Abstract

Description

用于滑动组合斜角锯的斜面锁定机构
本发明涉及利用刀具对一工件进行加工作业的组合斜角锯或别的机动设备或机械。更具体地说,本发明涉及对那类机动设备中,斜面调整的锁定机构的改进,该锁定机构具有一种可调整凸轮锁定结构,用于将斜面枢轴/支承壳体相对于工作台锁定于任一所期望的斜面角度。
用于在一工件上进行切割或别的加工作业的锯或其它设备通常需要一些调整机构,用于将锯刀片或切割工具移动到与工件成一定角度关系的位置。这类设备的实例包括横切组合斜角锯,这类锯允许用户有选择地将锯刀片移到一组位置或模式中的任一位置上,以便进行正向切割、斜角切割,斜面切割,或进行斜角和斜面的组合斜角切割。此外,为了对由木材、塑料、金属或其它材料构成的工件进行所期望的加工作业,如开槽切割或成形作业等一类作业,要求不同形状或大小的锯片刀或别的切割或加工工具的使用能被相互置换。
为了允许调整斜角及斜面角,锯刀片,切割器或别的加工工具应能够相对安置工件的垂直护板及水平基座进行角度位置调整。斜角(miter)调整允许将锯刀片,切割器或别的加工工具相对于垂直护板进行角位移,但同时又维持其对水平基座的垂直角。斜面(bevel)调整允许锯刀片,切割器或其它加工工具在维持其相对于垂直护板的垂直度的同时,相对水平基座作角位移。有时候可希望通过同时调整刀片相对水平基座及垂直护板的角度关系来切割一组合的斜角和斜面角。
一旦调定了锯刀片、切割器或其它加工工具相对于水平基座和垂直护板的所期望的位置,为了在切割作业进行期间禁止锯刀片、切割器或别的加工工具相对于基座和护板发生移动,必须起动斜角和斜面调整用的锁定机构。这些锁定机构要求容易起动、可以调整及动作迅速,以便优化切割设备的效能及给设备的操作者提供方便。
本发明采用一种改进的斜面锁定机构。锁定机构包括一基座或工作台组件,该组件有一沿轴向延伸的锁定杆,还包括安置于此杆上的斜面支承壳体,从而使壳体可沿此杆轴向移动并转动。轴向移动可将壳体锁定于基座,而转动能够进行所期望的斜面角调整。一凸轮设置于锁定杆上邻近壳体处,从而使凸轮可在该杆上轴向移动,但不允许其相对此杆转动。此双作用凸轮包括一个可靠贴在位于一锁定手把上的第二角度凸轮面的第一角度凸轮面。锁定手把置于锁定杆上邻近凸轮处,从而使其不能在杆上沿脱离凸轮方向作轴向移动,但可自由地绕锁定杆转动。
当两个凸轮面对准时,支承壳体可以在杆上转动,以便调整斜面角。一旦所期望的斜面角被确定,就使锁定手把在杆上转动,这两轮凸表面不再对准,从而导致支承壳体移动,使之与基座或工作台组件进行结合,将支承壳体锁定于基座。对锁定机构的调整是通过转动一锁紧螺母来实现的。该锁紧母沿轴向将各组成件锁定并紧固于锁定杆上。

