the use method of the fire fighting equipment detection and maintenance management system comprises the following steps:
step 1: the fire-fighting data field acquisition device (1) acquires identity data of a worker of a responsible party, and the fire-fighting data field acquisition device is started after the identity of the worker is recognized through the face;
step 2: the fire fighting data field acquisition device (1) is used for acquiring the sound, the image and the place of fire fighting equipment, uploading the acquired data to a field background server (2) through a data communication module (13), and signing by a responsible person;
and step 3: the on-site background server (2) collects identity data of the worker of the responsible party, and the worker is started after identity recognition;
and 4, step 4: the field background server (2) compares the acquired original record data with the fire-fighting operation standard rule which is internally placed, gives corresponding judgment, summarizes a problem list and generates a final detection report; then, the generated detection report is uploaded to a monitoring center computer (3) of a detection party and signed by a responsible person;
and 5: the monitoring center computer (3) collects the identity data of the staff of the detection party and starts the machine after identity identification;
step 6: the monitoring center computer (3) sends the received detection report to a worker of a detection party for on-line examination, the main examination content comprises whether the detection report information is complete or not and whether the detection data is reasonable or not, the detection report is generated after the examination is correct, the detection report is signed by a responsible person, and the detection report is uploaded to the data verification computer (4);
and 7: the data verification computer (4) collects identity data of management staff and starts the machine after identity identification;
and 8: the data verification computer (4) sends the received detection report of the detection party to a manager worker for on-line examination, the main examination content comprises the qualification of the responsible party and the detection party, whether the detection process meets the regulations or not and whether the detection data is reasonable or not, the detection report is generated after the examination is correct, the detection report is signed by the responsible party and an uploading secret key is generated, and the detection report is transmitted back to the monitoring center computer (3);
and step 9: the monitoring center computer (3) uploads the received detection report to the data public computer (5) through the secret key, and the data public computer is signed by a person in charge;
step 10: the data publicity computer (5) collects the identity data of the management worker, and starts up the computer after identity recognition;
step 11: the data publicity computer (5) sends the received detection report of the detection party to the staff of the management party for publicity, and simultaneously generates a report publicity file to be stored in the data publicity computer (5) and signed by the responsible person to complete the report program.
