Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃纤维布生产技术领域,特别涉及一种玻璃纤维布上胶装置。包括架体,所述架体底端安装有浸润槽,所述浸润槽内安装有浸润辊;所述浸润槽后方的架体两侧设有第一立柱,所述第一立柱中部安装有一组挤压辊;所述挤压辊斜上方安装有第一转向辊;所述第一立柱后端焊接有支撑台;所述支撑台上端设有涂胶槽,支撑台两侧设有第二立柱;所述涂胶辊上端设有与第二立柱转动连接的上胶辊,上胶辊上端垂直方向设有均胶辊;所述均胶辊斜上方设有与第二立柱转动连接的第二转向辊。本发明结构设计合理,更有利于玻璃纤维布与树脂胶的粘合,涂胶均匀,方便后期烘干,提高了工作的效率。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃纤维布生产技术领域,特别涉及一种玻璃纤维布上胶装置。
(二)背景技术
玻璃纤维方格布是无捻粗纱平纹织物,玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高的优点。用玻璃纤维制成的布料能够用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模具等。为了增强玻璃纤维布的各项性能如耐碱、耐酸性等,需要对玻璃纤维布表面进行处理,一般是涂一层树脂胶;然而现在的生产设备涂胶时胶层太后不容易后续的烘干操作,然而太薄有不能满足性能需要;而且涂胶时由于胶的粘度较大使得涂覆的不够均匀。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种玻璃纤维布上胶装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种玻璃纤维布上胶装置,其特征在于:包括架体,所述架体底端安装有浸润槽,所述浸润槽内安装有浸润辊;所述浸润槽后方的架体两侧设有第一立柱,所述第一立柱中部安装有一组挤压辊;所述挤压辊斜上方安装有第一转向辊;所述第一立柱后端焊接有支撑台;所述支撑台上端设有涂胶槽,支撑台两侧设有第二立柱;所述涂胶槽上端设有与第二立柱转动连接的上胶辊,上胶辊上端垂直方向设有均胶辊;所述均胶辊斜上方设有与第二立柱转动连接的第二转向辊;所述支撑台后端设有第三立柱;所述第三立柱上端设有风干管;所述风干管与架体上端的风机连接。
进一步,所述浸润辊包括第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊;所述第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊成等腰三角形
进一步,所述支撑台下端放置有涂料桶;所述涂料桶通过管道与涂料泵相连,涂料泵通过上料管与涂胶槽连接。
其中,所述涂胶槽底部设有排料管,所述排料管与涂料桶连接。
进一步,所述风干管包括上风干管和下风干管,下风干管下部设有若干排风孔,上风干管上部设有若干排风孔。
本发明使用时,玻璃纤维布依次经过第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊,完成两次浸润过程,玻璃纤维布经过浸润槽的浸润,表面覆盖有浸润剂,有利于玻璃纤维布与胶的粘附;经过挤压辊后去除多余的浸润剂,然后通过上胶辊和均胶辊充分上胶,使得上胶过程更加均匀;上胶后玻璃纤维布从上风干管和下风干管中间通过,经过风机的风干作用,吹散多余的水分,更利于后期的烘干。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,更有利于玻璃纤维布与树脂胶的粘合,涂胶均匀,方便后期烘干,提高了工作的效率。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括架体1,所述架体1底端安装有浸润槽2,所述浸润槽2内安装有浸润辊3;所述浸润槽2后方的架体1两侧设有第一立柱4,所述第一立柱4中部安装有一组挤压辊5;所述挤压辊5斜上方安装有第一转向辊6;所述第一立柱4后端焊接有支撑台7;所述支撑台7上端设有涂胶槽8,支撑台7两侧设有第二立柱9;所述涂胶槽8上端设有与第二立柱9转动连接的上胶辊10,上胶辊10上端垂直方向设有均胶辊11;所述均胶辊11斜上方设有与第二立柱9转动连接的第二转向辊12;所述支撑台7后端设有第三立柱13;所述第三立柱13上端设有风干管14;所述风干管14与架体1上端的风机15连接。
进一步,所述浸润辊3包括第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊;所述第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊成等腰三角形
进一步,所述支撑台7下端放置有涂料桶16;所述涂料桶16通过管道与涂料泵17相连,涂料泵17通过上料管与涂胶槽8连接。
其中,所述涂胶槽8底部设有排料管,所述排料管与涂料桶16连接。
进一步,所述风干管14包括上风干管和下风干管,下风干管下部设有若干排风孔,上风干管上部设有若干排风孔。
本发明使用时,玻璃纤维布依次经过第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊,完成两次浸润过程,玻璃纤维布经过浸润槽2的浸润,表面覆盖有浸润剂,有利于玻璃纤维布与胶的粘附;经过挤压辊5后去除多余的浸润剂,然后通过上胶辊10和均胶辊11充分上胶,使得上胶过程更加均匀;上胶后玻璃纤维布从上风干管和下风干管中间通过,经过风机15的风干作用,吹散多余的水分,更利于后期的烘干。

1.一种玻璃纤维布上胶装置,其特征在于:包括架体,所述架体底端安装有浸润槽,所述浸润槽内安装有浸润辊;所述浸润槽后方的架体两侧设有第一立柱,所述第一立柱中部安装有一组挤压辊;所述挤压辊斜上方安装有第一转向辊;所述第一立柱后端焊接有支撑台;所述支撑台上端设有涂胶槽,支撑台两侧设有第二立柱;所述涂胶辊上端设有与第二立柱转动连接的上胶辊,上胶辊上端垂直方向设有均胶辊;所述均胶辊斜上方设有与第二立柱转动连接的第二转向辊;所述支撑台后端设有第三立柱;所述第三立柱上端设有风干管;所述风干管与架体上端的风机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述浸润辊包括第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊;所述第一浸润辊,第二浸润辊,第三浸润辊成等腰三角形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台下端放置有涂料桶;所述涂料桶通过管道与涂料泵相连,涂料泵通过上料管与涂胶槽连接。
