本发明公开了一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂，是由以下重量份的原料制成的：柴胡10～20份，当归10～15份，红花10～15份，香附10～20份，甘草5～10份，水蛭5～10份，麦冬25～35份，郁金4～10份，桂枝10～15份，黄连5～10份，苦参5～15份，玄参6～8份，远志4～8份，木香5～20份，淫羊藿10～20份。本发明的中药制剂临床共治疗95例患者，其中，显效44例，有效35例，无效16例，总有效79例，总有效率为83.1％。本发明的中药制剂具有疏肝、活血、通脉之功效，对各种原因引起的室性过早搏动均有较好疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂。
背景技术
冠状动脉性心脏病(coronary artery heart disease，CHD)简称冠心病，是一种最常见的心脏病，是指因冠状动脉狭窄、供血不足而引起的心肌机能障碍和(或)器质性病变，故又称缺血性心肌病(IHD)。CHD是多种冠状动脉病的结果，但冠状动脉粥样硬化占冠状动脉性心脏病的绝大多数(95％-99％)。因此，习惯上把冠状动脉性心脏病视为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease)同义词。
冠心病症状表现胸腔中央发生一种压榨性的疼痛，并可迁延至颈、颔、手臂、后背及胃部。冠状动脉性心脏病发作的其他可能症状有眩晕、气促、出汗、寒颤、恶心及昏厥。严重患者可能因为心力衰竭而死亡。
目前，虽然存在多种治疗冠心病的药物，但大多疗效欠佳，不易根治，治疗成本过高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本发明提供了一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂，其疗效好，可根治，治疗成本也较低。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂，是由以下重量份的原料制成的：柴胡10～20份，当归10～15份，红花10～15份，香附10～20份，甘草5～10份，水蛭5～10份，麦冬25～35份，郁金4～10份，桂枝10～15份，黄连5～10份，苦参5～15份，玄参6～8份，远志4～8份，木香5～20份，淫羊藿10～20份。
优选的，是由以下原料制成的：柴胡15克，当归13克，红花13克，香附15克，甘草8克，水蛭8克，麦冬30克，郁金7克，桂枝13克，黄连8克，苦参10克，玄参7克，远志6克，木香13克，淫羊藿15克。
一种治疗治疗冠心病的中药制剂的制备方法：将各原料备齐后，水煎30～50min后，过滤，得滤液，即可。治疗时，每日一剂(参照优选例，即为一剂的量)，早晚两次服用，12天为一疗程，一般1～2个疗程见效，3～4个疗程即可治愈。
本发明的发明人认为室性过早搏动属中医心悸、怔忡范畴。一般认为，本病由阳虚不能通脉气，阴虚不能养心血所致，多用补气养血法治疗。但临床上有时疗效并不十分满意。发明人注意到，阴血不足多伴有肝体失养、疏泄不利、肝气郁滞。肝郁患者大多数都存在植物神经功能状态调失。故本发明的配方中采用柴胡、当归、香附疏肝理气(一方面调节失衡的植物神经，一方面通过调理气机以通脉气，对肝郁导致或诱发的血瘀倾向有防治作用)；水蛭具有通络化瘀的功效(能抗血小板凝集、降低血液黏度、降低血脂，实验证明其对垂体后叶素所致家兔心电图异常有明显的改善作用)；甘草甘温益气补中养心；麦冬养阴；红花柔肝养心安神。本方药少力宏，具有舒肝解郁、养心通脉、活血化瘀的功效，对各种原因引起的室早均有较好的疗效。
本发明的中药制剂临床共治疗95例患者，其中，显效44例，有效35例，无效16例，总有效79例，总有效率为83.1％。本发明的中药制剂具有疏肝、活血、通脉之功效，对各种原因引起的室性过早搏动均有较好疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和临床数据对本发明作进一步的说明：
实施例1一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂
原料为：柴胡10克，当归15克，红花10克，香附20克，甘草5克，水蛭10克，麦冬25克，郁金10克，桂枝10克，黄连10克，苦参5克，玄参8克，远志4克，木香20克，淫羊藿10克。
制备方法为：将各原料备齐后，水煎50min后，过滤，得滤液，即可。
实施例2一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂
原料为：柴胡20克，当归10克，红花15克，香附10克，甘草10克，水蛭5克，麦冬35克，郁金4克，桂枝15克，黄连5克，苦参15克，玄参6克，远志8克，木香5克，淫羊藿20克。
制备方法为：将各原料备齐后，水煎30min后，过滤，得滤液，即可。
实施例3一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂
原料为：柴胡15克，当归13克，红花13克，香附15克，甘草8克，水蛭8克，麦冬30克，郁金7克，桂枝13克，黄连8克，苦参10克，玄参7克，远志6克，木香13克，淫羊藿15克。
制备方法为：将各原料备齐后，水煎40min后，过滤，得滤液，即可。
临床数据：
临床资料：共95例患者，诊断标准根据《实用内科学室性早搏6次/min，动态心电图24h室性早搏超过700次为频发室早病例。其中，男37例，女58例；年龄18～63岁，平均37.4岁；病程4个月～15年，平均5.1年；多源性室早18例，频发室早47例，偶发性室早30例；原发病：冠心病37例，高血压21例，心肌炎后遗症17例，植物神经紊乱11例，原因不明6例。
治疗过程：患者服用实施例3所制备的中药制剂，每日一剂，早晚服用，12天为一疗程，三个疗程后，观察及检测治疗效果，评价疗效。
疗效评价标准：按1979年全国中西医结合防治冠心病及心律失常研究座谈会制定的标准进行评定。显效：用药后早搏消失；有效：用药后早搏较原有减少50％以上；无效：用药前后无变化。
治疗结果：95例患者中，显效44例，有效35例，无效16例，总有效79例，总有效率为83.1％。

1.一种治疗室性过早搏动的中药制剂，其特征在于，是由以下重量份的原料制成的：柴胡10～20份，当归10～15份，红花10～15份，香附10～20份，甘草5～10份，水蛭5～10份，麦冬25～35份，郁金4～10份，桂枝10～15份，黄连5～10份，苦参5～15份，玄参6～8份，远志4～8份，木香5～20份，淫羊藿10～20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗室性过早搏动的中药制剂，其特征在于，是由以下原料制成的：柴胡15克，当归13克，红花13克，香附15克，甘草8克，水蛭8克，麦冬30克，郁金7克，桂枝13克，黄连8克，苦参10克，玄参7克，远志6克，木香13克，淫羊藿15克。
