本发明公开了一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,包括:外层密封层和内层抗菌层,所述外层密封层采用聚氨酯和聚乙烯高温聚合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚乙烯的含量占64-72%,所述聚氨酯的含量占28-36%,所述内层抗菌层包括铝箔与竹炭颗粒,所述竹炭颗粒均匀地分布在所述铝箔内部,按照质量百分比计算,所述铝箔的含量占92-96%,所述竹炭颗粒的含量占4-8%,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有密封、抗菌、保险的功效,大幅增长保存茶叶的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶领域,特别涉及一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋。
背景技术
中国茶叶历史悠久,品茶已成为中国人日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,而茶叶在销售的过程中必须以包装品的形式进行交易,一个好的茶叶包装可以让茶叶的身价提高数倍,可见茶叶包装已经是中国茶叶产业的重要环节,而现有的茶叶包装袋密封效果差,造成该类茶叶包装袋的抗菌性能较差,从而使得茶叶保险效果差,保存时间较短。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,能够具备有密封、抗菌、保险的功效,大幅增长保存茶叶的时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,包括:外层密封层和内层抗菌层,所述外层密封层采用聚氨酯和聚乙烯高温聚合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚乙烯的含量占64-72%,所述聚氨酯的含量占28-36%,所述内层抗菌层包括铝箔与竹炭颗粒,所述竹炭颗粒均匀地分布在所述铝箔内部,按照质量百分比计算,所述铝箔的含量占92-96%,所述竹炭颗粒的含量占4-8%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外层密封层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内层抗菌层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高温聚合的温度为550℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具备有密封、抗菌、保险的功效,大幅增长保存茶叶的时间。

一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,包括:外层密封层和内层抗菌层,所述外层密封层采用聚氨酯和聚乙烯高温聚合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚乙烯的含量占64%,所述聚氨酯的含量占36%,所述内层抗菌层包括铝箔与竹炭颗粒,所述竹炭颗粒均匀地分布在所述铝箔内部,按照质量百分比计算,所述铝箔的含量占96%,所述竹炭颗粒的含量占4%;所述外层密封层的厚度为0.3mm;所述内层抗菌层的厚度为0.1mm;所述高温聚合的温度为550℃。
实施例2:
一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,包括:外层密封层和内层抗菌层,所述外层密封层采用聚氨酯和聚乙烯高温聚合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚乙烯的含量占72%,所述聚氨酯的含量占28%,所述内层抗菌层包括铝箔与竹炭颗粒,所述竹炭颗粒均匀地分布在所述铝箔内部,按照质量百分比计算,所述铝箔的含量占92%,所述竹炭颗粒的含量占8%;所述外层密封层的厚度为0.5mm;所述内层抗菌层的厚度为0.2mm;所述高温聚合的温度为550℃。

一种高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,包括:外层密封层和内层抗菌层,所述外层密封层采用聚氨酯和聚乙烯高温聚合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚乙烯的含量占68%,所述聚氨酯的含量占32%,所述内层抗菌层包括铝箔与竹炭颗粒,所述竹炭颗粒均匀地分布在所述铝箔内部,按照质量百分比计算,所述铝箔的含量占94%,所述竹炭颗粒的含量占6%;所述外层密封层的厚度为0.4mm;所述内层抗菌层的厚度为0.15mm;所述高温聚合的温度为550℃。
区别于现有技术,本发明具备有密封、抗菌、保险的功效,大幅增长保存茶叶的时间。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,其特征在于,所述外层密封层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,其特征在于,所述内层抗菌层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌性茶叶包装袋,其特征在于,所述高温聚合的温度为550℃。
