Abstract
本案涉及一种轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,由上到下包括面涂层、基板和背涂层。其中,面涂层包括基料45~60wt%、填料20‑35wt%、阻燃剂2~3wt%、助剂8~10wt%;助剂包括交联剂5‑10wt%、固化剂40~50wt%、分散剂3~6wt%、润湿剂3~6wt%、起泡剂8~10wt%、成膜助剂10~12wt%、增稠剂3~5wt%、抗老化剂5‑10wt%;填料包括SiO2粉25‑28wt%、陶瓷粉40‑45wt%、玻璃纤维7‑10wt%和鳞片锌粉20‑30wt%;本案解决了陶瓷材料中原料不兼容的问题,具备吸音、防腐、保温、防潮、防火、抗污等性能,适用于轨道交通中人流量大、噪音大的场所。
Description
技术领域
本案涉及建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板。
背景技术
很多建筑物的刚性结构表面对声音的多次反射会造成内部空间声波相互干扰,增加室内噪声声压级,特别是在大空间建筑中,声反射的影响造成室内混响大,影响了正常的语言交流和听觉享受,在很多场合,如候车室,餐厅,音乐厅,酒吧、体育馆、录音播音室、会议室、报告厅、多功能礼堂、家庭影音室等需要对室内空间墙体表面做吸音处理,来达到降低噪音,消除混响等效果。传统吸音方法一般是包覆吸音棉,吸音板等材料,彩钢板行业也有吸音彩钢板的研发和销售。
吸音彩钢板的制造方法多种多样,究其原理都是通过涂层中的吸音成分或板体中的吸音结构将声波的能量吸收转化为热量,从而达到降低或消除声音的效果,但效果往往没有宣传的那样理想。作为吸音彩钢板,首先要解决的就是削弱反射声,目前吸音彩钢板尚不能很好的降低反射声;其次,当前吸音彩钢板中常用到的如玻璃纤维,空心玻璃微珠等吸音材料对高频声音吸收效果好,对中低频声音吸收效果偏差;再次,由于成本限制,难以通过增加吸音彩钢板中的吸音涂层厚度来提高吸音效果。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本案公开了一种轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,由上到下包括面涂层、基板和背涂层,所述面涂层包括:基料45~60wt%、填料20-35wt%、阻燃剂2~3wt%、助剂8~10wt%;
所述助剂包括交联剂5-10wt%、固化剂40~50wt%、分散剂3~6wt%、润湿剂3~6wt%、起泡剂8~10wt%、成膜助剂10~12wt%、增稠剂3~5wt%、抗老化剂5-10wt%;通过在涂料中加入pH值调节剂来控制涂料的pH为7-9;
所述填料包括SiO2粉25-28wt%、陶瓷粉40-45wt%、玻璃纤维7-10wt%和鳞片锌粉20-30wt%;
所述交联剂为歧化松香树脂酸乙烯酯,固化剂为间苯二甲胺MXDA,分散剂为4-甲基-2-戊醇,润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐或磷酸酯,起泡剂为烷基聚乙二醇硫酸钠或四丙烯基苯磺酸钠,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚或DBE,增稠剂为有机膨润土,抗老化剂为对苯二胺。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述基料选自聚氨脂树脂、环氧树脂改性苯丙树脂、氟碳树脂中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述pH值调节剂为偏硅酸。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述玻璃纤维为纤维直径≤30μm、长径比为100:1~10:1的玻璃纤维。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述SiO2粉为粒径在30-50nm的SiO2粉。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述陶瓷粉为粒径在5-10nm的陶瓷粉。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述阻燃剂选自氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝或其组合。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述基板为氟碳钢板。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:面涂层的生产包括以下步骤:
1)常温条件下,根据配方量,在分散搅拌设备中投入70%的基料,相当于1/3基料总质量的溶剂,一半的分散剂和润湿剂,全部的阻燃剂、固化剂、成膜助剂和抗老化剂,在CO2保护的条件下,以300r/min~500r/min的速度分散搅拌10分钟,适量加入pH值调节剂使体系pH值为7-9,继续以800r/min~1000r/min的转速分散搅拌2分钟,加入全部起泡剂和增稠剂,增大转速,以1000r/min~1500r/min的转速分散搅拌搅拌5分钟,使其充分起泡,冷却至室温,制得乳液A;
2)50-60℃加热条件下,在另一分散搅拌设备中加入剩余的溶剂、基料和助剂,在100-200r/min转速下分散搅拌20~30分钟,分2~3次加入全部填料,再经振荡筛过滤去掉其中的颗粒和大气泡,冷却至室温,得到乳液B;
3)将乳液B分在10分钟内分三次在300r/min~500r/min的速度下加入乳液A中混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到涂料C,涂料C须在制成后12h以内使用;
4)将涂料C刷涂于基板表面,在UV固化条件下,60-70℃热风快速固化40-60min;然后再常温自然干燥24-48h,得到面涂层。
