Description

Water-out cream capable of being instantly dissolved and rapidly cooled after being applied and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-out cream, in particular to a water-out cream which is instantly dissolved and quickly cooled after being smeared and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently available creams often incorporate alcohol or cooling agents (such as menthol or menthol derivatives) in the formulation in order to impart a transient cooling sensation and an illusion of rapid absorption to the person when applied. The alcohol is very volatile, and can take away moisture on skin when being volatilized, so that the skin is dry. Long-term use of alcoholic cosmetics may damage the horny layer of the skin, cause a decrease in skin resistance, and may cause skin inflammation. The volatility and irritation of mint are great, so that the cooling effect is strong and short, and the flavor of essence is covered due to the special mint flavor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-discharging cream which is free from alcohol and a freshener, can bring cool feeling when being applied and can generate strong water feeling. The water-outlet cream disclosed by the invention is added with the stearyl heptanoate, namely the emollient which is melted at 23-27 ℃, is quickly melted at body temperature and absorbs skin heat when being applied to the skin, so that the water-outlet cream brings a cool feeling, is soft and smooth without greasy, and has a cool skin feeling, and is fresh and non-greasy in the water-outlet cream. The water-yielding cream has a blue frost-like appearance, gives people a cool feeling visually, is quickly melted and brings a real cool feeling when being applied on the skin, and can release fine and dense water droplets to generate a strong water feeling.
In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows: a water-off cream which can be instantly smeared and rapidly cooled, wherein the water-off cream comprises an A phase and a B phase, the A phase comprises liquid oil, an emulsifier and wax, the B phase comprises a humectant, an inorganic salt and water, the wax comprises stearyl heptanoate and ozokerite, and the water-off cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4-9% of the liquid oil, 3-6% of the emulsifier, 3-6% of the stearyl heptanoate, 3-6% of the ozokerite, 5-8% of the humectant, 0.5-0.7% of the inorganic salt, and the balance of water.
Preferably, the liquid oil comprises cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and dioctyl carbonate.
Preferably, the water-yielding cream comprises 3-6 wt% of the cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and 1-3 wt% of the dioctyl carbonate.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, and PEG-10 dimethicone. The emulsifier used herein is a compound produced by sun jin duty SCIENCE co., ltd, trade name: WaterDropSil.
Preferably, the humectant comprises glycerin and 1, 3-propanediol.
Preferably, the water-outlet cream comprises 3-5 wt% of the glycerin and 2-3 wt% of the propylene glycol.
Preferably, the inorganic salt comprises sodium chloride.
Preferably, phase B also includes a suitable amount of a preservative. More preferably, the preservative is present at 0.6% by weight of the cream.
Preferably, the phase B also comprises a proper amount of pigment. More preferably, the pigment accounts for 0.00025% of the weight of the water-yielding cream.
The invention provides a preparation method of the water-out cream, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the components in phase A at 85-90 deg.C;
(2) mixing the components in phase B at 80-85 deg.C;
(3) slowly adding the phase B obtained in the step (2) into the phase A obtained in the step (1) under a stirring state, and maintaining stirring for 5-10min after the addition is finished;
(4) homogenizing for 1-3min, stirring, and cooling to obtain the water-out cream.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a water-yielding cream which is free of alcohol and a freshener, has unique appearance and skin feel, has a blue frost-like appearance, gives people a cool feeling visually, is quickly melted and brings real cool feeling when being applied to the skin, and can release fine water droplets to generate strong water feel. Giving the user both visual and skin-feel pleasure.
