技术领域
本发明属于橡胶加工领域,具体涉及一种橡胶的粉碎方法。
背景技术
橡胶,是一种具有可逆变的高弹性聚合物材料,常用于制作轮胎。轮胎通常是安装在金属轮辋上,用于支撑车身,缓冲外界冲击,实现与路面接触并保证车辆行驶安全。由于轮胎通常需要在复杂和苛刻的条件下使用,因此需要确保轮胎的质量佳。轮胎在生产过程中出现一点瑕疵,便不能使用,需要回收进行重新加工。
轮胎进行重新加工时,需要将轮胎进行粉碎,制成橡胶颗粒,再利用橡胶颗粒进行加工轮胎。现目前轮胎的橡胶粉碎方法,通常是使用功能打磨辊将橡胶切割成块状或片状,再通过粉碎滚进行挤压打碎,得到粒径较小的橡胶颗粒。
但是现目前的橡胶粉碎方法存在以下技术问题:1、橡胶在打碎的过程中,形成的颗粒会飞溅,导致机箱的内壁受损;2、在工业生产中,由于用电量较大,因此常常会导致电流出现波动,导致电流变弱,因此导致打磨辊的转速变慢,从而导致橡胶粉碎后的粒径变大。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种橡胶的粉碎方法,以解决现有技术电流产生波动变弱,导致粉碎后的橡胶颗粒粒径大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种橡胶的粉碎方法,采用橡胶粉碎装置对橡胶进行粉碎,橡胶粉碎装置包括机体,机体内自上而下设置有粉碎桶和收料桶,粉碎桶呈倒锥形,粉碎桶的上部转动连接有第一转轴和第二转轴,第一转轴和第二转轴通过齿轮传动,第一转轴和第二转轴上交错设置有粉碎辊刀;还包括传动机构,传动机构包括电机、第三转轴、主动带轮和从动带轮,电机驱动第三转轴转动,主动带轮安装在第三转轴上;从动带轮固定连接在第二转轴上,且从动带轮与第二转轴通过花键连接,主动带轮与从动带轮之间通过皮带连接,主动带轮和从动带轮均呈锥状,且主动带轮和从动带轮的小径端朝向相反;粉碎桶的侧壁上设有挡料板,挡料板与粉碎桶的内壁之间设有弹性件;
机体内还设有两个关于收料桶的轴线对称的连动机构;连动机构包括安装在机体上的支柱和推杆,推杆包括推动杆和与推动杆固定连接的支杆,推杆滑动连接在粉碎桶的侧壁上,支杆的中部铰接在支柱上,支杆的底部连接有收料杆;收料桶的内壁上设有支撑块,支撑块上滑动连接有筛网,两个筛网拼接呈锥状;收料桶的侧壁上设有出料口,收料杆位于出料口内,且收料杆与筛网的底部连接;推动杆的上表面还连接有竖直设置的拨杆;
橡胶粉碎包括以下步骤,
(1)清洗:对待切割的橡胶进行清洗,去除杂质,并对橡胶进行干燥;
(2)切割:将橡胶投入粉碎桶内,启动电机,带动粉碎辊刀转动对橡胶进行粉碎切割,形成橡胶颗粒,并将落至收料桶内的橡胶颗粒进行收集;粉碎辊刀的转速为在300-350r/min;
(3)筛分:利用筛分网对步骤(2)中的橡胶颗粒进行筛分,将粒径较大的橡胶颗粒筛出进行再次粉碎;
(4)除杂:将橡胶颗粒中的钢丝去除。
本方案技术特征的技术效果以及技术原理是:
将橡胶表面的杂质、灰尘清洗干净,并将橡胶表面的水分烘干。再将橡胶投入粉碎桶内,电机带动第三转轴转动,通过皮带传动第二转轴转动,并通过齿轮传动,带动第一转轴转动,并使得第一转轴和第二转轴上的粉碎辊刀相对转动,实现对橡胶的切割。
粉碎辊刀在剪切橡胶时,会给予切割后的橡胶转动的力,使得橡胶颗粒撞击粉碎桶的侧壁,通过设置挡料板,橡胶颗粒会撞击在挡料板上,并通过弹性件对挡料板进行缓冲,能避免粉碎桶侧壁受损,并且减缓挡料板受损。橡胶被粉碎后会落至收料桶内进行收集。
