Abstract

本发明涉及一种深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,主要由上座圈、下座圈、保持架与深穴空心圆锥滚子组成。圆锥滚子空心度为50%~65%,深穴结构有圆柱型、圆锥型、球面型和抛物线型。其技术方案是深穴空心圆锥滚子装在保持架内,构成滚子组件,滚子组件再与上下座圈组成推力轴承。本发明中的圆锥滚子采用空心结构和深穴结构可以降低圆锥滚子的接触刚度,当承受轴向载荷时,可以有效的降低滚子端部的应力集中现象。采用空心结构可以增加推力轴承的吸振减振性能,减轻整个轴承的重量,同时增加了散热面积和润滑油贮存空间,从而提高了轴承的使用寿命。因而,该轴承可适用于高速、重载、高温、冲击等恶劣工况。

深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种主要承受轴向载荷的推力圆锥滚子轴承,尤其是涉及一种高速、重载、大冲击工况下的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承。
背景技术
推力圆锥滚子轴承主要承受轴向载荷,但是在圆锥滚子的两端经常发生疲劳、严重磨损、烧蚀等失效形式,从而引起轴承的过早失效,降低了轴承的使用寿命。主要原因是轴向载荷下,圆锥滚子的两端的等效应力和接触应力比中间部位大,即滚子端部的应力集中或称为“边缘效应”较为严重,当长时间连续运转时,容易引起圆锥滚子端部的疲劳失效。同时由于润滑的贮存空间有限或不能及时进行补充,使得润滑不充分从而导致了在高速运转时,轴承的摩擦生热过多而得不到充分的散发,导致轴承发生烧蚀失效。而当推力轴承处于大冲击工况下时,采用实心结构的圆锥滚子的推力轴承刚度较大,容易导致圆锥滚子两端的严重变形或破裂。因而,为了满足高速、重载和大冲击工况,提高推力圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命,降低其失效概率,对推力圆锥滚子轴承的结构改进为促进工业技术的发展有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术的不足,设计了一种深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,可以有效地降低圆锥滚子端部的应力集中现象,提高其承载能力,并具有吸振、减振功能,从而可以有效地延长整个轴承的使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用以下技术方案:深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承由上座圈、保持架、下座圈与空心圆锥滚子组成,或由上座圈、保持架、下座圈与圆柱型深穴空心圆锥滚子组成,或由上座圈、保持架、下座圈与圆锥型深穴空心圆锥滚子组成,或由上座圈、保持架、下座圈与球面型深穴空心圆锥滚子组成,或由上座圈、保持架、下座圈与抛物面型空心圆锥滚子组成,本推力轴承可单列使用,或多列组合使用。
如上所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中,圆锥滚子采用等比空心结构,即各个截面处的空心度相同,空心度为50%~65%,且两端采用圆角过渡。
如上所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中,圆锥滚子两端采用深穴结构,有圆柱型、圆锥型、球面型和抛物线型等,所述的深穴是指在滚子两端由直线、圆弧线或抛物线围绕圆锥滚子的轴线旋转而成的曲面空间。
如上所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中,上座圈和下座圈均有一个锥形滚道和一个定位挡边,圆锥滚子的母线与座圈的滚道母线均交汇于推力轴承的轴心线上的某一点,从而形成纯滚动,在多列推力轴承组中的中间座圈的两面均有一个锥形滚道和一个挡边。
本发明的有益效果:克服了常规推力圆锥滚子轴承的缺点,采用具有深穴结构和空心结构的圆锥滚子,减轻整个推力轴承的重量,改善了轴承各部件的受力状况,降低了摩擦磨损,增加了摩擦散热能力,可以有效的实现吸振、减振功能,并能够保持高转速特性,同时深穴结构可有效地降低滚子两端的等效应力和接触应力的“边缘效应”,降低其疲劳失效概率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
按照图1所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承由上座圈1、保持架3、下座圈4与空心圆锥滚子6组成,或由上座圈1、保持架3、下座圈4与圆柱型深穴空心圆锥滚子7组成,或由上座圈1、保持架3、下座圈4与圆锥型深穴空心圆锥滚子8组成,或由上座圈1、保持架3、下座圈4与球面型深穴空心圆锥滚子9组成,或由上座圈1、保持架3、下座圈4与抛物面型空心圆锥滚子10组成。圆锥滚子2采用等比空心结构,即各个截面处的空心度相同,空心度为50%~65%,且两端采用圆角过渡。滚子两端采用深穴结构,有圆柱型、圆锥型、球面型和抛物线型等,所述的深穴是指在滚子两端由直线、圆弧线或抛物线围绕圆锥滚子的轴线旋转而成的曲面空间。上座圈1和下座圈4均有一个锥形滚道和一个定位挡边,圆锥滚子2的母线与座圈的滚道母线均交汇于推力轴承的轴心线上的某一点,从而形成纯滚动。
按照图2所示,本发明是深穴空心圆锥滚子多列推力轴承组,由多列推力轴承串联而成,每列轴承均通过中间座圈5连接,中间座圈5的两面均有一个锥形滚道和一个挡边。
按照图3所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中的空心圆锥滚子6,采用等比空心结构,即沿圆锥滚子轴向方向的各个横截面的空心度相同,空心度为50%~65%较为合适。
按照图4所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中的圆柱型深穴空心圆锥滚子7,在空心圆锥滚子的两端采用圆柱型深穴结构,滚子的大端和小端按相应的比例选取。
按照图5所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中的圆锥型深穴空心圆锥滚子8,在空心圆锥滚子的两端采用圆锥型深穴结构,滚子的大端和小端按相应的比例选取,类似于大倒角结构,这种结构的加工较为方便。
按照图6所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中的球面型型深穴空心圆锥滚子9,在空心圆锥滚子的两端采用球面型深穴结构,滚子的大端和小端按相应的比例选取,深穴结构的母线为圆弧线。
按照图7所示,本发明深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承中的抛物线型深穴空心圆锥滚子10,在空心圆锥滚子的两端采用抛物线型深穴结构,滚子的大端和小端按相应的比例选取,深穴结构的母线为抛物线。

Claims (4)

1.深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,由上座圈(1)、保持架(3)、下座圈(4)与空心圆锥滚子(6)组成,或由上座圈(1)、保持架(3)、下座圈(4)与圆柱型深穴空心圆锥滚子(7)组成,或由上座圈(1)、保持架(3)、下座圈(4)与圆锥型深穴空心圆锥滚子(8)组成,或由上座圈(1)、保持架(3)、下座圈(4)与球面型深穴空心圆锥滚子(9)组成,或由上座圈(1)、保持架(3)、下座圈(4)与抛物面型空心圆锥滚子(10)组成,其特征在于所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承可单列使用,或多列组合使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,其特征在于所述的圆锥滚子(2)采用等比空心结构,即各个截面处的空心度相同,取为50%~65%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,其特征在于滚子两端的深穴结构有圆柱型、圆锥型、球面型和抛物线型,所述的深穴是指在滚子两端由直线、圆弧线或抛物线围绕圆锥滚子的轴线旋转而成的曲面空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的深穴空心圆锥滚子推力轴承,其特征在于上座圈(1)和下座圈(4)均有一个锥形滚道和一个定位挡边,圆锥滚子(2)的母线与座圈的滚道母线均交汇于推力轴承的轴心线上的某一点,从而形成纯滚动,在多列推力轴承组中的中间座圈(5)的两面均有一个锥形滚道和一个挡边。