优选的,所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:所述溶剂为异氟尔酮或异丙醇。

本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板通过优化面涂层体系结构,对填料和助剂进行一定的精选、改性和配比,解决了陶瓷材料中的SiO2粉、陶瓷粉与很多有机原料不兼容的问题,使之不仅确保基本的力学性能和吸音功能,同时具备防腐、保温、防潮、防火、抗污、易清洁、耐老化等诸多高价值使用性能,具有优秀的阻燃性和绝缘性,适宜在人口密集区域尤其是轨道交通建设上的推广应用。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不配出一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
实施例1
如图1,一种轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,由上到下包括面涂层2、基板4、背涂层5;其中,面涂层2包括基料53wt%、填料35wt%、阻燃剂2wt%、助剂10wt%;所述助剂包括交联剂1wt%、固化剂4wt%、分散剂0.6wt%、润湿剂0.3wt%、起泡剂0.8wt%、成膜助剂0.5wt%、增稠剂0.5wt%、抗老化剂1wt%、pH值调节剂适量;所述填料包括粒径30-50nmSiO2粉6wt%,粒径5-10nm的陶瓷粉7wt%;玻璃纤2wt%、鳞片锌粉5wt%;
所述交联剂为国产歧化松香树脂酸乙烯酯,固化剂为1477-55-01间苯二甲胺,分散剂为108-11-24-甲基-2-戊醇,润湿剂为磷酸酯,起泡剂为烷基聚乙二醇硫酸钠,成膜助剂为29911-28-2丙二醇丁醚,增稠剂为有机膨润土,抗老化剂为106-50-3对苯二胺,pH值调节剂为102-336偏硅酸。
所述基料为聚氨脂树脂PU-3012。
所述溶剂为异氟尔酮DGT0141。
所述玻璃纤维为纤维直径≤30μm、长径比为100:1~10:1的玻璃纤维。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
所述基板4为氟碳钢板。
所述背涂层5为聚氨酯涂层。
所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其中:面涂层2的生产包括以下步骤:
1)常温条件下,根据配方量,在分散搅拌设备中投入70%的基料,相当于1/3基料总质量的异丙醇,一半的分散剂和润湿剂,全部的阻燃剂、固化剂、成膜助剂和抗老化剂,在CO2保护的条件下,以500r/min的速度分散搅拌10分钟,适量加入pH值调节剂使体系pH值为9,继续以1000r/min的转速分散搅拌2分钟,加入全部起泡剂和增稠剂,增大转速,以1500r/min的转速分散搅拌搅拌5分钟,使其充分起泡,冷却至室温,制得乳液A;
2)60℃加热条件下,在另一分散搅拌设备中加入剩余的溶剂、基料和助剂,在100r/min转速下分散搅拌30分钟,分3次加入全部填料,再经振荡筛过滤去掉其中的颗粒和大气泡,冷却至室温,得到乳液B;
3)将乳液B分在10分钟内分三次在500r/min的速度下加入乳液A中混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到涂料C,涂料C须在制成后12h以内使用;
4)将涂料C刷涂于基板表面,在UV固化条件下,70℃热风快速固化60min;然后再常温自然干燥24h,得到面涂层2。
本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板的面涂层2选用综合性能较好的聚氨脂乳液、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液或水性氟碳乳液,同时对助剂和填料进行一定的精选和配比,使之不仅确保基本的力学性能和吸音功能,同时具备防腐、保温、防潮、防火、耐老化、杀菌、净化空气等诸多高价值使用性能,特别适合室内等环保要求较高的场合。选择吸声系数高于空心玻璃微珠(最高吸声系数0.92)的鳞片锌(最高吸声系数0.97)为主要吸声材料,添加玻璃纤维(最高吸声系数0.92)为辅助吸声材料,对高频声音有着很好的吸收效果,加上面涂层表面凹凸不平和开放性孔腔的结构特点对中低频声音也有较好的吸收效果,使得本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板对中、高、低频声音都有着较好的吸收效果;由于鳞片锌的电化学保护效果显著,使得本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板具有优异的防腐性能。选用SiO2粉、陶瓷粉为填料主体,利用其强度高、吸湿性小、耐高温、不燃等特点,满足涂料的强度、保温、防火需求;选用玻璃纤维作为吸音辅料的同时,也具备纤维结构,耐高温、保温性能优越,纤维结构在涂料体系中起到了一定的交联作用,增加了本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板的面涂层的孔隙率、吸音效果以及粘结强度。
本发明的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板的面涂层2在制造过程中通过起泡剂在pH弱碱性、分散机高速分散的条件下充分起泡,观察得气泡的直径在数量上约有97%小于400微米,且79%-83%气泡的直径小于100微米。所用改良剂歧化松香树脂酸乙烯酯加强了涂料的基料和纳米陶瓷材料SiO2粉、陶瓷粉之间的交联和稳定性;所用固化剂间苯二甲胺MXDA,固化速度快,且间苯二甲胺MXDA固有的持气性使面涂层所用涂料的起泡效果意外的好;所用起泡剂烷基聚乙二醇硫酸钠或四丙烯基苯磺酸钠为实践过程中的最优选;所用PH调节剂偏硅酸在起到调节PH作用的同时,也是良好的泡沫稳定剂,在本发明的吸音涂料中形成的泡沫细腻持久,在不添加本发明所公开的起泡剂或只添加常规表面活性剂的情况下,形成的泡沫大小十分不均匀且成泡量小;在不添加偏硅酸的情况下形成的泡沫直径偏大且不持久。
