Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁、左器壁、后器壁和右器壁依次连接围成的横截面呈扇形的四面体结构的本体;本体上端面形成一圈上宽下窄的梯形凹槽,凹槽槽底形成多个竖直设置的骨长入微孔,在后器壁中部形成螺纹孔;所述左器壁和后器壁交界处、后器壁和右器壁的交界处,以及前器壁中线处的器壁内部设置有显影针。本发明使用聚醚醚酮材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针,增加了用于骨长入的微孔,显影针用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,术中在骨长入微孔内植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种椎间融合器,具体涉及一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器。
背景技术
颈椎椎间盘突出是脊柱外科常见病之一,对颈椎椎间盘突出进行治疗的有效方法是进行椎间融合手术,即将病变的椎间盘移除,然后在被移除的椎间盘部位放入与椎间盘形状一致的颈椎融合器,使颈椎达到即时稳定,促进融合,重建并维持椎间高度和颈椎的生理弧度。
目前普通的颈椎融合器没有支撑面上的微孔,所以在颈椎椎体的冠状面上骨性融合的面积较小,仅有植骨窗上下两端的融合区域,椎间融合器是要长期植入人体的,在椎体生长的作用下,植骨窗区域的骨生长过快,容易将融合器上下支撑面悬空,导致融合器支撑面的支撑力不够,承重转移到仅有的植骨窗的区域的融合骨,随着人体的生理活动,融合区域骨的压力会随之增大,造成椎间融合骨的骨折,导致颈椎的椎体不稳定。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中存在的在椎体生长的作用下,植骨窗区域的骨生长过快,容易将融合器上下支撑面悬空,导致融合器支撑面的支撑力不够,承重转移到仅有的植骨窗的区域的融合骨,随着人体的生理活动,融合区域骨的压力会随之增大,造成椎间融合骨的骨折,导致颈椎的椎体不稳定的缺点而提出的,其目的是提供一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁、左器壁、后器壁和右器壁依次连接围成的横截面呈扇形的四面体结构的本体,所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;本体上端面形成一圈上宽下窄的梯形凹槽,凹槽槽底形成多个竖直设置的骨长入微孔,在左器壁和后器壁上均形成定位孔,在后器壁中部形成螺纹孔;所述左器壁和后器壁上下端面边缘均形成锯齿;所述左器壁和后器壁交界处、后器壁和右器壁的交界处,以及前器壁中线处的器壁内部设置有显影针。
所述前器壁高度低于后器壁,左器壁和后器壁呈镜像对称设置。
所述定位孔的开孔方向垂直于其所在的左器壁或者后器壁的平面。
所述螺纹孔的开孔方向垂直于其所在的后器壁平面。
所述骨长入微孔为贯穿各器壁上下端面的通孔。
所述左器壁和后器壁交界处的显影针与后器壁和右器壁的交界处的显影针设置于后器壁同一对角线的上下端的位置上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针,同时在支撑面上增加了用于骨长入的微孔。PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质可在X下光下透视,植骨窗用植骨融合,显影针用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,在融合器的支撑面上的骨长入微孔,该孔为贯穿整个融合器厚度通孔,术中在骨长入微孔植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合。在临床上,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。

下面结合说明书附图及实施例对本发明具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器进行详细说明:
如图1~4所示,一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁1、左器壁2、后器壁3和右器壁4依次连接围成的横截面呈扇形的四面体结构的本体5,所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;本体5上端面形成一圈上宽下窄的梯形凹槽6,凹槽6槽底形成多个竖直设置的骨长入微孔7,在左器壁2和后器壁3上均形成定位孔8,在后器壁3中部形成螺纹孔9;
所述左器壁2和后器壁3上下端面边缘均形成锯齿10;
所述左器壁2和后器壁3交界处、后器壁3和右器壁4的交界处,以及前器壁1中线处的器壁内部设置有显影针11。
所述前器壁1高度低于后器壁3,左器壁2和后器壁3呈镜像对称设置。
所述定位孔8的开孔方向垂直于其所在的左器壁2或者后器壁3的平面。

本发明使用PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针10,同时在支撑面上增加了用于骨长入的骨长入微孔7。PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质可在X下光下透视,植骨窗用植骨融合,显影针10用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,在融合器的支撑面上的骨长入微孔7,该孔为贯穿整个融合器厚度通孔,术中在骨长入微孔7内植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合。人工骨具有成骨潜能的细胞或生长因子后效果较好,具有良好的生物相容性,具有合适的力学性能,微孔结构使新生骨组织得以长入,其吸收速度与新骨生长速度大致保持同步,易于加工成所需的大小和形状。在临床上,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。

1.一种具有骨长入微孔的颈椎用椎间融合器,其特征在于:包括由前器壁(1)、左器壁(2)、后器壁(3)和右器壁(4)依次连接围成的横截面呈扇形的四面体结构的本体(5),所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;本体(5)上端面形成一圈上宽下窄的梯形凹槽(6),凹槽(6)槽底形成多个竖直设置的骨长入微孔(7),在左器壁(2)和后器壁(3)上均形成定位孔(8),在后器壁(3)中部形成螺纹孔(9);
所述左器壁(2)和后器壁(3)上下端面边缘均形成锯齿(10);
所述左器壁(2)和后器壁(3)交界处、后器壁(3)和右器壁(4)的交界处,以及前器壁(1)中线处的器壁内部设置有显影针(11)。
