本发明涉及中药领域，一种治疗冠心病的中药，它是由下列原料药物按照一定重量配比的组份组成：丹参3‑15份、当归1‑10份、川芎3‑18份、生地3‑15份、赤芍3‑15份、白芍3‑15份、桃仁3‑15份、红花1‑10份、茯苓3‑15份、木香1‑10份、陈皮3‑18份、炙甘草3‑15份。本发明的中药组合物具有活血祛瘀、通阳散结、温经通脉、行气祛痰的功效，其治疗冠心病疗效显著，作用可靠。其各组分药源广、配制简便、药性平和、无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物。
背景技术
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病简称冠心病，又名缺血性心脏病。绝大多数是由于冠状动脉粥样硬化使动脉管腔狭窄、闭塞，或在此基础上合并痉挛，以及血栓形成，引起冠状动脉血流和心肌氧需之间不平衡而导致心肌缺血或梗死的一种心脏病。本病属于中医“胸痹”、“心痛”、“心悸”范畴，主要症状为胸闷、胸痛，甚则胸痛彻背，喘息不得卧。轻者仅感胸闷如窒，呼吸欠畅，重者则胸痛。严重者心痛彻背，背痛彻心。主要病机为心脉痹阻。治疗原则为活血化瘀，通阳散结，行气祛痰。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗冠心病的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参3-15份、当归1-10份、川芎3-18份、生地3-15份、赤芍3-15份、白芍3-15份、桃仁3-15份、红花1-10份、茯苓3-15份、木香1-10份、陈皮3-18份、炙甘草3-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参9份、当归6份、川芎10份、生地9份、赤芍9份、白芍9份、桃仁9份、红花5份、茯苓9份、木香5份、陈皮10份、炙甘草9份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；生地具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；白芍具有通顺血脉、养血柔肝、缓中敛汗的功效；桃仁具有活血祛瘀、润肠通便的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；木香具有行气止痛、调中导滞的功效；陈皮具有理气健脾、调中利水、燥湿化痰的功效；炙甘草具有补脾和胃、益气复脉的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏活血祛瘀、通阳散结、温经通脉、行气祛痰之功效，从而对冠心病的治疗达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率72%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参9g、当归6g、川芎10g、生地9g、赤芍9g、白芍9g、桃仁9g、红花5g、茯苓9g、木香5g、陈皮10g、炙甘草9g。
实施例2
一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参3g、当归8g、川芎6g、生地15g、赤芍3g、白芍6g、桃仁12g、红花3g、茯苓15g、木香1g、陈皮14g、炙甘草6g。
实施例3
一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参12g、当归1g、川芎18g、生地6g、赤芍12g、白芍3g、桃仁6g、红花8g、茯苓3g、木香8g、陈皮3g、炙甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参15g、当归3g、川芎14g、生地3g、赤芍15g、白芍12g、桃仁15g、红花1g、茯苓3g、木香10g、陈皮6g、炙甘草12g。
实施例5
一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参6g、当归10g、川芎3g、生地12g、赤芍6g、白芍15g、桃仁3g、红花10g、茯苓12g、木香3g、陈皮18g、炙甘草3g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，进行煎煮，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
以实施例1给出的一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男58例，女42例，年龄20～65岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、症状：反复发作性心前区憋闷、疼痛，有如巨石压迫感，甚则呼吸不畅，胸痛彻背。服用速效救心丸等可以缓解。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分用量根据患者的体重和年龄酌情增减。一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用。五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
治愈：自觉症状消失，一年内不复发。
好转：自觉症状明显减轻，发作次数明显减少。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-6个疗程，治愈72例，随访未见复发；显效15例，有效8例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：姜××，男，50岁，干部。2010年10月就诊。反复发作性胸闷，胸痛5年，常在夜间发作，每因气候寒冷，情志不遂，诱发加重，每年都住院治疗两次以上，发作时服用速效救心丸可缓解。查体：舌体胖大，舌质紫暗，苔白滑，脉弦涩。给予本方药服用一疗程症状明显减轻，继服一疗程诸症消失，一年后随访，再未复发。
病例2：李××，女，60岁。自述患冠心病已10年，常感心前区憋闷，疼痛，每次发作几秒钟至几分钟，伴有心悸、气短。长期服用保心丸、心血康等药，但仍频繁发作。查体：舌质暗红，苔白滑，脉弦。给予本方药服用一疗程症状减轻，继服两疗程诸症消失，一年后随访再未发作。
