技术领域
本发明属于玻璃层叠体领域,涉及一种结合了表面具有改性聚氨酯涂层的功能层的玻璃层叠体。
背景技术
银涂覆的玻璃具有非常好的太阳能切割性能,同时能够保持玻璃的透明度。现有技术中存在许多不同类型的银涂覆的玻璃。但是,这些银涂层在暴露于环境中会易于氧化。因此,目前,银涂覆的玻璃的应用限于层叠玻璃(例如挡风玻璃),其中所述涂层可以通过被两块玻璃和一层聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层隔离而受到保护。
迄今为止,本领域尚未成功开发出将这些银涂层应用于单块玻璃(在用于汽车的情况下,是指钢化玻璃)的应用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新颖的玻璃层叠体,从而解决了现有技术中存在的缺陷和问题。
聚氨酯(PU)是一类主链含有氨基甲酸酯(-NH-COO-)单元的高分子化合物的总称,是由多元醇、小分子扩链剂和多异氰酸酯逐步聚合形成的多嵌段聚合物。多元醇构成软段,小分子扩链剂和多异氰酸酯构成硬段,通过调节软硬段中的组成成分和比例可以有效地控制聚氨酯的分子结构和物理化学性能。硬段的极性较强,容易聚集;硬段和软段在热力学上的不相容性可形成微相分离。聚氨酯的这种微相分离结构使聚氨酯比其它高分子材料有着更好的生物相容性,可用作医疗器械或用品的表面涂层。此外,聚氨酯优良的、可调控的物理机械性能也使其能够广泛地应用于表面涂饰。然而,聚氨酯尤其是其涂层在使用的过程中不可避免地会受到各种外界条件的影响,直接影响其安全性和使用寿命。
本申请的发明人经研究后发现,使用特定的材料改性聚氨酯所形成的改性聚氨酯涂层能够有效地防裂和抗氧化,将其涂覆于玻璃基底表面的功能层上能够有效地防止功能层开裂和氧化。基于上述发现,本发明得以完成。
本发明提供了一种层叠体,它包括:玻璃基底,置于所述玻璃基底表面上的功能层,以及置于所述功能层表面上的改性聚氨酯涂层,其中,所述改性聚氨酯涂层的原料包括如下主料:
(A)异氰酸酯,该异氰酸酯的每个分子含有3个或更多个异氰酸基团;
(B)长链烷基醇,该长链烷基醇含有10~25个碳原子;以及
(C)聚己内酸酯修饰的(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙基酯,具有下式:
式中,R’表示-CH3或者-H;n=1-25,
其中,按摩尔计,(B)长链烷基醇中的羟基:(A)异氰酸酯中的异氰酸基团:(C)聚己内酸酯修饰的(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙基酯中的羟基=1:(3-50):(2-60)。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述聚氨酯涂层的原料还包括,以所述聚氨酯涂层的主料为100重量%计,0.01-5重量%的抗划伤剂,0.01-1重量%的催化剂,0.01-1重量%的抗静电剂,0.01-1重量%的聚合反应抑制剂,以及余量为溶剂。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,所述抗划伤剂包括:有机珠粒和无机珠粒。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,所述有机珠粒包括:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氨酯、尼龙和橡胶。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,所述催化剂的含量为0.1-0.5重量%;所述催化剂包括:二月桂酸二丁基锡和二乙基正己酸二丁基锡。

在本发明所述层叠体中,所述改性聚氨酯涂层的原料包括如下主料:
(A)异氰酸酯
所述异氰酸酯的每个分子含有3个或更多个异氰酸基团,包括但不限于:

在本发明所述层叠体中,所述功能层是低辐射层(即g值≤60%,此处g值指的是全滤过总值(total transmission sum)),该低辐射层包括一至三层银层。

