技术领域
本发明涉及EPDM硬线绳浸胶领域,尤其涉及一种用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液。
背景技术
耐热皮带已由以前的氯丁橡胶(CR)演变为三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)制造,EPDM皮带充分改善了皮带的耐高/低温性能和疲劳性能,使传动带的运行寿命更长。
现代汽车要求汽车同步带与发动机等同寿命(240000~300000Km),使用温度在-35~150℃正常工作,给同步带的疲劳性和运行可靠性提出了新的挑战。耐热皮带已由以前的CR大多改为三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)制造。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液。该浸胶粘结力高,生产的聚酯线绳的断裂强度、定负荷拉伸率得到提高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,包括一浸胶液、二浸胶液和三浸胶液,由下列重量份的的原料制成:一浸胶液:甲苯:800-1000,异氰酸酯:100-150;二浸胶液:RFL浸胶液850-950,金属氧化物、金属盐30-40;三浸胶液:甲苯:400-600,CHEMLOK238:400-600。
所述RFL浸胶液由下列重量份的原料制成:RF树脂液:400-500,VP胶乳:350-400,碳黑水分散液:10-15,其中碳黑占分散液的质量百分比为50-60wt%,去离子水80-93。
所述RF树脂液由下列重量份的原料制成:去离子水:350-450,氢氧化钠:1-3,间苯二酚:15-25,甲醛:15-25。
金属氧化物与金属盐质量比为2-20:2-4,金属氧化物为MgO,金属盐为Al2O3.2TiO2.2H2O。
一浸胶液生产工艺如下:在反应罐中先放入甲苯,温度控制在24℃±3℃;将异氰酸酯加入反应罐内,搅拌1±0.5小时,即得。
RF树脂液的生产工艺如下:第一,在反应釜中加入去离子水;第二,将氢氧化钠溶解在去离子水中,配制成浓度3-5%的水溶液,投放到反应釜;第三,将间苯二酚加入到反应釜内;第四,加入甲醛,用夹套水控制温度,保持反应釜内的温度为22-25℃之间;反应期间,搅拌速度为500±50rpm,反应1.5±0.5小时,移送至空调间熟化16±4小时,即得。
RFL浸胶液的生产工艺如下:在调配罐中放入去离子水和VP胶乳进行搅拌,再将RF树脂液移送到调配罐内,并持续搅拌,移送RF树脂溶液在30±5分钟完成,最后将炭黑水分散液和去离子水混合均匀后加入到调配罐中,搅拌1±0.5小时后移送至空调间熟化16±6小时,即得。
二浸胶液的生产工艺为:将水:金属氧化物质量比为2-3:1-2调配混合均匀,将水:金属盐质量比为2-3:1-2调配混合均匀备用;在RFL浸胶液调配罐中加入调配好的金属氧化物、金属盐,保持反应釜内的温度为22-25℃之间;反应期间,搅拌速度为500±50rpm,反应1.0±0.5小时,即得。
三浸胶液的胶液生产工艺如下:将甲苯投入到调配罐中,再加入CHEMLOK238,搅拌1±0.5小时,即得。
所述的反应罐为夹套水保温的。
浸胶工艺如下 :
浸胶机采用带有5个干燥热处理烘箱的浸胶机;
白线复捻筒上机后穿过磁眼通过布线架导开,而后经过张力架、胶槽、烘箱,最后进入卷绕机卷绕成型。
线绳在胶槽中浸胶,浸胶后采用刮胶板刮胶的形式刮去残余浆液;原丝为开平联新公司的KP1x50;浸胶速度为33±5米/分;一区烘箱温度为150±10℃;二区烘箱温度为220±10℃;三区烘箱温度为140±10℃;四区烘箱温度为110±10℃;一二区烘箱间拉伸为0.8±0.2%;二三区烘箱间拉伸为1.2±0.2%;三四区烘箱间拉伸为0.2±0.2%.
本发明的有益效果:本发明改进了传统二浴浸胶体系,在一浴中加入异氰酸酯,增强了线绳经一浴后的抱合性,减少了切割起毛,增加了粘合力,二浴中增加了金属氧化物和盐,在不降低伸长率的情况下,提高了线绳的定伸强度,增强了粘合力,并且采用三浴浸胶体系,使粘合力更高更稳定。使用本发明所述的方法生产的EPDM浸胶线绳与橡胶间具有很高的粘合力,可广泛用于大型机械传动带的生产,且线绳的粘合保持率高,耐存储。