现在参看附图,在附图中相同的参考数码标示相似或相应的部件。在图1-4中展示了一种采用了本发明的凸轮锁定机构的示例性的滑动组合斜角锯,它用数码10标示,展示只是用于说明的需要。本领域的熟练技术人员从下面的介绍、附图及权利要求中会容易地认识到:本发明的基本原则可等效地应用于滑动组合斜角锯,组合斜角锯,切断锯,摇臂锯、台锯,或区别于附图中所示的用于说明的那种锯的其它种类的锯。同样,本领域的熟练技术人员也会容易地认识到,本发明的凸轮锁定机构的基本原则也适用于对工件进行作业的其它类型的机动或非机动设备。这类设备包括(但不局限于):开槽锯,单轴成形机(Spindle Shapers)或砂带机,或从本发明的凸轮锁定机构中获益的其它类型的机动或非机动装置。
参看图1-4,滑动组合斜角锯10具有一基部组件12,一工作台组件14,一独特的壳体组件16,一锯刀片18,一刀片保护器20,及以驱动方式连接于锯刀片18的马达22,一手把24及一护板组件26。工作台组件14固定于基座组件12的方式使之可为斜角切割提供调整性而转动。工作台组件14的转动改变锯刀片18相对护板组件26的角度,但仍维持锯刀片相对于工作台组件的垂直度。为了将工作台组件14锁定于基座组件12,可以起动一锁定机构28。
壳体组件16连接于工作台组件14的方式使之可相对工作台组件14转动,从而为斜面切割提供可调整性。正如本领域中熟练技术人员可以体会到的那样,对斜角和斜面角的调整可以单一进行,也可以同时进行,以便提供一种斜角和斜面的组合切割。壳体组件16的转动改变了锯刀片18相对于工作台组件14的角度,而又维持其相对于护板组件26的垂直度。为了将壳体组件16锁定于工作台组件14,可起动一锁定机构30。
参看图1-5,本发明针对的是壳体组件16,以及将其锁定于相对工作台组件14成任一期望斜面角度的锁定机构30。壳体组件16包括支承壳32,壳32安装了一对用于相对壳滑移的支承臂34。锯刀片18,刀片保护器20,马达22及手把24均安装于一驱动壳36,驱动壳又以可转动方式安装于支承臂34。驱动壳36向下朝工作台组件14的转动使刀片保护板20打开,并切割由工作台组件14及护板组件26支承着的工件。在工件的大小超过锯刀片18的切割宽度时,支承臂34相对壳体32的滑动可允许将驱动壳36及锯刀片18拽过工件。
现在参看图5-8,支承壳体32以可相对工作台组件14转动的方式支承在钢轴40上,轴40固定在工作台组件14上,并从工作台组件14向后延伸从而确定了支承壳体32的枢轴线42。轴40插入工作台组件14内的支承孔44中,并用横销46将其固定,销46穿过横穿轴40的孔47及位于工作台组件14内的一对相应的定位孔48,孔48大致垂直于孔44,并穿过孔44。在轴40的确定出孔47那一端的相对端上有一螺纹短柱50,短柱50如后所述那样用于支持及调整锁定机构30。
锁定机构30有一凸轮52,一手柄54,一推力轴承55,一组垫圈56及一锁紧螺母58。一旦支承壳体32以可滑动和可转动方式安装在轴40上,就将凸轮52以可滑动方式安置在轴40上相邻于支承壳体32处。凸轮52有一D形通孔60,孔60与轴40的一相应的D形部份62配合,从而可允许凸轮52沿轴向在轴40的D形部份62上滑动,但不能相对轴40转动。凸轮52还具有斜角凸轮表面64,凸轮表面64具有一组安置在凸轮52的背向支承壳体32的径向表面上的斜台。凸轮表面64如下所述那样用于与手把54相配合。
手把54以可滑动可旋转方式安置在轴40上邻近凸轮52的外侧处。手把54具有一与凸轮52上的斜角凸轮表面64相配合的斜角凸轮表面66,该表面66也有一组斜台。支承壳体32,凸轮52及手把54用推力轴承55,一组垫圈56及锁紧螺母58保持在轴40上,螺母58拧在轴40的螺纹柱50上。