当电流发生波动变弱时,导致第三转轴的转速变慢,从而使得第一转轴和第二转轴的转速变慢,导致橡胶的剪切效果变差,切割出的橡胶颗粒的粒径变大,因此橡胶颗粒撞击挡料板的力变大,使得挡料板向粉碎桶侧壁方向移动的距离变大;挡料板挤压推动杆,从而带动支杆的顶部移动,由于支杆的中部铰接在支柱上,因此支杆的底部带动收料杆向收料桶的中部移动,推动筛网向收料桶的中部移动,使得两个筛网拼接呈锥状,粒径较大的橡胶颗粒沿着筛网滑动,并通过出料口出料进行收集。
再将收料桶内的橡胶颗粒取出,进行筛分,将粒径较大的橡胶颗粒取出进行再次粉碎,粒径较小的橡胶颗粒,去除钢丝、铁屑等杂质后进行保存。
本方案能产生的技术效果是:
1、粉碎辊刀交错设置在第一转轴和第二转轴上,能实现橡胶的粉碎;
2、通过设置挡料板使得被切碎的橡胶颗粒撞击在挡料板上,能避免粉碎桶的内壁受损;并且通过设置弹性件,能使得橡胶颗粒撞击挡料板时,对挡料板进行缓冲,减少挡料板受损;
3、通过设置主动带轮、从动带轮和皮带,既能够实现对第二转轴传动;又能够在电流产生拨动变小时,通过拨动拨块,调节传动比,提高第二转轴的转速,从而使得橡胶的粉碎效果更佳,被粉碎得更细。
以下是基于上述方案的优选方案:
优选方案一:基于基础方案,所述筛分网的孔径为4-7mm。能将粒径较小的橡胶颗粒进行筛分,并且该粒径的橡胶颗粒制备轮胎的效果好,易成型。
优选方案二:基于优选方案一,所述粉碎桶的底部设有两个导向块,两个导向块相靠近的一侧均沿收料桶中部向下倾斜设置。导向块能够对粉碎后的橡胶颗粒进行导向,使得橡胶颗粒从收料桶的中部落下,能避免粒径较小的橡胶颗粒也沿着筛网滑出。
优选方案三:基于优选方案二,所述从动带轮的小径端上设有环形的滑槽,拨杆的顶部设有凹槽,凹槽与滑槽之间滚动连接有滚珠。从动带轮发生转动时,滚珠在凹槽和环形的滑槽内滚动,实现将拨杆与从动带轮连接,并且能避免拨杆发生移动。
优选方案四:基于优选方案三,所述拨杆与粉碎桶的外壁之间设有压缩弹簧。当电流恢复正常时,挡料板不再挤压推动杆,拨杆复位,带动从动带轮复位,使得第二转轴的转速恢复正常。

实施例:
如图1所示,橡胶粉碎装置,包括机体,机体内设有粉碎桶1和收料桶2,收料桶2连接在粉碎桶1的底部。粉碎桶1内并排设置有第一转轴3和第二转轴4,第一转轴3和第二转轴4上均设有粉碎辊刀5,且第一转轴3和第二转轴4上的粉碎辊刀5交错设置。粉碎桶1的内壁设有挡料板11,挡料板11与粉碎桶1内壁之间设有弹性件,弹性件为弹簧。
如图2所示,第一转轴3和第二转轴4均贯穿粉碎桶1的右侧壁,且与粉碎桶1转动连接。粉碎桶1的左侧设有传动机构6,如图4所示,传动机构6包括第三转轴61、主动带轮62、从动带轮63和皮带,机体上设有电机,电机的输出轴与第三转轴61连接。第一转轴3、第二转轴4、第三转轴61从右至左依次设置,第一转轴3和第二转轴4通过齿轮传动,第一转轴3上设有主动齿轮,第二转轴4上设有与主动齿轮啮合的从动齿轮。
主动带轮62和从动带轮63均呈锥状,主动带轮62安装在第三转轴61上,从动带轮63花键连接在第二转轴4上,且主动带轮62的小径端朝下设置,从动带轮63的小径端朝上设置。主动轮与从动轮之间套设有皮带。

本发明一种橡胶的粉碎方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)利用高压水枪向待切割的橡胶进行喷水,将橡胶表面的灰尘或者粘附的杂质进行清除,再将橡胶堆叠烘干;
(2)将烘干后的橡胶投入粉碎桶内,启动电机,电机带动第三转轴转动,通过皮带传动,从而带动第二转轴转动,再通过主动齿轮与从动齿轮的传动,带动第一转轴转动,并且使得第一转轴和第二转轴上的粉碎辊刀相对转动,对橡胶进行剪切;橡胶被剪切后掉落至收料桶内进行收集。
