Abstract

Description

调平散料板的装置
本发明涉及一种用于调平散料板如铺在线材(wire)上,用于生产禾纤维板的禾纤维垫的装置,所述散料板相对于装置移动。
在禾纤维板生产中,涂胶禾纤维从一容器气动输送至一成形工位。在该工位中,禾纤维以垫的形式铺在线材上,借助线材,纤维被输送至压制设备,在一定压力和温度条件下压成纤维板。在送往压制设备的途中,纤维垫经过一碾压辊,其垂直于输送方向设置。并碾压纤维垫,在压制操作前赋予其光滑的上表面,适当的厚度及适当的重量。在碾压操作中从纤维垫除去的纤维被循环回容器,以便在其后返回成形工位并被铺在线压上。由碾压辊分开的禾纤维量相当大,在某些场合可达25%。由于被分开和再循环的纤维量相当大,因而纤维被磨损和脱水至一种不相称的程度,另外,使胶的消耗和输送纤维需要的动力过大。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种调平装置,它补充现有技术的碾压辊,从而显著减小了被分开和再循环的纤维量。
按照本发明,上述目的是通过下述装置实现的,这种装置属于上面提到的那种类型,其特征在于:一旋转轴适于垂直于材料板运动方向布置,在轴上相互离开一轴向距离地安装多个椭圆盘随轴转动,轴穿过椭圆盘的中心,盘绕其短轴倾斜于旋转轴以便具有一个圆形轴向投影。
在一推荐实施例中,盘安装的相互轴向距离使相邻的盘在轴向上相重叠。
盘倾斜的角度一般为45°~80°,最好为60°。
现对照以下附图详述本发明。
图1是按照本发明装置的侧视图;
图2是示意立体图,更细致地表示装置构件的几何关系。
图1表示按照本发明的调平装置1,它安装在线材2的上方,在线材2上以禾纤维垫的形式铺放材料板3。为了生产纤维板,材料板3在其从成形站至压制设备(未画出)的途中经过装置1。
装置1包括一根轴4,它具有圆形横截面并垂直于线材2和材料板3的输送方向延伸,其两端可转动地安装在框架5中。轴4能够以一种未详细画出的方式垂向调整,使装置能够适应于材料板3的厚度。
轴4支承着多个相同的盘6,这些盘以轴向间距固定在轴4上。盘6沿轴4均匀分布,相邻的盘6在轴向上相互重叠。
每个盘6呈椭圆形。轴4穿过每个盘6的中心孔7(在图1中只以剖面形式画出一个中心孔),中心孔7具有椭圆形状,其长轴与盘的椭圆长轴重合,其短轴在图1中垂直于图面,围绕其短轴A1(图2),每个盘6相对于轴4倾斜一个α角。α角可在45°和80°之间变化,但最好为图1所示实施例中的60°。
盘6的椭圆形和绕其短轴A1(见图2)的倾斜,使其具有圆形的轴向投影,在图2中借助两个虚线画出的圆C表示。轴4的轴线A穿过各盘6的中心,当轴4绕其轴线A(图2)转动时,在盘6圆周上的每个点,在其轴上投影上看描画一个直径等盘的椭圆短轴1的长度的圆。在上述转动中,盘6在假想的水平直管T中进行往复的抛动,上述假想管T的横截面是由两个圆C(图2)限定的。位于假想管T圆周面上的盘6的最下部点沿一直线L往复轴向运动,使材料板3调平至上述直线的水平。
当以适当方式垂向调整并用作前述现有技术的碾压辊的补充时,上述按照本发明的调平装置显著减小被分开和再循环的纤维量。
在图1和2所示的每个实例中,相关于绕轴4的转动,所有盘6占据相同的转动位置。但是并不一定要求这样,盘6可以分开地或成组地占据相对于轴4的不同转动位置,只要对所有盘6来说,绕椭圆短轴A1的倾角相同(在图1中为60°),使所有盘6的轴向投影构成同一个圆即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于调平散料板(3)的装置,所述散料板相对于装置移动,其特征在于:一根旋轴(4)适于垂直于散料板(3)的方向设置,在所述旋转轴上轴向相互间隔一轴向距离地安装多个椭圆盘(6)随轴转动,轴(4)穿过椭圆盘的中心,盘(6)相对于轴(4)绕其短轴(A1)倾斜,使其具有圆形的轴向投影(C)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:安装盘(6)相隔的轴向距离使相邻的盘在轴向上相重叠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:盘(6)倾斜45°-80°的角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:盘(6)倾斜大约60°的角。