当斜角凸轮表面64、66如图7所示完全接触时,支承壳体32可在轴40上自由转动,以便改变锯刀片18的斜面角。一旦选定了所期望的斜面角就使手把54相对轴40转动。手把54的转动使斜角凸轮表面64、66相互错开,从而沿轴向推动支承壳体32和凸轮52。支承壳体32与工作台组件14接触后,继续转动手把54就迫使支承壳体32进入工作台组件14而将两者锁在一起。这两者的锁定可通过沿顺时针或反时针方向转动手把从而使凸轮表面64,66错开来实现。手把54的双向锁定能力简化了向中位两侧的斜面角的调整。用螺钉将指示板68固定在支承壳体32上,以便操作者设定某一特定的斜面角。指示板68上配设有一对允许对板68如本领域公知的那样进行调零(Zeroadjustment)的槽。
本发明亦在壳组件16内结合两个附加特征。这两个附加特征是锁销机构70及强制止挡机构72。锁销机构70包括一压紧簧74及一个珠76。将压紧簧74与珠76放入支承壳体32内的一盲孔78中。孔78的端部被制作得盖住珠76,从而使得珠76被弹簧74推靠向孔78之形成端的同时尚被留在孔78内。工作台组件14包括一对锁销槽80(见图8),锁销槽形成在工作台组件14的表面。锁销槽80的位置被选择得当支承壳体之斜面角在中位两侧达到31.62°时,珠76就落入锁销槽80内。在斜角锯10被调整得用以切割凹口模(Cove moulding)时,斜面角31.62°是合乎期望的。虽然本发明对只有一对锁销槽80的情况进行了介绍,如果需要的话,于一些常用的斜面角度位置处提供一些额外的锁销槽也在本发明的基本精神范围内。
强制止挡机构72有一压紧簧82,一止挡杆84,一凸钮86及一组可调整止挡块88。压紧簧82插入一台阶形孔90内,并且孔90延伸着穿过支承壳体32,这样使弹簧与在孔90内形成的台阶靠贴。然后将止挡杆84穿过弹簧82及孔90,将弹簧82夹于杆84与台阶孔90之间。杆84的一直径缩小的部份92穿过壳体32后插入在凸纽86上形成的槽94中。凸钮86以可转动方式固定在一对支柱96上,这对支柱96由一对螺钉98构成并形成壳体32的一部份。一旦被固定于支柱96,凸钮86之转动就使止挡杆84沿轴向在壳体内的一止挡位置和松开位置间移动,弹簧82将止挡杆84推入止挡位置。
在位于止挡位置时,止挡杆84穿过壳体32并进入工作台组件14中,以便使之能与展示于图8中的一组可调止挡块88中的一个相结合。在此推荐实施例中展示的工作台组件14,在0°斜面角处及在中位两侧45°斜面角处有可调整止挡块88。每个止挡块88有一壳98及制有螺纹的止挡螺栓100。每个壳98被表示为与工作台组件14是一个整体件,但是如必要的话,将壳98做成单独构件,然后将它们固定在工作台组件上也在本发明的范围内。每个壳98确定一螺纹孔102,止挡螺栓100就拧入螺纹孔102中。止挡螺栓100为止挡杆84提供一表面,如此实施例中所示,在壳体32位于0°或斜面角处于从0°起在±45°处时,两者进行接触。每个止挡块88的可调整性是通过止挡螺栓100与壳98之间的螺纹连接提供的,这种可调整性允许使用者精确地调整这些特定的斜面角。当斜面角需要变化时,转动手把54,使壳体32从工作台组件上松开,在壳体32在轴40上转动时,也使凸纽86在支柱96上转动,以便将止挡杆84从工作台组件14中拽到止挡杆84不接触螺栓100或壳98的一位置上。

Claims (5)

1.一种对工件进行加工作业的装置,它具有:
一工作台;
一固定于所述工作台上的轴,所述轴具有一轴线;
一支承一马达及一由所述马达驱动的加工工具的支承壳体,所述支承壳体置于所述轴上邻近所述工作台处,所述支承壳体可沿所述轴作轴向移动,并可绕一转动轴线作横向枢轴转动;以及
一用于将所述支承壳体锁定在一预定的横向位置的锁定机构,
其特征在于,
所述锁定机构包括一安置在所述轴上的手把,所述手把可在两个方向上相对于所述轴转动,从而当所述手把从所述轴上的一个中间位置向两个方向转动时,所述手把推动所述支承壳体与所述工作台进行接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括一个安置在所述轴上位于所述手把和所述支承壳体之间的凸轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述轴的轴线基本上平行于所述转动轴线。
