BB cream comprises 0.2-3 wt% of film forming agent, 6-20 wt% of mixed toner, 2-7 wt% of emulsifier, 7-20 wt% of grease, 0.2-3 wt% of thickening agent, 5-20 wt% of humectant, 0-0.2 wt% of pH regulator, 2-10 wt% of skin-feel regulator, 0.05-0.2 wt% of perfume, 0.5-4 wt% of preservative, 0.4-2.0 wt% of other functional components, 0.05-0.1 wt% of disodium EDTA and the balance of water; wherein the film forming agent is selected from at least one of polyquaternium-46, polyquaternium-44, polyquaternium-16, polyvinylpyrrolidone, VP/methacrylamide/vinyl imidazole copolymer, VP/VA copolymer and acrylic acid (ester)/tert-butyl acrylamide copolymer.
Further, the mixed toner contains titanium dioxide and ferric oxide toner, wherein the ferric oxide toner is selected from at least one of ferric oxide yellow, ferric oxide red and ferric oxide black.

1) dispersing titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide black, iron oxide yellow, isononyl isononanoate and C20-24 olefin uniformly by using a homogenizer or a colloid mill for later use.
2) Putting polyglycerol-10 decaoleate, cetyl sodium stearate alcohol, propyl heptyl caprylate, tocopherol acetate, bisabolol, coconut oil alcohol-caprylic/capric acid ester, propyl hydroxybenzoate, glyceryl stearate citrate and the mixture obtained in the step 1 into an oil phase pot, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring, homogenizing and dispersing uniformly.
3) Putting glycerol, propylene glycol, disodium EDTA, xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, gellan gum, methylparaben, disodium cetyl stearyl sulfosuccinate, ethanol and polyquaternium-46 into an emulsifying pot, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding pure water, gradually heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring.

The clinical experimental conditions were: random volunteers 50, aged 20-40 years, wherein 10 people who had taken sensitive skin (i.e. thin skin, easy allergy, obvious red blood streak on face, easy skin redness and fever, skin sensitive to environmental factors, seasonal changes and irritation of facial care products) were assured.
