Abstract
本发明公开了一种口香糖包装纸内膜,涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯30‑35份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物10‑15份、聚偏二氯乙烯8‑12份、秸秆粉6‑10份、棕榈油5‑8份、米糠蜡5‑8份、钠基膨润土4‑6份、木粉4‑6份、大豆磷脂3‑5份、硬脂酰乳酸钠3‑5份、防腐抗菌剂2‑4份、甘油单油酸酯1‑2份、歧化松香酸钾1‑2份、纳米氧化锌0.3‑0.5份。本发明口香糖包装纸内膜具有优异阻隔性、防粘性和防腐抗菌性,减少包装工序,并且能保证口香糖的口感品质和防止气温升高时口香糖因糖分融化与包装纸粘连。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种口香糖包装纸内膜。
背景技术:
口香糖是以天然树胶或甘油树脂为胶体的基础,加入糖浆、薄荷、甜味剂等调和压制而成的一种供人们放入口中嚼咬的糖,深受世界人民的喜爱。在提升口腔健康的同时,通过咀嚼口香糖带来的面部肌肉运动,在认知学领域也具有多重功效。目前,口香糖一般采用双层包装,外层为纸质包装,内层为锡箔纸包装,以满足防潮和防粘连的要求。这种包装方式经过两道包装工序,增加了设备投入和包装时间。针对这一问题,本公司开发出一种口香糖包装纸内膜,该塑料内膜直接附着于纸质包装材料内壁,形成的包装纸可直接用于口香糖包装,通过一道包装工序即可完成口香糖的包装。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有优异阻隔性、防粘性和防腐抗菌性且减少包装工序的口香糖包装纸内膜。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种口香糖包装纸内膜,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
低密度聚乙烯30-35份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-15份、聚偏二氯乙烯8-12份、秸秆粉6-10份、棕榈油5-8份、米糠蜡5-8份、钠基膨润土4-6份、木粉4-6份、大豆磷脂3-5份、硬脂酰乳酸钠3-5份、防腐抗菌剂2-4份、甘油单油酸酯1-2份、歧化松香酸钾1-2份、纳米氧化锌0.3-0.5份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将秸秆粉和木粉经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入棕榈油和大豆磷脂,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3-5h,即得物料I;
(2)向聚偏二氯乙烯中加入米糠蜡、硬脂酰乳酸钠和甘油单油酸酯,充分混合后加热至80-90℃保温研磨10min,然后继续加热至110-120℃保温研磨10min,即得物料II;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和物料II加入混炼机中,加热至120-125℃下混炼10min,再加入物料I、钠基膨润土、防腐抗菌剂、歧化松香酸钾和纳米氧化锌,继续加热至130-140℃下混炼10min,最后利用挤出吹塑机挤出吹膜,机头温度控制在200-210℃。
所述防腐抗菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈13-17份、山楂叶10-15份、花椒叶10-15份、苦瓜叶8-11份、茶叶渣5-8份、南瓜子3-5份、卡波树脂3-5份、山苍子2-3份、鼠尾草2-3份、芥子油1-2份、蒙脱石粉0.3-0.5份、脱氢醋酸钠0.3-0.5份、芒硝0.1-0.2份、水60-80份,其制备方法为:先将茵陈、山楂叶和茶叶渣加入水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入花椒叶和苦瓜叶,继续微波处理5min,过滤,向滤渣中加入南瓜子、山苍子和鼠尾草,充分混合后与滤液分别送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入卡波树脂、芥子油、蒙脱石粉、脱氢醋酸钠和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)该塑料内膜可直接附着于纸质包装材料内壁,形成的包装纸可直接用于口香糖包装,从而通过一道包装工序即可完成口香糖的包装,不同于传统的利用纸质和锡箔纸两道包装工序,减少设备投入和缩短包装时间;
(2)该塑料内膜具有优异的阻隔性和防粘性,一方面可以有效防止空气中的水分和细菌进入包装纸内污染口香糖,影响口香糖的口感品质,另一方面可以防止气温升高时口香糖因糖分融化与包装纸粘连;
(3)该塑料内膜具有一定的防腐抗菌性,一方面可减少口香糖中防腐剂的使用,另一方面防止细菌因不慎进入包装纸后污染口香糖,从而进一步保证口香糖的质量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将6份秸秆粉和4份木粉经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入6份棕榈油和3份大豆磷脂,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,即得物料I;
(2)向8份聚偏二氯乙烯中加入6份米糠蜡、3份硬脂酰乳酸钠和1份甘油单油酸酯,充分混合后加热至80-90℃保温研磨10min,然后继续加热至110-120℃保温研磨10min,即得物料II;
(3)将30份低密度聚乙烯、12份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和物料II加入混炼机中,加热至120-125℃下混炼10min,再加入物料I、4份钠基膨润土、3份防腐抗菌剂、2份歧化松香酸钾和0.5份纳米氧化锌,继续加热至130-140℃下混炼10min,最后利用挤出吹塑机挤出吹膜,机头温度控制在200-210℃。
防腐抗菌剂的制备:先将15份茵陈、10份山楂叶和6份茶叶渣加入80份水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入12份花椒叶和8份苦瓜叶,继续微波处理5min,过滤,向滤渣中加入4份南瓜子、2份山苍子和2份鼠尾草,充分混合后与滤液分别送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入5份卡波树脂、1份芥子油、0.5份蒙脱石粉、0.5份脱氢醋酸钠和0.2份芒硝,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将8份秸秆粉和4份木粉经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入8份棕榈油和4份大豆磷脂,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,即得物料I;
(2)向10份聚偏二氯乙烯中加入8份米糠蜡、3份硬脂酰乳酸钠和2份甘油单油酸酯,充分混合后加热至80-90℃保温研磨10min,然后继续加热至110-120℃保温研磨10min,即得物料II;
(3)将35份低密度聚乙烯、10份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和物料II加入混炼机中,加热至120-125℃下混炼10min,再加入物料I、6份钠基膨润土、4份防腐抗菌剂、1份歧化松香酸钾和0.5份纳米氧化锌,继续加热至130-140℃下混炼10min,最后利用挤出吹塑机挤出吹膜,机头温度控制在200-210℃。
防腐抗菌剂的制备:先将13份茵陈、12份山楂叶和5份茶叶渣加入60份水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入10份花椒叶和8份苦瓜叶,继续微波处理5min,过滤,向滤渣中加入3份南瓜子、3份山苍子和2份鼠尾草,充分混合后与滤液分别送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入4份卡波树脂、2份芥子油、0.5份蒙脱石粉、0.5份脱氢醋酸钠和0.2份芒硝,充分混合均匀。

Claims (2)
1.一种口香糖包装纸内膜,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
低密度聚乙烯 30-35份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 10-15份、聚偏二氯乙烯8-12份、秸秆粉 6-10份、棕榈油 5-8份、米糠蜡 5-8份、钠基膨润土 4-6份、木粉 4-6份、大豆磷脂 3-5份、硬脂酰乳酸钠 3-5份、防腐抗菌剂 2-4份、甘油单油酸酯 1-2份、歧化松香酸钾 1-2份、纳米氧化锌 0.3-0.5份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将秸秆粉和木粉经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入棕榈油和大豆磷脂,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3-5h,即得物料I;
(2)向聚偏二氯乙烯中加入米糠蜡、硬脂酰乳酸钠和甘油单油酸酯,充分混合后加热至80-90℃保温研磨10min,然后继续加热至110-120℃保温研磨10min,即得物料II;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和物料II加入混炼机中,加热至120-125℃下混炼10min,再加入物料I、钠基膨润土、防腐抗菌剂、歧化松香酸钾和纳米氧化锌,继续加热至130-140℃下混炼10min,最后利用挤出吹塑机挤出吹膜,机头温度控制在200-210℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口香糖包装纸内膜,其特征在于,所述防腐抗菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈 13-17份、山楂叶 10-15份、花椒叶10-15份、苦瓜叶 8-11份、茶叶渣 5-8份、南瓜子 3-5份、卡波树脂 3-5份、山苍子 2-3份、鼠尾草 2-3份、芥子油 1-2份、蒙脱石粉 0.3-0.5份、脱氢醋酸钠 0.3-0.5份、芒硝 0.1-0.2份、水 60-80份,其制备方法为:先将茵陈、山楂叶和茶叶渣加入水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入花椒叶和苦瓜叶,继续微波处理5min,过滤,向滤渣中加入南瓜子、山苍子和鼠尾草,充分混合后与滤液分别送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体再经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入卡波树脂、芥子油、蒙脱石粉、脱氢醋酸钠和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
