Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种压力气瓶用的开关/调压器装置。
通常,压力气瓶安装有必须与在现场可用的调压器连接的开关,带来了连接/脱开操作中伴生的问题。因此,最近已提出组合式开关/调压器装置,尤其是在医疗领域,该装置可直接与至少一个低压用气路连通。文献EP-A-629,937对这种装置作了描述,该装置中的切断阀的动作是通过具有流量调节装置的部件和预置的调压器的动作实现的。
本发明的目的是提供一种结构紧凑可整体装在一个合适的罩中,安全可靠,可进行人机控制,适于多种应用的气瓶用的开关/调压器装置。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种压力气瓶用的开关调压器装置,包括一个座体,该座体有一安装座用于安装在一个气瓶的颈部上并与颈部同轴线,所述的座体支承着一切断阀、一调压器和一气体出口连接件,这些部件都包容在一个保护罩内,所述的保护罩安装在所述的气瓶上并与气瓶同轴线,所述的罩有一个封闭的上部。

在这些附图中示出一个小型的开关/调压器装置。该装置主要包括一金属座体1。金属座体1具有一加工出的下端,形成一安装座2。如在下面会详细地看到的那样,在金属座体上安装一出口连接件3,一调压器壳4,一操纵杆5,一充装连接件6,一高压压力表7和一低压压力表8。
