本发明公开了一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分:硫酸钡10‑30份、硫酸镁12‑18份、硫化铜20‑40份、氧化锌6‑18份、山梨酸钾6‑12份、二甲基亚砜10‑20份、丙三醇4‑8份、聚乙烯醇2‑6份、苯甲醇6‑10份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4‑12份、异氰酸酯2‑8份、甘油20‑40份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4‑8份。本发明提供的一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料,各种组分相互配合,涂料毒性很小,涂料具有很好的防锈效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
百叶风口是空气分布器的一种。在空调工程中,通常将各种类型的送风口、回风口(或排风口)统称为空气分布器。常见的百叶风口有:单层百叶风口、双层百叶风口、侧壁格栅风口和条缝型格栅风口等。单层百叶风口经常将用于回风口,有时与铝合金网式过滤器或尼龙过滤网配套使用。双层百叶风口由双层叶片组成,前面一层叶片是可调的,后面一层叶片是固定的,根据需要可配置对开式多叶风量调节阀,用来调节风口风量。
涂料是一种材料,可以用于不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固的薄膜。地送风固定百叶风口百叶风口在空调冷风经过后,容易产生冷凝水,因此需要对百叶风口进行喷涂,防止地送风固定百叶风口的锈蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:硫酸钡10-30份、硫酸镁12-18份、硫化铜20-40份、氧化锌6-18份、山梨酸钾6-12份、二甲基亚砜10-20份、丙三醇4-8份、聚乙烯醇2-6份、苯甲醇6-10份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4-12份、异氰酸酯2-8份、甘油20-40份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4-8份。
一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。
优选的,所述的研磨机为高能行星式球磨机。
优选的,所述的高速分散釜的工作转速为3500-3600转/分。
本发明的有益效果是:提供的一种用于地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料,各种组分相互配合,涂料毒性小,涂料具有很好的防锈效果。

一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:硫酸钡10份、硫酸镁12份、硫化铜20份、氧化锌6份、山梨酸钾6份、二甲基亚砜10份、丙三醇4份、环已酮4份、聚乙烯醇2份、苯甲醇6份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4份、异氰酸酯2份、甘油20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4份,将上述组分均匀搅拌即可。
一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。
实施例2
一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:硫酸钡20份、硫酸镁15份、硫化铜30份、氧化锌12份、山梨酸钾9份、二甲基亚砜15份、丙三醇6份、环已酮7份、聚乙烯醇4份、苯甲醇8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛8份、异氰酸酯5份、甘油30份、甲苯二异氰酸酯6份,将上述组分均匀搅拌即可。
一种地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。

2.一种权利要求1所述的地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地送风固定百叶风口的防生锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的研磨机为高能行星式球磨机。
