(4) paving: paving and sticking the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the base layer cured in the step (3), wherein the paving and sticking are carried out by adopting special bonding mortar, firstly, thin batch of the special bonding mortar is carried out on the back surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste, then, a layer of special bonding mortar with the thickness of 25mm is paved on the ground of the base layer, the surface, containing the special bonding mortar, of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste is placed on the special bonding mortar on the ground of the base layer according to the requirement, and a rubber hammer is used for tapping the decorative surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste until the soft and beautiful soft stone paste is compact and; the special bonding mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 27 parts of cement, 13 parts of silica fume, 14 parts of fly ash, 25 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 50-80 meshes, 28 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 30-60 meshes, 0.6 part of aluminum chloride, 0.17 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.2 part of calcium chloride, 0.2 part of sodium gluconate, 0.2 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.4 part of retarder and 0.25 part of water reducing agent;
(5) pointing and cleaning: cleaning and pointing the seam after the soft and beautiful soft stone is laid for 24 hours, wiping impurities in the seam of the soft and beautiful soft stone before pointing, and pointing the seam by using a seam beautifying agent; and cleaning the surface of the soft and beautiful stone paste after the crack beautifying agent is solidified.
Example 3
The construction process of attaching the soft and beautiful soft stones to the indoor floor decoration in the embodiment comprises the following process steps:
(1) base layer pretreatment: firstly, cleaning dust and sundries, and locally repairing by using leveling putty to ensure that the construction ground cannot have the defects of hole bulging, cracking and sanding;
(2) base layer treatment: carrying out two-time construction on the pretreated base layer by using special putty, wherein the first construction thickness is 1mm, the second construction thickness is 0.5mm after drying for 4 hours, and after drying for 4 hours, polishing by using sand paper of more than 80 #; the special putty consists of the following components in parts by weight: 33 parts of cement, 12 parts of fly ash, 17.5 parts of Nanjing red sand with the particle size of 120-180 meshes, 17.5 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 80-120 meshes, 0.3 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and 0.7 part of tartaric acid;
(3) maintaining a base layer: carrying out watering maintenance on the base layer treated in the step (2) at least twice, wherein the interval between every two times of maintenance is 3 hours;
(4) pre-paving, selecting soft stone plaster according to the design requirement of drawing, pre-paving according to the drawing requirement, adjusting and exchanging the size, color and texture errors in the pre-paving until the optimal effect is achieved, and stacking the stone plaster orderly for later use according to the paving sequence
(5) Paving: paving and pasting the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the base layer after maintenance in the step (3), firstly popping up elevation control lines on the periphery of the wall body before paving and pasting, and popping up cross lines on the ground to control the separation size of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste; then, paving and pasting are carried out by adopting special bonding mortar, firstly, thinly batching a special bonding mortar on the back surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste, paving a layer of special bonding mortar with the thickness of 25mm on the ground of the base layer, placing the surface, which contains the special bonding mortar, of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the special bonding mortar on the ground of the base layer according to the requirement, and tapping the soft and beautiful soft stone paste surface until the soft and beautiful soft stone paste surface is compact and flat and meets the requirement by using a rubber hammer; the special bonding mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 27 parts of cement, 12 parts of silica fume, 13 parts of fly ash, 27 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 50-80 meshes, 28 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 30-60 meshes, 0.7 part of aluminum chloride, 0.17 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.21 part of calcium chloride, 0.15 part of sodium gluconate, 0.22 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.45 part of retarder and 0.3 part of water reducer;
(6) pointing and cleaning: cleaning and pointing the seam after the soft and beautiful soft stone is laid for 24 hours, wiping impurities in the seam of the soft and beautiful soft stone before pointing, and pointing the seam by using a seam beautifying agent; and cleaning the surface of the soft and beautiful stone paste after the crack beautifying agent is solidified.
