金线莲素有“金草”、“神药”、“鸟人参”等美称,全草入药,在民间治疗范围较广。《福建药物志》载 :其性味平、甘,具有清热凉血、祛风利湿之功效,主治咯血、支气管炎、肾炎、膀胱炎、糖尿病、乳糜尿、血尿、风湿性关节炎、小儿急惊风、毒蛇咬伤等,民间多用于小儿高烧不退、惊风。《浙南本草新编》记载 :其味淡,性微温,祛风湿,舒筋络,用于治疗风湿性关节炎。《全国中草药汇编》谓其全草药用,味甘、性平,具有清热凉血、除湿解毒的功效,可治疗肺结核咯血、糖尿病、肾炎、膀胱炎、重症肌无力、遗精、风湿性及类风湿性关节炎、小儿惊风、妇女白带以及毒蛇咬伤等症。《中国本草原色图谱》记载 :台湾金线莲性平微寒,味甘,无毒,具有解热、清火、降血压功能,主治肝脾病、肺痨病、遗精、遗漏诸病,兼治胸痛、胰痛、咳嗽、血虚、血热、吐血、肝火、小儿发育不良及毒蛇咬伤等。近年来,金线莲在治疗高血压、糖尿病及肿瘤等疑难病症方面,日益引起医药界的重视。
金线莲含有生物碱、氨基酸、糖类、皂苷、甾体等活性成分。
金线莲活性成分易被氧化,最大限度地保存活性成分,成为一个课题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种金线莲微囊制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种金线莲微囊制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:取含水率2~9%的金线莲干品400~500克;
步骤二:加入金线莲发酵增湿剂150~160克;该金线莲发酵增湿剂的制取方法是:将黄芪、虎杖、白芍、红枣各40~50克加水1500~1600克煎煮制得金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液180~200克;步骤三:金线莲干品在金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液中充分湿润4~6小时;并揉搓10~20分钟后,再用布包裹再揉搓10~20分钟后,于常温下存放36~48小时;步骤四:打开包裹,在包裹内物料中心温度达40℃~50℃时再翻揉一次包裹后,然后常温下存放6~8小时;步骤五:打开包裹,将包裹内物料取出烘干,烘干时,物料中心温度应在80℃以下,且烘干8~10小时后取出得金线莲样品;所述微囊采用金线莲样品、包裹剂和粘合剂制作而成,包裹剂与金线莲样品重量之比为1~10:5~100,粘合剂与金线莲样品重量之比为0~10:10~200。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述包裹剂为倍他环糊精、微孔淀粉、纯胶中的任意一种。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述粘合剂为羟丙甲纤维素、羧甲 基纤维素钠、卡波姆、聚乙二醇、蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、明胶、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糠、西黄蓍胶、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠中的任意一种或任意两种联用。

本发明金线莲微囊制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:取含水率2%的金线莲干品400克;步骤二:加入金线莲发酵增湿剂150克;该金线莲发酵增湿剂的制取方法是:将黄芪、虎杖、白芍、红枣各40克加水1500克煎煮制得金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液180克;步骤三:金线莲干品在金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液中充分湿润4小时;并揉搓10分钟后,再用布包裹再揉搓10分钟后,于常温下存放36小时;步骤四:打开包裹,在包裹内物料中心温度达40℃℃时再翻揉一次包裹后,然后常温下存放6小时;步骤五:打开包裹,将包裹内物料取出烘干,烘干时,物料中心温度应在80℃以下,且烘干8小时后取出得金线莲样品;所述微囊采用金线莲样品、包裹剂和粘合剂制作而成,包裹剂与金线莲样品重量之比为1:5,粘合剂与金线莲样品重量之比为1:10。所述包裹剂为倍他环糊精、微孔淀粉、纯胶中的任意一种。所述粘合剂为羟丙甲纤维素、羧甲 基纤维素钠、卡波姆、聚乙二醇、蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、明胶、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糠、西黄蓍胶、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠中的任意一种或任意两种联用。
实施例2
金线莲微囊制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:取含水率9%的金线莲干品500克;步骤二:加入金线莲发酵增湿剂160克;该金线莲发酵增湿剂的制取方法是:将黄芪、虎杖、白芍、红枣各50克加水1600克煎煮制得金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液200克;步骤三:金线莲干品在金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液中充分湿润6小时;并揉搓20分钟后,再用布包裹再揉搓20分钟后,于常温下存放48小时;步骤四:打开包裹,在包裹内物料中心温度达50℃时再翻揉一次包裹后,然后常温下存放8小时;步骤五:打开包裹,将包裹内物料取出烘干,烘干时,物料中心温度应在80℃以下,且烘干10小时后取出得金线莲样品;所述微囊采用金线莲样品、包裹剂和粘合剂制作而成,包裹剂与金线莲样品重量之比为10:100,粘合剂与金线莲样品重量之比为10:200。所述包裹剂为倍他环糊精、微孔淀粉、纯胶中的任意一种。所述粘合剂为羟丙甲纤维素、羧甲 基纤维素钠、卡波姆、聚乙二醇、蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、明胶、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糠、西黄蓍胶、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠中的任意一种或任意两种联用。

Claims (3)
1.一种金线莲微囊制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤一:取含水率2~9%的金线莲干品400~500克;步骤二:加入金线莲发酵增湿剂150~160克;该金线莲发酵增湿剂的制取方法是:将黄芪、虎杖、白芍、红枣各40~50克加水1500~1600克煎煮制得金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液180~200克;步骤三:金线莲干品在金线莲发酵增湿剂滤液中充分湿润4~6小时;并揉搓10~20分钟后,再用布包裹再揉搓10~20分钟后,于常温下存放36~48小时;步骤四:打开包裹,在包裹内物料中心温度达40℃~50℃时再翻揉一次包裹后,然后常温下存放6~8小时;步骤五:打开包裹,将包裹内物料取出烘干,烘干时,物料中心温度应在80℃以下,且烘干8~10小时后取出得金线莲样品;所述微囊采用金线莲样品、包裹剂和粘合剂制作而成,包裹剂与金线莲样品重量之比为1~10:5~100,粘合剂与金线莲样品重量之比为0~10:10~200。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金线莲微囊制作方法,其特征在于,所述包裹剂为倍他环糊精、微孔淀粉、纯胶中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金线莲微囊制作方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为羟丙甲纤维素、羧甲 基纤维素钠、卡波姆、聚乙二醇、蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、明胶、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糠、西黄蓍胶、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠中的任意一种或任意两种联用。
