真空铝箔包装袋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋加工领域,具体涉及一种真空铝箔包装袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,人们对袋装休闲食品,特点是一些土特产食品的需求量越来越大,对袋装休闲食品和土特产食品的质量、营养、口感要求越来越高;同时,传统的袋装休闲食品和土特产食品销售市场也在发生变化,目前,国内市场正兴起先进的真空铝箔包装技术,通过使用真空铝箔包装对袋装休闲食品和土特产食品进行包装,很好地阻止空气的进入,且抵抗外界压力,保持食品鲜爽度的作用,以满足市场的需求。但在目前,由于真空包装的材料和设备主要依靠进口,成本过高,真空包装在我国休闲食品中仅占10%,而发达国家占65%,这是袋装休闲食品和土特产食品包装中迫切需要提高和解决的地方。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封能好、保存时间长的真空铝箔包装袋。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的真空铝箔包装袋,包括铝箔内层和密封外层,其中,
所述的铝箔内层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂90-100份、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂7-15份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、柠檬酸2-5份、竹炭颗粒6-10份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、纳米陶瓷粉2-4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-4份、乳化硅油2-4份、纳米胶粉1-2份、石蜡油1-2份;
所述的密封外层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:聚乙烯70-85份、聚氨酯30-35份。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述真空铝箔包装袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a取上述配比的低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、柠檬酸、竹炭颗粒、聚丙烯酸钠、气相二氧化硅、纳米陶瓷粉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化硅油、纳米胶粉、石蜡油,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得铝箔内层;
b取上述配比的聚乙烯、聚氨酯,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得密封外层;
c在铝箔内层的外侧镀印密封外层,再通过热封工艺制得真空铝箔包装袋。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以低密度聚乙烯为主要原料,辅以超低密度聚乙烯及多种功能助剂制得铝箔内层,该内层具有极佳的阻隔性,能有效防止空气中的氧气和水分与食品接触后引起茶叶被氧化或霉变,并且具有优异的耐负压性,避免在真空包装时因不耐负压而破损,从而提高保存袋装休闲食品和土特产食品的原本口感。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

本发明的真空铝箔包装袋,包括铝箔内层和密封外层,其中,

所述的密封外层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:聚乙烯70份、聚氨酯30份。
上述真空铝箔包装袋的制备方法,其制备方法为:
a取上述配比的低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、柠檬酸、竹炭颗粒、聚丙烯酸钠、气相二氧化硅、纳米陶瓷粉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化硅油、纳米胶粉、石蜡油,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得铝箔内层;
b取上述配比的聚乙烯、聚氨酯,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得密封外层;
c在铝箔内层的外侧镀印密封外层,再通过热封工艺制得真空铝箔包装袋。
实施例2:
本发明的真空铝箔包装袋,包括铝箔内层和密封外层,其中,

所述的密封外层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:聚乙烯75份、聚氨酯35份。
上述真空铝箔包装袋的制备方法,其制备方法为:
a取上述配比的低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、柠檬酸、竹炭颗粒、聚丙烯酸钠、气相二氧化硅、纳米陶瓷粉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化硅油、纳米胶粉、石蜡油,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得铝箔内层;
b取上述配比的聚乙烯、聚氨酯,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得密封外层;
c在铝箔内层的外侧镀印密封外层,再通过热封工艺制得真空铝箔包装袋。

a取上述配比的低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、柠檬酸、竹炭颗粒、聚丙烯酸钠、气相二氧化硅、纳米陶瓷粉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化硅油、纳米胶粉、石蜡油,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得铝箔内层;
b取上述配比的聚乙烯、聚氨酯,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得密封外层;
c在铝箔内层的外侧镀印密封外层,再通过热封工艺制得真空铝箔包装袋。
本发明以低密度聚乙烯为主要原料,辅以超低密度聚乙烯及多种功能助剂制得铝箔内层,该内层具有极佳的阻隔性,能有效防止空气中的氧气和水分与食品接触后引起茶叶被氧化或霉变,并且具有优异的耐负压性,避免在真空包装时因不耐负压而破损,从而提高保存袋装休闲食品和土特产食品的原本口感。

1.一种真空铝箔包装袋,包括铝箔内层和密封外层,其中,
所述的铝箔内层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:聚乙烯树脂90-100份、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂7-15份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、柠檬酸2-5份、竹炭颗粒6-10份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、气相二氧化硅3-5份、纳米陶瓷粉2-4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-4份、乳化硅油2-4份、纳米胶粉1-2份、石蜡油1-2份;
所述的密封外层,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:聚乙烯70-85份、聚氨酯30-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空铝箔包装袋的制备方法,其制备方法为:
a取上述配比的低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、柠檬酸、竹炭颗粒、聚丙烯酸钠、气相二氧化硅、纳米陶瓷粉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、乳化硅油、纳米胶粉、石蜡油,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行铝锭熔炼、铸轧、冷轧、中间退火、冷轧、铝箔毛料、粗轧、中轧、精轧、分切,得铝箔内层;
b取上述配比的聚乙烯、聚氨酯,通过挤出或挤出吹塑工艺进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜即得密封外层;
c在铝箔内层的外侧镀印密封外层,再通过热封工艺制得真空铝箔包装袋。
