为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：苏梗10g，香附10g，乌药10g，厚朴10g，陈皮10g，半夏10g，太子参30g，白术10g，茯苓15g，川芎15g，丹参30g，生黄芪30g，沙参30g，麦冬15g，花粉10g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将药材混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡透；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，药渣内再加水适量煎30分钟，滤出药液，3次药液混合，每天1剂，分3次温服，10天为1个疗程。
发明用于治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对糖尿病性心脏病病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，黄芪补气升阳，益气固表；沙参、麦冬清热养阴，润肺止咳；花粉养血补气；苏梗、香附、乌药、川芎调畅气机；白术、茯苓、陈皮、半夏健脾燥湿化痰；太子参补益心脾；丹参、川芎活血通脉；诸药共用，使心脾之气充足，气机调畅，痰湿得化，血脉流通。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：苏梗10g，香附10g，乌药10g，厚朴10g，陈皮10g，半夏10g，太子参30g，白术10g，茯苓15g，川芎15g，丹参30g，生黄芪30g，沙参30g，麦冬15g，花粉10g。
实施例2：如果患者肺失肃降，在上述组分中加石斛15g，桑皮15g，葶苈子10g，泽泻10g，车前子10g。
实施例3：如果患者肝失疏泄，脾失健运，在上述组分中加川楝子15g，郁金10g，青皮10g，泽泻10g，车前子10g，桃仁15g，红花10g。
实施例4：如果患者肾失开合，在上述组分中加生地10g，山猪有肉10g，附子10g，肉桂15g，葫芦巴15g。
将药材混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡透；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，药渣内再加水适量煎30分钟，滤出药液，3次药液混合，每天1剂，分3次温服，10天为1个疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
共观察60例糖尿病性心脏病患者，其中男患者35例，女患者35例。 年龄48-72岁，平均年龄58.5岁。
2、诊断标准为：
(1)有糖尿病的确凿证据；
(2)心电图ST段呈水平或下斜型降低≥0.05mV，T波低平，双相或倒置；
(3)病史中曾出现心绞痛、心肌梗死或心力衰竭；
(4)严重心律失常(不包括窦性心动过速、轻度窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐、低电 压和不完全右束支传导阻滞)；
(5)X线、心电图、超声心动图和心向量图提示心脏扩大；
(6)心机械图(采用多导生理记录仪同步描记心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图和心尖 搏动图，测量收缩时间间期和舒张时间间期)提示左心功能减退；
(7)临床上可除外其他器质性心脏病。
3、疗效标准
显效，通过治疗后体质增强，身上有劲，胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁、心跳过速等症 明显缓解，心电图可见心肌供血改善；
有效，通过治疗后体质增强，身上有劲，胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁、心跳过速等症 有所缓解；
无效，治疗后症状无变化。
4、治疗结果
在临床使用本发明配方，服药的60例糖尿病性心脏病患者，服药1个 疗程后，症状有所缓解，服药2个疗程后，症状明显改善。临床实验60例患者中，显 效45例，有效11例，无效4例，总有效率为93.3％。
典型案例：
洪某，女，53岁。患有糖尿病性心脏病5年时间，体质较以前明显变弱， 身体乏力，经常出现胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁、心跳过速等现象，服用本发明药物10天后， 身体状况较以前有改善，胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁等症状有所减轻，服药2个月后，身体有劲，胸闷胸痛、心跳过速等症状基本消失，停药一年后随访，病情无复发。

1.一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：苏梗10g，香附10g，乌药10g，厚朴10g，陈皮10g，半夏10g，太子参30g，白术10g，茯苓15g，川芎15g，丹参30g，生黄芪30g，沙参30g，麦冬15g，花粉10g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括石斛15g，桑皮15g，葶苈子10g，泽泻10g，车前子10g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括川楝子15g，郁金10g，青皮10g，泽泻10g，车前子10g，桃仁15g，红花10g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括生地10g，山猪有肉10g，附子10g，肉桂15g，葫芦巴15g。