橡胶在被剪切时,粉碎辊刀会给予橡胶转动的力,使得被切割后的橡胶颗粒撞击在挡料板上。当电流发生波动变小时,第三转轴的转速变慢,因此使得第一转轴和第二转轴的转速变慢,导致粉碎辊刀的转速变慢,对于橡胶的剪切力变小,使得橡胶的剪切效果变差,剪切后的橡胶粒径变大;此时,橡胶撞击挡料板的力变大,使得挡料板向粉碎桶侧壁移动的距离变大。
挡料板在移动过程中挤压推动杆,使得推动杆带动支杆的顶部向远离粉碎桶内壁方向移动,由于支杆的中部铰接在支柱上,因此支杆的底部带动收料杆向收料桶的中部移动,因此带动筛网向收料桶的中部移动,并拼接呈锥状,使得粒径较大的橡胶颗粒沿着筛网从出料口滑出,实现对粒径较大的橡胶颗粒进行收集。
推杆移动时,带动拨杆移动,使得拨杆拨动从动带轮,使得皮带套设在从动带轮的小径端,使得从动带轮的传动比发生变化,使得第二转轴的转速变快,从而使得粉碎辊刀的转速变快,对橡胶的粉碎效果变好。
(3)将收料桶内的橡胶颗粒取出,利用孔径为5mm的筛分网对橡胶颗粒进行筛分,使得粒径较大的橡胶颗粒留在筛分网上,与从出料口取出的橡胶一起投入粉碎桶内进行再次粉碎。
(4)将筛分后的橡胶颗粒内混合的钢丝、铁屑等杂质去除,再将橡胶颗粒进行保存。

1.一种橡胶的粉碎方法,其特征在于:采用橡胶粉碎装置对橡胶进行粉碎,橡胶粉碎装置包括机体,机体内自上而下设置有粉碎桶和收料桶,粉碎桶呈倒锥形,粉碎桶的上部转动连接有第一转轴和第二转轴,第一转轴和第二转轴通过齿轮传动,第一转轴和第二转轴上交错设置有粉碎辊刀;还包括传动机构,传动机构包括电机、第三转轴、主动带轮和从动带轮,电机驱动第三转轴转动,主动带轮安装在第三转轴上;从动带轮固定连接在第二转轴上,且从动带轮与第二转轴通过花键连接,主动带轮与从动带轮之间通过皮带连接,主动带轮和从动带轮均呈锥状,且主动带轮和从动带轮的小径端朝向相反;粉碎桶的侧壁上设有挡料板,挡料板与粉碎桶的内壁之间设有弹性件;
机体内还设有两个关于收料桶的轴线对称的连动机构;连动机构包括安装在机体上的支柱和推杆,推杆包括推动杆和与推动杆固定连接的支杆,推杆滑动连接在粉碎桶的侧壁上,支杆的中部铰接在支柱上,支杆的底部连接有收料杆;收料桶的内壁上设有支撑块,支撑块上滑动连接有筛网,两个筛网拼接呈锥状;收料桶的侧壁上设有出料口,收料杆位于出料口内,且收料杆与筛网的底部连接;推动杆的上表面还连接有竖直设置的拨杆;
橡胶粉碎包括以下步骤,
(1)清洗:对待切割的橡胶进行清洗,去除杂质,并对橡胶进行干燥;
(2)切割:将步骤(1)中烘干后的橡胶投入粉碎桶内,启动电机,带动粉碎辊刀转动对橡胶进行粉碎切割,形成橡胶颗粒,并将落至收料桶内的橡胶颗粒进行收集;粉碎辊刀的转速为在300-350r/min;
(3)筛分:利用筛分网对步骤(2)中的橡胶颗粒进行筛分,将粒径较大的橡胶颗粒筛出进行再次粉碎;
(4)除杂:将步骤(3)中粉碎后的橡胶颗粒中的钢丝去除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶的粉碎方法,其特征在于:所述筛分网的孔径为4-7mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶的粉碎方法,其特征在于:所述粉碎桶的底部设有两个导向块,两个导向块相靠近的一侧均沿收料桶中部向下倾斜设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶的粉碎方法,其特征在于:所述从动带轮的小径端上设有环形的滑槽,拨杆的顶部设有凹槽,凹槽与滑槽之间滚动连接有滚珠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的橡胶的粉碎方法,其特征在于:所述拨杆与粉碎桶的外壁之间设有压缩弹簧。
