技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于心衰治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
心力衰竭是指任何原因造成的心肌损伤，使心肌结构和功能发生改变，导致心室泵血功能降低而引起的复杂的临床综合征，是各种心脏病的终末阶段。随着人口老龄化进程的加快和高血压、冠心病等常见心血管病发病率的上升，心力衰竭的患病率正逐渐升高。据国外统计，人群中心衰的患病率约为1.5％～2.0％，而65 岁以上人群可达6％～10％。目前美国的心力衰竭患者约有500万人，每年新诊断病例约40万，每年约有25万人死于心衰，每年用于治疗心衰的直接费用超过70亿美元，其住院费用是所有恶性肿瘤费用的2倍。而在我国，成年人心衰的患病率为0.9％，其中男性为0.7％，女性为1.0％，我国心衰的患病率虽低于西方国家，但由于我国人口基数大，按这个患病率计算，我国目前35～74岁成年人中仍约有400 万心衰患者，且随着高血压、冠心病等常见心血管病发病率的增加，心力衰竭发病率呈不断上升的趋势，这不仅给患者及其家人带来极大痛苦，而且造成了社会沉重的经济负担。因此，心力衰竭的治疗已成为社会和医学界共同关注的重要课题。
在传统祖国医学上，心力衰竭属“胸痹”、“心悸”、“怔忡”、“咳嗽”、“喘证”、“水肿”、“痰饮”和“积聚”等范畴。从古至今，很多中医医家对心力衰竭进行了大量的中医辨证客观化研究，认为中医药治疗充血性心力衰竭有确切疗效，特别是在改善症状，提高生活质量方面有其优越性，而国内用于治疗心力衰竭的中药新药制剂相对较少。
本发明用于心力衰竭治疗的中药配方，针对心力衰竭病因病机，通阳壮气，化瘀利水。针对心力衰竭引发的心悸气喘，张口抬肩，肢冷汗出，下肢水肿，不能平卧，纳呆，抓家略黯，舌质紫黯有瘀斑，苔薄白，脉沉涩而无力等症状的治疗具有显著效果，且疗程短，见效快，安全无毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于心力衰竭治疗的中药配方，该中药温通阳气，化瘀利水，对心力衰竭患者减轻病症有较好的疗效。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：老茶树根24g，万年青根11g，丹参24g，党参24g，桂枝16g，炒白芍16g，泽泻28g，瓜蒌皮24g，薤白头13g，炙甘草16g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材放入砂锅中用冷水浸泡小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。
发明用于治疗心力衰竭的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对心力衰竭病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，万年青、老茶树根“二根”相须为用，通阳之功颇强；另伍党参益气，丹参活血，正可赖以补气益心，化瘀散血；再配桂枝以助“二根”通阳之力；配白芍以制“二根”搜刮之过；且桂、芍等量最能营卫调和，贯通脉气；用瓜蒌皮、薤白头则在于理气宽胸化痰，辅桂枝以增强通阳宽胸之功；泽泻利水通淋补阴；炙甘草能甘温益气，缓急养心，并以调和诸药而兼制“二根”之毒。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗心力衰竭的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：老茶树根24g，万年青根11g，丹参24g，党参24g，桂枝16g，炒白芍16g，泽泻28g，瓜蒌皮24g，薤白头13g，炙甘草16g。
实施例2：如果患者水液内停，在上述组分中加茯苓皮16g，生姜皮11g，葶苈子13g。
实施例3：如果患者外邪束表，在上述组分中加麻黄16g，苏梗13g，杏仁16g。
实施例4：如果患者气机失畅，在上述组分中加旋复花13g，降香16g，橘红络16g。

1、临床资料
经对280例心力衰竭确诊患者使用本发明中药配方进行治疗，症见：心悸气喘，张口抬肩，肢冷汗出，下肢水肿，不能平卧，纳呆，抓家略黯，舌质紫黯有瘀斑，苔薄白，脉沉涩而无力或结代。
2、疗效标准
显效：症状有显著改善，甚至临床消失；
有效：症状有改善或明显改善；
无效：症状无改善，甚至有加重之趋势。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：显效263例，占93.93％；有效14例，占5％；无效3例，占1.07％，总有效率98.93％。
典型案例：
孙某，男，72岁，患者素患咳喘及下肢水肿已经五六年，西医诊断：肺源性心脏病、心力衰竭而历年来多次住院，虽有缓解但是仍是生活不能自理，用西药后，效果不佳，因受风寒致病情加剧而就诊，症见形寒心悸，咳嗽气急，端坐呼吸，面色黯灰，全身浮肿，胸闷尿少，唇绀，舌淡黯而偏紫，苔白滑，脉浮细滑数而带结，心电图提示：快速型房颤，不完全性右束支传导阻滞，因是外感风寒动伏饮，心肾阳衰而痰湿阻肺之本虚标实证，治当温阳解表、化饮肃肺为先，服用本发明配方3剂，二诊时，患者步行而至，喜告该药服后甚舒，形寒除而咳喘平，诸恙大瘥，其唇舌则转呈红活之势，脉数细滑而结象显减，唯尚感胸闷、纳呆、少寐而已，继服14剂而诸症悉平，日后已能自操家务。

5.如权利要求1所述的用于心衰治疗的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材放入砂锅中用冷水浸泡小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。