实施例
下面结合具体的实施例进一步阐述本发明。下列实施例仅用于解释和说明本发明,而不构成对本发明范围的限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的试验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。除非另有说明,所有的百分比和份数按重量计。
实施例1:制备玻璃层叠体
制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚氨酯的制备(按摩尔计,(B)长链烷基醇中的羟基:(A)异氰酸酯中的异氰酸基团:(C)聚己内酸酯修饰的(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙基酯中的羟基=1:3:2)
将60份甲苯,10份十八烷醇加入反应釜中,40℃搅拌至十八烷醇充分溶解。之后,加入37份1,6亚己基二异氰酸酯(分子量168),并加热至70℃。搅拌30分钟后,加入0.02份月桂酸二丁基锡,保持温度持续搅拌3小时后加入25份聚己酸内酯修饰的丙烯酸羟乙酯(分子量344),加入0.02份月桂酸二丁基锡以及0.02份对苯二酚单甲醚,继续搅拌3小时至反应完全。加入60份甲苯,5份PMMA有机珠粒,分散均匀后,获得改性聚氨酯涂料。
(2)玻璃层叠体的制备
1)以磁控溅射技术将低辐射功能涂层(圣戈本玻璃κ涂层(Saint-Gobain glassKappa coating))沉积于平板玻璃上;
2)将带有功能涂层的平板玻璃进行切割、磨边、印刷和热弯,形成所需的汽车玻璃尺寸和种类;
3)将上述所得的聚氨酯涂料均匀致密喷涂于基体表面;
4)在80℃条件下固化40分钟。
对比例1
制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)玻璃层叠体的制备
1)以磁控溅射技术将低辐射功能涂层(圣戈本玻璃κ涂层)沉积于平板玻璃上;
2)将带有功能涂层的平板玻璃进行切割、磨边、印刷和热弯,形成所需的汽车玻璃尺寸和种类。
性能测试
1)将所制备样品放置于实验室条件,23℃50%相对湿度环境下,停留168小时。
2)将所制备样品用湿棉花包裹(相对湿度近似100%),放置于老化箱中,70℃停留168小时,零下20℃停留2小时。
测试结果:
1)以本申请披露技术所制备的样品外观无变化,对比例1所制备样品上观察到斑点状锈斑。
2)以本申请披露技术所制备的样品外观无变化,对比例1所制备样品上观察到大面积锈斑。

Claims (17)

1.一种层叠体,它包括:玻璃基底(100),置于所述玻璃基底表面上的功能层(110),以及置于所述功能层(110)表面上的改性聚氨酯涂层(120),其中,所述改性聚氨酯涂层的原料包括如下主料:
(A)异氰酸酯,该异氰酸酯的每个分子含有3个或更多个异氰酸基团;
(B)长链烷基醇,该长链烷基醇含有10~25个碳原子;以及
(C)聚己内酸酯修饰的(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙基酯,具有下式:
式中,R’表示-CH3或者-H;n=1-25,
其中,按摩尔计,(B)长链烷基醇中的羟基:(A)异氰酸酯中的异氰酸基团:(C)聚己内酸酯修饰的(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙基酯中的羟基=1:(3-50):(2-60)。
2.如权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯涂层的原料还包括,以所述聚氨酯涂层的主料为100重量%计,0.01-5重量%的抗划伤剂,0.01-1重量%的催化剂,0.01-1重量%的抗静电剂,0.01-1重量%的聚合反应抑制剂,以及余量为溶剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述抗划伤剂包括:有机珠粒和无机珠粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述有机珠粒包括:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氨酯、尼龙和橡胶。
5.如权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述催化剂的含量为0.1-0.5重量%;所述催化剂包括:二月桂酸二丁基锡和二乙基正己酸二丁基锡。
6.如权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂包括:含有锂、钠或钾盐的抗静电剂,含有胺盐或季铵盐的阳离子抗静电剂,以及含有C8~C12烷基或烷芳基的非极性抗静电剂。
7.如权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述聚合反应抑制剂包括:氢醌单甲基醚。
8.如权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括:二甲苯、酮和酯。
9.如权利要求8所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述酮包括:丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮和环己酮;所述酯包括:乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸异丁酯和乙酸丁酯。
10.如权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯包括:

11.如权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述长链烷基醇包括:十三烷醇,十四烷醇,十六烷醇,十八烷醇,二十二烷醇,聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯,聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚,聚氧乙烯十八烷基醚和单硬脂酸甘油酯。
12.如权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,n=2-5。
13.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯涂层的厚度为20-100微米。
14.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯涂层的玻璃转化温度Tg为30-50℃。
15.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯涂层在室温下的储能模量为20-100MPa。
16.如权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述功能层包括金属层或非金属层。
17.如权利要求16所述的层叠体,其特征在于,所述功能层(110)是低辐射层,该低辐射层包括一至三层银层。