Example 4
The construction process of attaching the soft and beautiful soft stones to the indoor floor decoration in the embodiment comprises the following process steps:
(1) base layer pretreatment: firstly, cleaning dust and sundries, and locally repairing by using leveling putty to ensure that the construction ground cannot have the defects of hole bulging, cracking and sanding;
(2) base layer treatment: carrying out two-time construction on the pretreated base layer by using special putty, wherein the first construction thickness is 2mm, the second construction thickness is 1mm after drying for 6 hours, and the second construction thickness is polished by using sand paper more than 80# after drying for 6 hours; the special putty consists of the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of cement, 10 parts of fly ash, 18 parts of Nanjing red sand with the particle size of 120-180 meshes, 12 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 80-120 meshes, 0.5 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and 0.5 part of tartaric acid;
(3) maintaining a base layer: carrying out watering maintenance on the base layer treated in the step (2) at least twice, wherein the interval between every two times of maintenance is 3 hours;
(4) pre-paving, selecting soft stone plaster according to the design requirement of drawing, pre-paving according to the drawing requirement, adjusting and exchanging the size, color and texture errors in the pre-paving until the optimal effect is achieved, and stacking the stone plaster orderly for later use according to the paving sequence
(5) Paving: paving and pasting the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the base layer after maintenance in the step (3), firstly popping up elevation control lines on the periphery of the wall body before paving and pasting, and popping up cross lines on the ground to control the separation size of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste; then, paving and pasting are carried out by adopting special bonding mortar, firstly, thinly batching a special bonding mortar on the back surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste, paving a layer of special bonding mortar with the thickness of 30mm on the ground of the base layer, placing the surface, which contains the special bonding mortar, of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the special bonding mortar on the ground of the base layer according to the requirement, and tapping the soft and beautiful soft stone paste surface until the soft and beautiful soft stone paste surface is compact and flat and meets the requirement by using a rubber hammer; the special bonding mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of cement, 10 parts of silica fume, 10 parts of fly ash, 30 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 50-80 meshes, 20 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 30-60 meshes, 1 part of aluminum chloride, 0.2 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.3 part of calcium chloride, 0.3 part of sodium gluconate, 0.3 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.6 part of retarder and 0.4 part of water reducing agent;
(6) pointing and cleaning: cleaning and pointing the seam after the soft and beautiful soft stone is laid for 24 hours, wiping impurities in the seam of the soft and beautiful soft stone before pointing, and pointing the seam by using a seam beautifying agent; and cleaning the surface of the soft and beautiful stone paste after the crack beautifying agent is solidified.
Further, in order to demonstrate the advantageous effects of the present invention, the present invention provides the following comparative examples for further illustration.
Comparative example 1: the indoor floor decoration is carried out on the soft and beautiful soft stone finished product paste by adopting the conventional paving process in the prior art, and the method specifically comprises the following process steps:
(1) base layer pretreatment: firstly, cleaning dust and sundries, and locally repairing by using leveling putty to ensure that the construction ground cannot have the defects of hole bulging, cracking and sanding;
(2) base layer treatment: priming the pretreated base layer with leveling putty, applying mortar in layers, wherein the first construction thickness is 1-2 mm, after drying for 4-6 h, the second construction thickness is 0.5-1 mm, after drying for 4-6 h, polishing with sand paper of more than 80 #;
(3) maintaining a base layer: carrying out watering maintenance on the base layer treated in the step (2) at least twice, wherein the interval between every two times of maintenance is 3-5 h;
(4) paving: paving and pasting soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the base layer after the maintenance in the step (3), wherein the paving and pasting adopt a method of 1: 3, dry and hard cement mortar, wherein the thickness of the bonding mortar is controlled to be about 25-30mm, plain cement is scattered on the dry and hard cement mortar, a proper amount of clear water is sprinkled, a soft stone sticker is placed on the cement mortar according to requirements, and a rubber hammer is used for lightly knocking the soft stone veneer until the soft stone veneer is compact and flat and meets the requirements;
(5) pointing and cleaning: cleaning and pointing the seam after the soft and beautiful soft stone is laid for 24 hours, wiping impurities in the seam of the soft and beautiful soft stone before pointing, and pointing the seam by using a seam beautifying agent; and after the crack beautifying agent is solidified, cleaning the special surface of the soft and beautiful stone sticker.
In the comparative example, the leveling putty in the steps (1) and (2) is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 1% of rubber powder, 30% of No. 325 cement, 5% of ash calcium powder, 20% of calcium carbonate powder, 0.3% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 40-80-mesh 43.7% of quartz sand; 1 in the step (4): the 3-dry-hard cement mortar is prepared by mixing 1 part by weight of 325# cement with 3 parts by weight of medium sand and adding 0.6 part by weight of water.
