导电胶50传导到外部的静电保护电路,使得静电得到安全释放,避免静电的积累对液晶显示面板造成不良影响。
其中,所述导电胶50可以选择为导电银胶。所述导电胶50可以选择通过涂布工艺或印刷工艺填充在所述凹槽21中。
具体地,参阅图2和图3,所述上偏光片40的侧端面41相对位于所述凹槽21的正上方(对应于图3中的X-Y线视为侧端面41在凹槽21上的投影),所述导电胶50的一部分被所述上偏光片40覆盖,另一部分从所述上偏光片40的侧端面41暴露出。将所述导电胶50设置在所述彩色滤光基板20的凹槽21中,在不影响上偏光片40的装配结构的情况下,可以增加所述导电胶50的体积(减小自身电阻)并且增大所述导电胶50与所述上偏光片40的接触面积,由此可以使得静电的消除电路更加稳定,有利于静电的导出。另外,所述导电胶50是设置在凹槽21中,保证了所述导电胶50具有较大的厚度以减小自身的电阻,因此所述导电胶50可以是仅设置在上偏光片40的侧端面41的邻近区域,不需要整面涂覆到彩色滤光基板20的第一表面20a上,避免影响到液晶显示面板的显示性能(例如降低光线透过率)。
在一些具体的实施例中,如图3所示,所述凹槽21在所述彩色滤光基板10的第一表面20a上的开口为方形状。其中,以所述上偏光片40的侧端面41对应的位置为分界线(如图3中的X-Y线),所述凹槽21呈左右对称,也就是说,所述导电胶50为呈左右对称的结构。
在优选的方案中,所述导电胶50的上表面应当与所述彩色滤光基板10的第一表面20a平齐,这样既可以保证所述上偏光片40与所述导电胶50之间具有良好的接触,又可以避免由于所述第一表面20a与所述导电胶50之间存在段差,导致在贴附上偏光片40时出现气泡不良。
本实施例还提供了一种液晶显示装置,如图4所示,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板100及背光模组200,所述液晶显示面板100与所述背光模组200相对设置,所述背光模组200提供显示光源给所述液晶显示面板100,以使所述液晶显示面板100显示影像。其中,所述液晶显示面板100采用本实施例前述提供的液晶显示面板。

Claims (8)
1.一种液晶显示面板,包括依次设置的下偏光片、TFT阵列基板、彩色滤光基板和上偏光片,其特征在于,所述上偏光片具有导电性,所述彩色滤光基板的朝向所述上偏光片的第一表面上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中填充有导电胶,所述上偏光片和所述彩色滤光基板之间通过所述导电胶相互电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述上偏光片的侧端面相对位于所述凹槽的正上方,所述导电胶的一部分被所述上偏光片覆盖,另一部分从所述上偏光片的侧端面暴露出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,以所述上偏光片的侧端面对应的位置为分界线,所述导电胶呈左右对称的结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述凹槽在所述彩色滤光基板的第一表面上的开口为方形状。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电胶的上表面与所述第一表面平齐。
6.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电胶为导电银胶。
7.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电胶通过涂布工艺或印刷工艺填充在所述凹槽中。
8.一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶显示面板及背光模组,所述液晶显示面板与所述背光模组相对设置,所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶显示面板,以使所述液晶显示面板显示影像,其特征在于,所述液晶面板为权利要求1-7任一所述的液晶显示面板。