实施例2
测得实施例1的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板的面涂层2平均厚度为5mm,面涂层表面1呈不规则弧形凹陷状,漆膜内充满大小不等的气泡3,气泡3内含有CO2。
将市售的广东涤音牌SDB-R16吸音涂料按照其使用说明将其涂敷于另一块相同的氟碳钢板表面,得到吸音板A,其固化后漆膜厚度为2mm。
将实施例1的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板、吸音板A进行对比测试,所得测试数据如下:
对比例1:
在实施例1的基础上,对面涂层其中一项成分作单一变量,然后对所得产品进行测试,所得数据如下:
由于面涂层厚度的增加,且在起泡时处于CO2保护环境下,吸音层的气泡内的填充气体为CO2,CO2在0℃时热传导系数仅为0.015W/(m·℃),这使得本发明轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板有优于普通吸音板的保温效果,同时抗老化效果也更好。
面涂层所用涂料在刷涂和干燥过程中,直径大于100微米的气泡会优先破裂,与没有破裂的气泡3一起,在UV条件下表面快速固化,形成层凹凸不平,有多个开放性球形孔腔的表面1,这就使得面涂层的声音反射率较平面吸音结构更低,面涂层表面1的表面积大大增加,这使得单位面积上吸音材料更多、更高效的参与到吸音过程中。
有研究表明,空心玻璃微珠直径越大吸音效果越好,类似的,在吸音层表面下未破裂的大小不一的气泡结构也有良好的吸音效果,这些气泡增加了涂料体积,在无须增加原料用量的情况下,大幅增加涂层的厚度,使得本发明轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板的吸音效果更好。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (10)
1.一种轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,由上到下包括面涂层、基板和背涂层,其特征在于:所述面涂层包括:基料45~60wt%、填料20-35wt%、阻燃剂2~3wt%、助剂8~10wt%;
所述助剂包括交联剂5-10wt%、固化剂40~50wt%、分散剂3~6wt%、润湿剂3~6wt%、起泡剂8~10wt%、成膜助剂10~12wt%、增稠剂3~5wt%、抗老化剂5-10wt%;通过在涂料中加入pH值调节剂来控制涂料的pH为7-9;
所述填料包括SiO2粉25-28wt%、陶瓷粉40-45wt%、玻璃纤维7-10wt%和鳞片锌粉20-30wt%;
所述交联剂为歧化松香树脂酸乙烯酯,固化剂为间苯二甲胺MXDA,分散剂为4-甲基-2-戊醇,润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐或磷酸酯,起泡剂为烷基聚乙二醇硫酸钠或四丙烯基苯磺酸钠,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚或DBE,增稠剂为有机膨润土,抗老化剂为对苯二胺。
2.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述基料选自聚氨脂树脂、环氧树脂改性苯丙树脂、氟碳树脂中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述pH值调节剂为偏硅酸。
4.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维为纤维直径≤30μm、长径比为100:1~10:1的玻璃纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述SiO2粉为粒径在30-50nm的SiO2粉。
6.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷粉为粒径在5-10nm的陶瓷粉。
7.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂选自氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝或其组合。
8.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述基板为氟碳钢板。
9.如权利要求1所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:面涂层的生产包括以下步骤:
1)常温条件下,根据配方量,在分散搅拌设备中投入70%的基料,相当于1/3基料总质量的溶剂,一半的分散剂和润湿剂,全部的阻燃剂、固化剂、成膜助剂和抗老化剂,在CO2保护的条件下,以300r/min~500r/min的速度分散搅拌10分钟,适量加入pH值调节剂使体系pH值为7-9,继续以800r/min~1000r/min的转速分散搅拌2分钟,加入全部起泡剂和增稠剂,增大转速,以1000r/min~1500r/min的转速分散搅拌搅拌5分钟,使其充分起泡,冷却至室温,制得乳液A;
2)50-60℃加热条件下,在另一分散搅拌设备中加入剩余的溶剂、基料和助剂,在100-200r/min转速下分散搅拌20~30分钟,分2~3次加入全部填料,再经振荡筛过滤去掉其中的颗粒和大气泡,冷却至室温,得到乳液B;
3)将乳液B分在10分钟内分三次在300r/min~500r/min的速度下加入乳液A中混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到涂料C,涂料C须在制成后12h以内使用;
4)将涂料C刷涂于基板表面,在UV固化条件下,60-70℃热风快速固化40-60min;然后再常温自然干燥24-48h,得到面涂层。
10.如权利要求9所述的轨道交通专用纳米陶瓷吸音板,其特征在于:所述溶剂为异氟尔酮或异丙醇。
