技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于冠心病心肌梗死治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
心肌梗死是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的一种临床类型，是心肌的缺血性坏死，是在光状动脉病变的基础上，发生冠状动脉血供急剧减少或中断，使相应的心肌严重而持久地急性缺血所致，属冠心病的严重类型，也是严重危害人类生命健康的常见病，心肌梗死以中医论治属于胸痹范畴，临床上有剧烈而较持久的胸骨后疼痛、发热、白细胞增多、红细胞沉降率加快、血清心肌酶活力增高及进行性心电图变化，可发生心率失常、休克或心力衰竭，目前中西医对心肌梗死的治疗还没有很好的治疗办法。
现代医学对冠心病心肌梗死的治疗方法通常是对患者进行监护并进行一般性的治疗，即镇静止痛、调整血容量、灌注治疗、缩小梗死面积、抗心律失常。但西药治疗会给患者带来副作用，且短期内易复发。中医通过多种中药材的合理配伍，制成片剂，达到维持心肌梗死患者病情长期稳定、有效提高患者心脏储备能力的效果。
本发明用于冠心病心肌梗死治疗的中药配方，针对冠心病心肌梗死病因病机，化瘀活血养血，行气疏肝和血，针对冠心病心肌梗死所表现的胸闷痛、舌质紫暗、系阴虚而致瘀，气虚不运，胸阳不振，而致寒凝血涩，心脉痹阻等症状的治疗具有显著效果，且疗程短，见效快，安全无毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于冠心病心肌梗死治疗的中药配方，该中药化瘀活血养血，行气疏肝和血，对冠心病心肌梗死患者减轻病症有较好的疗效。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：牛膝6g，生甘草6g，当归13g，川芎13g，赤芍13g，生地黄13g，桃仁13g，红花13g，柴胡13g，枳壳13g，桔梗13g，黄芪30~60g，桂枝13g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材放入砂锅中用冷水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服，8日为1个疗程，连续治疗2~4个疗程。
发明用于治疗冠心病心肌梗死的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对冠心病心肌梗死病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，桃仁、红花、当归、赤芍化瘀活血而养血；川芎、生地黄、柴胡、甘草和血行气而舒肝；枳壳、桔梗、牛膝理气通脉；桂枝温心通阳；重用黄芪可益气升阳提高心肌细胞活力。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗冠心病心肌梗死的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：牛膝6g，生甘草6g，当归13g，川芎13g，赤芍13g，生地黄13g，桃仁13g，红花13g，柴胡13g，枳壳13g，桔梗13g，黄芪30~60g，桂枝13g。
实施例2：如果患者同时患有高血脂，在上述组分中加焦山楂15g，决明子18g。
实施例3：如果患者伴有心悸甚重，在上述组分中加西洋参（另煎兑服）13g。
实施例4：如果患者心前区发作性疼痛呈针刺样，在上述组分中加延胡索10~16g，水蛭13g，三七粉（冲服）3~6g。

1、临床资料
在400例心肌梗死临床患者志愿者中，男性200例，女性患者200例，年龄段为45-60岁，全部患者均具有典型的冠心病心肌梗死临床症状，且在性别、年龄、病程上无统计学差异。
2、诊断标准
（1）典型心肌缺血症状（胸痛或胸闷不适）；
（2）典型心电图变化；
（3）血清心肌酶升高。
3、疗效标准
治愈：服用药物后，不适症状完全消失；
有效：服用药物后，不适症状减轻或部分消失；
无效：服用药物后，不适症状无变化；
总有效率=（治愈+有效）/总例数×100％。
4、治疗结果
治疗效果：临床治愈368例，占92％；有效24例，占6％；无 效8例，占2％。总有效率98％。
典型案例：
陈某，女，60岁，初诊主诉心前区闷痛，气短，加重10天，患者于2年前因劳累受凉而致胸闷憋痛，未重视，3个月前因搬家劳累过度再次加重，曾在社区医院就诊，检查为：冠心病心绞痛，治疗效果不佳，现患者胸部窒闷疼痛，每日发作3~5次，每次持续3~6分钟，活动、劳累或受冷后加重，同时伴有头晕，心烦不安，肢体沉重，形体丰腴，血压130/85mmHg，心律齐，心率80/分钟，舌质黯边有瘀点，苔白，口唇色暗，脉弦细，心电图检查：窦性心律，T波Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联呈倒置，ST段导联呈水平性下移0.1mV。心功能提示：左心收缩功能不正常，超声心电图检查有冠心病，西医诊断：冠心病、劳累性心绞痛伴心肌梗死，中医诊断：胸痹、心痛，治以化瘀活血，通阳益气，服用本发明配方1个疗程后，心前区闷痛明显减轻，时间减少，每日发作1~2次可自行缓解，继服3周后，患者心前区闷痛、气短未发作，心安神宁，头昏、肢体沉重转好，血压125/86mmHg，舌质稍红，脉弦滑，病情大减，为了巩固疗效继服1个疗程，诸症尽除。
