[0002]破碎机是选煤工业中的重要设备,目前市场上普遍采用的破碎机主要有颚式破碎机、圆锥破碎机、辊式破碎机、反击式破碎机等。这些破碎机一般体积大、耗能高、自动化水平低,无法满足日益增长的市场需要。基于设备的节能降耗,提高破碎设备工作效率,不断优化破碎作业,从而提高相关工业部门的经济效益,深入分析破碎机构的设计与运动特性具有非常重要的现实意义。
[0003]颚式破碎机最基本的机型有两种,即简摆颚式破碎机和复摆颚式破碎机。目前,从国内外市场看绝大多数还是使用复摆颚式破碎机,其工作原理是:电动机驱动皮带和皮带轮,通过偏心轴使连杆上下运动。当连杆上升时,肘板之间的夹角变大,从而推动动颚板向固定颚板接近,与此同时物料被压碎;当连杆下降时,肘板之间的夹角变小,动颚板在拉杆弹簧的作用下离开固定颚板,此时被压碎的物料从破碎腔排出。由于颚式破碎机结构简单,制造容易,工作可靠,使用维修方便,所以在冶金、矿山、建材、化工、煤炭等行业得到广泛应用。颚式破碎机的缺点为破碎比小,且被破碎物料的粒度不均匀,且易产生较大粉尘,造成污染,主要用于粗破碎。
[0004]圆锥破碎机破碎腔的物料是随动锥转动连续的被破碎,所以它比颚式破碎机生产率高且工作比较平稳。圆锥破碎机的工作原理:破碎电动机的动力由传动轴,圆锥齿轮带动偏心轴套旋转。主轴自由的插在偏心轴套的锥形孔里,动锥固装在主轴上并支持在圆面轴承上。随着偏心轴套的旋转,动锥的中心线绕破碎机中心线做锥面运动。这样动锥靠近定锥,则物料处于被挤压和破碎过程,而动锥另一面离开定锥,此时被压碎了的物料靠自重从两锥体底部排出。圆锥破碎机由于破碎腔较大,所以具有较高的生产能力,且耗能更低,它的缺点是不适合破碎湿度和粘度较大的物料,且机身较高、结构复杂,不利于安装和维修。
[0005]锤式破碎机在水泥、选煤、化工、电力、冶金等工业部门应用的非常广泛。锤式破碎机主要靠锤子冲击作用破碎物料。物料进入锤子工作区后,被高速回转的锤子冲击破碎。被破碎的物料从锤头处获得动能,以高速向破碎板和篦条筛上冲击而被第二次破碎。此后,小于篦条筛缝隙的物料,便从缝隙中排出,而粒度较大的物料会弹回到衬板和篦条上,还将受到锤头的附加冲击破碎,在物料破碎的整个过程中,物料之间也相互冲击粉碎。锤式破碎机的破碎比大,生产能力高,且结构简单,其缺点是锤头和篦条筛磨损快,不易破碎硬度较高的物料,检修时,转子的平衡需要较长时间调试。

[0020]如图1-图5所示,小型卧式物料破碎装置,包括进料斗I,进料斗I的一侧连接有破碎腔体外壳10,进料斗I与外壳10之间设置有机盖2,破碎腔体外壳10的底部设置有出料口,破碎腔体外壳10内安装有过滤网筛8,网筛8通过固定板9安装在破碎腔体内,网筛8内部的破碎腔体内设置有用于物料破碎的冲击机构,冲击机构连接有为其提供动力的传动机构。冲击机构主要用于物料的破碎,传动机构带动冲击机构工作,完成物料破碎。
[0021 ]传动机构的结构为:包括电动机11,电动机11主轴通过联轴器12与破碎主轴13连接,破碎主轴13的一端穿过外壳10延伸到破碎腔体内部,破碎主轴13与外壳10之间设置有滚珠轴承15,滚珠轴承15的外侧面安装有轴承端盖14。冲击机构的结构为:包括通过销钉16固定安装在破碎主轴13前部的锤板17,锤板17的两端固定安装有锤头5,锤头5与锤板17通过固定螺栓7、垫片4以及固定螺母6固定连接。锤板17前端的破碎主轴13上安装有随破碎主轴13转动的刀片3。
[0022]本发明的工作过程为:物料从进料斗I进入后,电动机11提供动力,通过联轴器12带动破碎主轴13高速旋转,破碎主轴13再将动力传递给破碎装置的锤板17,锤头5和刀片3。破碎过程中,物料首先被高速旋转的刀片3剪切、冲击,完成物料的初破碎。进入破碎腔后,由于高速旋转的锤头5和锤板17的撞击作用,物料被锤头5和锤板17撞击破碎形成物料碎块的同时,这些物料碎块也会在不同方向上的高速度运动。这就使得一方面物料之间相互撞击形成破碎,另一方面物料被抛射到网筛8形成再次破碎,从而更好的实现装置的破碎功能。在装置运转过程中,粒度较小的物料通过网筛8的筛分,从出料口排出破碎腔,而粒度较大的物料留在破碎腔继续由冲击机构进行破碎,直到物料全部破碎完毕。
[0023]以煤炭制样为例,进行实例说明:在对煤炭进行破碎时,首先打开电源开关,电动机11提供动力带动破碎装置的锤板17,锤头5和刀片3高速旋转。待装置全部启动完毕,将煤炭从进料口装入此装置破碎腔中。煤炭首先被高速旋转的刀片3剪切、冲击,从而初步破碎,以免煤炭体积过大,造成堵料;再被高速旋转的锤头5和锤板17高速撞击冲击破碎;由于锤头5和锤板17的撞击作用,煤炭获得较高运动速度,一方面物料之间相互撞击形成破碎,另一方面物料被抛射到网筛8形成再次破碎,从而可以有效的提高煤炭的破碎效率。达到破碎目标的煤炭颗粒可以经过网筛8随时排出该装置进行下一步处理,而粒度较大的物料留在破碎腔继续进行破碎,直到全部煤炭粉碎完毕。

Claims (4)
1.小型卧式物料破碎装置,其特征在于:包括进料斗(I),进料斗(I)的一侧连接有破碎腔体外壳(10),破碎腔体外壳(10)的底部设置有出料口,破碎腔体外壳(10)内安装有过滤网筛(8),网筛(8)通过固定板(9)安装在破碎腔体内,破碎腔体内设置有用于物料破碎的冲击机构,冲击机构连接有为其提供动力的传动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型卧式物料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括电动机(11),电动机(11)主轴通过联轴器(12)与破碎主轴(13)连接,破碎主轴(13)的一端穿过外壳(1 )延伸到破碎腔体内部,破碎主轴(13 )与外壳(1 )之间设置有滚珠轴承(15 ),滚珠轴承(15)的外侧面安装有轴承端盖(14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型卧式物料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述冲击机构包括通过销钉(16)固定安装在破碎主轴(13)前部的锤板(17),锤板(17)的两端固定安装有锤头(5),锤板(17)前端的破碎主轴(13)上安装有随破碎主轴(13)转动的刀片(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的小型卧式物料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述锤头(5)与锤板(17)通过固定螺栓(7)、垫片(4)以及固定螺母(6)固定连接。