Further, the present invention also performed performance tests on the soft and beautiful soft stone patches spread and attached by the construction process of applying the soft and beautiful soft stone patch of the present invention to interior floor decoration in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and the test results are shown in table 1:

From the test results, compared with the conventional construction process, the construction process provided by the invention is used for indoor floor decoration of the soft and beautiful soft stone sticker, and the paved soft and beautiful soft stone sticker has the advantages of flatness, no alkali return and high construction speed, and meets the construction standard requirements.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. It is not necessary or necessary to exhaustively enumerate all embodiments herein, and obvious variations or modifications can be introduced thereby while remaining within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (7)
1. A construction process for pasting soft and beautiful stones on indoor floor decoration comprises the following process steps:
(1) base layer pretreatment: firstly, cleaning dust and sundries, and locally repairing by using leveling putty to ensure that the construction ground cannot have the defects of hole bulging, cracking and sanding;
(2) base layer treatment: carrying out two-time construction on the pretreated base layer by using special putty, wherein the first construction thickness is 1-2 mm, after drying for 4-6 h, the second construction thickness is 0.5-1 mm, and after drying for 4-6 h, polishing by using sand paper of more than 80 #;
(3) maintaining a base layer: carrying out watering maintenance on the base layer treated in the step (2) at least twice, wherein the interval between every two times of maintenance is 3-5 h;
(4) paving: paving and pasting the soft and beautiful soft stone paste on the base layer cured in the step (3), wherein the paving and pasting are carried out by adopting special bonding mortar, firstly, thin batch of the special bonding mortar is carried out on the back surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste, then, a layer of the special bonding mortar with the thickness of 20-30 mm is paved on the ground of the base layer, the surface, containing the special bonding mortar, of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste is placed on the special bonding mortar on the ground of the base layer according to the requirement, and a rubber hammer is used for tapping the decorative surface of the soft and beautiful soft stone paste until the soft and beautiful soft stone paste is compact; the special bonding mortar consists of the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of silica fume, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 50-80 meshes, 20-30 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 30-60 meshes, 0.5-1 part of aluminum chloride, 0.15-0.2 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of calcium chloride, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium gluconate, 0.1-0.3 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.3-0.6 part of retarder and 0.2-0.4 part of water reducer;
(5) pointing and cleaning: cleaning and pointing the seam after the soft and beautiful soft stone is laid for 24 hours, wiping impurities in the seam of the soft and beautiful soft stone before pointing, and pointing the seam by using a seam beautifying agent; and cleaning the surface of the soft and beautiful stone paste after the crack beautifying agent is solidified.
2. The construction process of attaching soft and beautiful stones to interior floor decoration according to claim 1, wherein the special putty in the step (2) is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 12-18 parts of Nanjing red sand with the particle size of 120-180 meshes, 12-18 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 80-120 meshes, 0.1-0.5 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and 0.5-1 part of tartaric acid.
3. The construction process of pasting soft and beautiful stones on the indoor floor decoration according to the claim 2 is characterized in that the special putty in the step (2) is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 33 parts of cement, 12 parts of fly ash, 17.5 parts of Nanjing red sand with the particle size of 120-180 meshes, 17.5 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 80-120 meshes, 0.3 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and 0.7 part of tartaric acid.
4. The construction process of pasting soft and beautiful soft stones on indoor floor decoration according to claim 1, wherein the special bonding mortar in the step (4) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 27 parts of cement, 12 parts of silica fume, 13 parts of fly ash, 27 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 50-80 meshes, 28 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 30-60 meshes, 0.7 part of aluminum chloride, 0.17 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.21 part of calcium chloride, 0.15 part of sodium gluconate, 0.22 part of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.45 part of retarder and 0.3 part of water reducing agent.
5. The construction process of applying soft and beautiful soft stones to interior floor decoration according to claim 1, wherein the base layer treatment in the step (2): and (3) carrying out construction twice on the pretreated base layer by using special putty, wherein the construction thickness of the first time is 1mm, the construction thickness of the second time is 0.5mm after drying for 4h, and the base layer is polished by using sand paper more than 80# after drying for 4 h.
6. The construction process of soft and beautiful stone stickers in indoor floor decoration according to claim 1, characterized in that, before the paving in step (4), pre-paving is performed, firstly, according to the design requirements of drawings, the soft and beautiful stone stickers are selected and pre-paved according to the requirements of drawings, the size, color and texture errors appearing in the pre-paving are adjusted and exchanged until the best effect is achieved, and the soft and beautiful stone stickers are stacked orderly for standby according to the paving sequence.
7. The construction process of soft and beautiful stone stickers on indoor floor decoration as claimed in claim 6, wherein before said paving in step (4), the elevation control lines are popped up around the wall body, and the cross lines are popped up on the floor to control the separation size of the soft and beautiful stone stickers.
