Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁、左器壁、后器壁和右器壁依次连接围成的横截面呈长方形的四面体结构的本体,左器壁、后器壁和右器壁上端面形成锯齿形凹槽,每个齿牙槽底均形成竖直设置的骨长入微孔;前器壁上端面形成多个贯穿孔,前端面中间形成螺纹孔;左器壁和后器壁交界处、右器壁和前器壁的交界处器壁内部设置有显影针。本发明使用聚醚醚酮材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针,增加了用于骨长入的微孔,显影针用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,术中在骨长入微孔内植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。

具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器
技术领域
本发明属于一种椎间融合器,具体涉及一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器。
背景技术
腰椎椎间盘突出、椎体滑脱等是脊柱外科常见病之一,对腰椎椎间盘突出进行治疗的有效方法是进行椎间融合手术,即将病变的椎间盘移除,然后在被移除的椎间盘部位放入与椎间盘形状一致的腰椎融合器,使腰椎达到即时稳定,促进融合,重建并维持椎间高度和腰椎的生理弧度。
目前普通的腰椎融合器没有支撑面上的微孔,所以在腰椎椎体的冠状面上骨性融合的面积较小,仅有植骨窗上下两端的融合区域,椎间融合器是要长期植入人体的,在椎体生长的作用下,植骨窗区域的骨生长过快,容易将融合器上下支撑面悬空,导致融合器支撑面的支撑力不够,承重转移到仅有的植骨窗的区域的融合骨,随着人体的生理活动,融合区域骨的压力会随之增大,造成椎间融合骨的骨折,导致腰椎的椎体不稳定。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中存在的在椎体生长的作用下,植骨窗区域的骨生长过快,容易将融合器上下支撑面悬空,导致融合器支撑面的支撑力不够,承重转移到仅有的植骨窗的区域的融合骨,随着人体的生理活动,融合区域骨的压力会随之增大,造成椎间融合骨的骨折,导致腰椎的椎体不稳定的缺点而提出的,其目的是提供一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁、左器壁、后器壁和右器壁依次连接围成的横截面呈长方形的四面体结构的本体,所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;左器壁、后器壁和右器壁上端面形成锯齿形凹槽,每个齿牙槽底均形成竖直设置的骨长入微孔;前器壁上端面形成多个贯穿孔,前端面中间形成螺纹孔;左器壁和后器壁交界处、右器壁和前器壁的交界处器壁内部设置有显影针,所述左器壁和右器壁均形成两个定位孔。
所述前器壁和后器壁的内壁为圆弧面。
所述前器壁上端面为由后器壁一侧向前器壁向下倾斜的斜面,且上顶面与前端面之间通过圆弧过渡连接。
所述螺纹孔轴向垂直于前器壁所在平面。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针,同时在支撑面上增加了用于骨长入的微孔。PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质可在X下光下透视,植骨窗用植骨融合,显影针用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,在融合器的支撑面上的骨长入微孔,该孔为贯穿整个融合器厚度通孔,术中在骨长入微孔植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合。在临床上,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。

下面结合说明书附图及实施例对本发明具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器进行详细说明:
如图1~3所示,一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,包括由前器壁1、左器壁2、后器壁3和右器壁4依次连接围成的横截面呈长方形的四面体结构的本体5,所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;
左器壁2、后器壁3和右器壁4上端面形成锯齿形凹槽6,每个齿牙槽底均形成竖直设置的骨长入微孔7;
前器壁1上端面形成多个贯穿孔8,前端面中间形成螺纹孔9;
左器壁2和后器壁3交界处、右器壁4和前器壁1的交界处器壁内部设置有显影针10;
所述左器壁2和右器壁4均形成两个定位孔11。
所述前器壁1和后器壁3的内壁为圆弧面。
所述前器壁1上端面为由后器壁3一侧向前器壁1向下倾斜的斜面,且上顶面与前端面之间通过圆弧过渡连接。
所述螺纹孔9轴向垂直于前器壁1所在平面。
植骨窗用植骨融合,螺纹孔9是用于配合器械安装椎间融合器的接口。
本发明使用PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质,设计有植骨窗和显影针10,同时在支撑面上增加了用于骨长入的骨长入微孔7。PEEK(聚醚醚酮)材质可在X下光下透视,植骨窗用植骨融合,显影针10用于X光下显示融合器的植入位置,在融合器的支撑面上的骨长入微孔7,该孔为贯穿整个融合器厚度通孔,术中在骨长入微孔7内植入与微孔相同直径的人工骨诱导骨长入,可增加在支撑面上的骨性融合。人工骨具有成骨潜能的细胞或生长因子后效果较好,具有良好的生物相容性,具有合适的力学性能,微孔结构使新生骨组织得以长入,其吸收速度与新骨生长速度大致保持同步,易于加工成所需的大小和形状。在临床上,有增大了椎间融合的面积,增强椎间融合术后椎体稳定性的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,其特征在于:包括由前器壁(1)、左器壁(2)、后器壁(3)和右器壁(4)依次连接围成的横截面呈长方形的四面体结构的本体(5),所围成的中空空间形成植骨窗;
左器壁(2)、后器壁(3)和右器壁(4)上端面形成锯齿形凹槽(6),每个齿牙槽底均形成竖直设置的骨长入微孔(7);
前器壁(1)上端面形成多个贯穿孔(8),前端面中间形成螺纹孔(9);
左器壁(2)和后器壁(3)交界处、右器壁(4)和前器壁(1)的交界处器壁内部设置有显影针(10);
所述左器壁(2)和右器壁(4)均形成两个定位孔(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,其特征在于:所述前器壁(1)和后器壁(3)的内壁为圆弧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有骨长入微孔的腰椎用椎间融合器,其特征在于:所述前器壁(1)上端面为由后器壁(3)一侧向前器壁(1)向下倾斜的斜面,且上顶面与前端面之间通过圆弧过渡连接。