实施例1
一种用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,包括一浸胶液、二浸胶液和三浸胶液,由下列重量份(公斤)的的原料制成:一浸胶液:甲苯:870,异氰酸酯:130;二浸胶液:RFL浸胶液880,MgO:20,Al2O3.2TiO2.2H2O:3,其中金属氧化物与金属盐质量比为15:4;三浸胶液:甲苯:460,CHEMLOK238:470。
一浸胶液生产工艺如下:在夹套水保温反应罐中先放入甲苯,温度控制在22℃;将异氰酸酯加入夹套水保温反应罐内,搅拌1小时,即得。
二浸胶液的生产工艺如下:
所述RF树脂液由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:去离子水:405,氢氧化钠:2.33,间苯二酚:22.02,甲醛:22.25。
RF树脂液的生产工艺如下:第一,在反应釜中加入去离子水;第二,将氢氧化钠溶解在去离子水中,配制成浓度3.5%的水溶液,投放到反应釜;第三,将间苯二酚加入到反应釜内;第四,加入甲醛,用夹套水控制温度,保持反应釜内的温度为22℃;反应期间,搅拌速度为500rpm,反应1.5小时,移送至空调间熟化16小时,即得。

白线复捻筒上机后穿过磁眼通过布线架导开,而后经过张力架、胶槽、烘箱,最后进入卷绕机卷绕成型。
线绳在胶槽中浸胶,浸胶后采用刮胶板刮胶的形式刮去残余浆液;原丝为开平联新公司的KP1x50;浸胶速度为33米/分;一区烘箱温度为150℃;二区烘箱温度为220℃;三区烘箱温度为140℃;四区烘箱温度为110℃;一二区烘箱间拉伸为0.8%;二三区烘箱间拉伸为1.2%;三四区烘箱间拉伸为0.2%.

Claims (10)
1.一种用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:包括一浸胶液、二浸胶液和三浸胶液,由下列重量份的的原料制成:一浸胶液:甲苯:800-1000,异氰酸酯:100-150;二浸胶液:RFL浸胶液850-950,金属氧化物、金属盐30-40;三浸胶液:甲苯:400-600,CHEMLOK238:400-600。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:所述RFL浸胶液由下列重量份的原料制成:RF树脂液:400-500,VP胶乳:350-400,碳黑水分散液:10-15,其中碳黑占分散液的质量百分比为50-60wt%,去离子水80-93。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:所述RF树脂液由下列重量份的原料制成:去离子水:350-450,氢氧化钠:1-3,间苯二酚:15-25,甲醛:15-25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:金属氧化物与金属盐质量比为2-20:2-4,金属氧化物为MgO,金属盐为Al2O3.2TiO2.2H2O。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:一浸胶液生产工艺如下:在反应罐中先放入甲苯,温度控制在24℃±3℃;将异氰酸酯加入反应罐内,搅拌1±0.5小时,即得。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:RF树脂液的生产工艺如下:第一,在反应釜中加入去离子水;第二,将氢氧化钠溶解在去离子水中,配制成浓度3-5%的水溶液,投放到反应釜;第三,将间苯二酚加入到反应釜内;第四,加入甲醛,用夹套水控制温度,保持反应釜内的温度为22-25℃之间;反应期间,搅拌速度为500±50rpm,反应1.5±0.5小时,移送至空调间熟化16±4小时,即得。
7.根据权利要求2或3所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:RFL浸胶液的生产工艺如下:在调配罐中放入去离子水和VP胶乳进行搅拌,再将RF树脂液移送到调配罐内,并持续搅拌,移送RF树脂溶液在30±5分钟完成,最后将炭黑水分散液和去离子水混合均匀后加入到调配罐中,搅拌1±0.5小时后移送至空调间熟化16±6小时,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:二浸胶液的生产工艺为:将水:金属氧化物质量比为2-3:1-2调配混合均匀,将水:金属盐质量比为2-3:1-2调配混合均匀备用;在RFL浸胶液调配罐中加入调配好的金属氧化物、金属盐,保持反应釜内的温度为22-25℃之间;反应期间,搅拌速度为500±50rpm,反应1.0±0.5小时,即得。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:三浸胶液的胶液生产工艺如下:将甲苯投入到调配罐中,再加入CHEMLOK238,搅拌1±0.5小时,即得。
10.根据权利要求5所述的用于改善EPDM硬线绳粘合力的浸胶液,其特征在于:所述的反应罐为夹套水保温的。
