本发明涉及一种芳纶纤维的表面处理剂,属于芳纶纤维技术领域。该处理剂包括间苯二酚20‑30份、甲醛40‑50份、丁苯吡胶乳10‑20份、水溶性环氧树脂10‑20份、己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯10‑15份、润湿剂3‑5份、酰胺树脂5‑10份、去离子水80‑120份。经过本发明处理剂处理过的芳纶纤维制备的复合材料具有比未经处理的复合材料更佳的综合力学性能。

一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维处理剂,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种芳纶纤维的表面处理剂,属于芳纶纤维技术领域。
背景技术
芳纶纤维是一种具有高度取向结晶微区、主链中含有芳香基的聚酰胺类纤维材料。由于分子链段中庞大苯环的位阻作用,酰胺基团与其它原子或基团发生反应的难度很大,纤维表面具有较大的化学惰性,因此芳纶纤维与基体的粘合性能很差,必须进行特殊的工艺处理降低纤维表面取向度或采用化学方法在纤维表面增加部分活性基团,如-COOH、-OH、-NCO和一NH等,这些基团可与橡胶基体通过化学反应生成共价键或通过分子间的诱导作用提高纤维与橡胶材料的界面剪切强度和粘合性能。
20世纪80年代,荷兰阿克苏公司开发出一种粘合活化剂,只需用它对芳纶纤维表面进行一次处理即可使纤维与橡胶的粘合性能达到较高水平,但这种方法成本较高,经活化处理后的芳纶纤维物理性能有所下降。
国内有人研究了一浴活化液为水基环氧树脂,二浴浸渍液为间苯二酚一甲醛胶乳(RFL)的二次浸渍工艺以及采用RFL/活性粘合剂的一次浸渍工艺处理芳纶纤维。采用二次浸渍工艺处理芳纶线绳,一浴液应尽量不用可降低韧性的浸渍材料,但又必须保证浸胶后的线绳具有良好的粘合性能。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂,该处理剂能够有效地对芳纶纤维表面进行处理,使其制得的复合材料具有更佳的综合力学性能。
为了实现上述发明目的,其具体的技术方案如下:
一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂,其特征在于:包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
间苯二酚 20-30份
甲醛 40-50份
丁苯吡胶乳 10-20份
水溶性环氧树脂 10-20份
己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯 10-15份
润湿剂 3-5份
酰胺树脂 5-10份
去离子水 80-120份。
优选的,一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂,其特征在于:包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
间苯二酚 21份
甲醛 46份
丁苯吡胶乳 12份
水溶性环氧树脂 19份
己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯 13份
润湿剂 3.6份
酰胺树脂 6份
去离子水 110份。
本发明所述的甲醛的含量为30-37%。
本发明所述的的固含量为40-45%。
本发明带来的有益技术效果:
本发明采用多种与芳纶纤维表面具有较佳亲和性的原料,经过一系列化学和物理反应,制备了经对芳纶表面涂覆后能有效改进芳纶纤维与橡胶、环氧树脂等多种基体树脂结合良好的芳纶纤维表面处理剂。经过本发明处理剂处理过的芳纶纤维制备的复合材料具有比未经处理的复合材料更佳的综合力学性能。

间苯二酚 20份
甲醛 40份
丁苯吡胶乳 10份
水溶性环氧树脂 10份
己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯 10份
润湿剂 3份
酰胺树脂 5份
去离子水 80份。

一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂,包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
间苯二酚 30份
甲醛 50份
丁苯吡胶乳 20份
水溶性环氧树脂 20份
己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯 15份
润湿剂 5份
酰胺树脂 10份
去离子水 120份。

一种芳纶纤维表面处理剂,包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
间苯二酚 25份
甲醛 45份
丁苯吡胶乳 15份
水溶性环氧树脂 15份
己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯 12.5份
润湿剂 4份
酰胺树脂 7.5份
去离子水 100份。

在实施例1-3的基础上:
