作为中医的一种治疗方式,中药饮片“代茶饮”对于一些较轻的疾病或慢性疾病是有疗效的。但中医专家认为,现在很多人将中医误认为以“养生”、“保健”、“治未病”为主,忽视、混淆了“中医治疗”,加上中药药材是天然草木,往往被认为是无毒害,可以随意使用的。于是,许多调理方子便纷纷出现,但各类中草药代茶饮品功效各不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防治肠胃功能紊乱功效的养生茶,对腹胀养肠具有良好的预防治疗作用。
本发明采用的技术方案在于:所述养生茶饮品及制备方法,其主要原料及重量份分别是:毛姜10克、当归10克、防风5克、车前草5克、葱白5克、竹叶5克、山楂5克。

本发明所选择的原料,其药性和功效分别是:
当归:能抑制肠肌收缩,抑制胃刺激引起的胃酸分泌,有抗炎、抗变态反应作用.
车前草又名车轮菜,为车前科多年生草本植物。生长在山野、路旁、花圃、河边等湿地。根茎短缩肥厚,密生须状根。叶全部根生,叶片平滑,广卵形,边缘波状,间有不明显钝齿,主脉五条,向叶背凸起,成肋状伸入叶柄,叶片常与叶柄等长。春夏秋株身中央抽生穗状花序,花小,花冠不显著。结椭圆形蒴果,顶端宿存花柱,熟时盖裂,撒出种子。子有利水通淋、清热解毒、清肝明目、祛痰、止泻的功效清热利尿,凉血,解毒。主治热结膀胱,小便不利,淋浊带下,暑湿泻痢,衄血,尿血,肝热目赤,咽喉肿痛,痈肿疮毒。
葱白:葱白,为百合科植物葱Allium fistulosum L.近根部的鳞茎。我国各地均有种植,随时可采。采挖后,切去须根及叶,剥去外膜,鲜用。大葱的黏液质对皮肤和黏膜有保护作用,其含硫化物有轻度局部刺激作用、缓下作用和驱虫作用,其挥发性成分由呼吸道、汗腺和泌尿道排出时,能刺激分泌,有祛痰、发汗和利尿作用。
竹叶:竹叶的种类不同,但其叶片成分都具有很好的营养和保健功能。据测定,竹叶所含的功能性因子主要是:黄酮、酚酸类化合物、氨基酸、锰、锌等微量元素。实验表明:这些有效成分能清除体内活性氧自由基(它会促使人衰老);诱导生物体内部的抗氧化酶系的活性;增强机体的抗应激和抗疲劳能力;提高记忆能力,延缓衰老的进程等。另外,竹叶中还含有丰富的叶绿素。研究表明,叶绿素是许多蔬菜抗诱变作用的重要成分,有抗肿瘤防癌变功效,因叶绿素具有较强的抗氧化功能,这对预防心血管病和防衰老有积极作用。所以,竹叶功能因子除可用于老年功能性食品和抗氧化食品外,还可作为开发一些治疗常见疑难病药物的成分来源,如心脑血管保护药剂,抗肿瘤药物等。
山楂:山楂以果实作药用,性微温,味酸甘,入脾、胃、肝经,有消食健胃、活血化淤、收敛止痢之功能。对肉积痰饮、痞满吞酸、泻痢肠风、腰痛疝气、产后儿枕痛、恶露不尽、小儿乳食停滞等,均有疗效。山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、强心、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;防治动脉硬化,防衰老、抗癌的作用。山楂酸还有强心作用,对老年性心脏病也有益处。开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气。用于肉食滞积、症瘕积聚、腹胀痞满、瘀阻腹痛、痰饮、泄泻、肠风下血等。
