本发明公开了一种中药治疗玫瑰糠疹，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：生石膏28g，地黄28g，牡丹皮6g，赤芍6g，知母6g，金银花6g，连翘6g，竹叶6g，生甘草6g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。

中药治疗玫瑰糠疹及制备
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于玫瑰糠疹治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
玫瑰糠疹是一种疹色如玫瑰，有糠秕状脱屑的急性炎症性皮肤病。起初往往发于躯干、 颈部或四肢某处的较大皮疹，称为母斑，约1-2周后出现继发斑，并有不同程度的瘙痒。其 病因不明，多见于春秋季节，病程在6-8周，一般可自行消退，但亦有少数患者病程持续半 年至数年，故本病的治疗目的在于缩短病程，减轻症状。中医称玫瑰糠疹为“风热疮”或 “母子癣”等，认为本病多由过食辛辣厚味，或情志抑郁，日久化火，致血热内蕴，复感 风邪，郁闭肌肤腠理而成。近年来，玫瑰糠疹患者明显增多，严重影响患者生活质量。目 前西医无特效药物，一般给予抗组胺药物、外用激素软膏等对症治疗，副作用大，效果不 明显，只能缓解症状，治标不治本，容易反复。中医药治疗玫瑰糠疹历史久远，方法多样， 分型治疗，专病专药，而且现代中成药口服方便，副作用小，所以越来越多的学者将治疗 玫瑰糠疹的希望目光转向中医药领域。
本发明用于玫瑰糠疹治疗的中药配方，针对玫瑰糠疹病因病机，泄热化毒，清营凉血，针对玫瑰糠疹引发的肌肤赤肿，自觉发痒，低热，头痛，全身不适，咽喉痛，关节痛或淋巴结肿大等症状的治疗具有显著效果，且疗程短，见效快，安全无毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药制剂及其制备方法，其疗效确切， 安全性高，能有效减轻瘙痒、皮损数目、红斑、鳞屑等症状，并降低其复发率，可作为治疗玫瑰糠疹的理想药物。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：生石膏28g，地黄28g，牡丹皮6g，赤芍6g，知母6g，金银花6g，连翘6g，竹叶6g，生甘草6g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。
发明用于治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药汤剂，选择天然药物，针对玫瑰糠疹病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，地黄、牡丹皮、赤芍清营卫、化斑散瘀；知母、生石膏清除肺胃与肌肤之热，泻火除湿而不伤胃气；金银花、连翘表邪辛散，解毒清热而不伤阴；竹叶清热透散、除利尿烦热；生甘草解毒和中。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药汤剂，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生石膏28g，地黄28g，牡丹皮6g，赤芍6g，知母6g，金银花6g，连翘6g，竹叶6g，生甘草6g。
实施例2：如果患者浮肿，在上述组分中加冬瓜皮28g，茯苓皮28g。
实施例3：如果患者舌苔黄厚，在上述组分中加黄岑8g，马尾连8g。
实施例4：如果患者湿重、皮损渗出，在上述组分中加茯苓8g，泽泻8g。
先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于玫瑰糠疹护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
用于临床观察病例90例，男33例，女57例，年龄15～45 岁，诊断标准：
初起皮损为孤立的玫瑰色淡红色斑，上覆有细薄鳞屑，1-2周后，颈、躯干及四肢近端逐渐出现大小不等的椭圆形玫瑰色淡红斑，状同母斑，边缘覆有游离缘向内的细薄鳞屑，皮损长轴与皮纹平行；皮损常伴有不同程度的瘙痒；本病有自限性，病程一般为 4-8 周。
2、疗效标准
痊愈：皮损消退，瘙痒消失，临床可留有褐色色素沉着斑；
显效：皮损消退≥70％，瘙痒明显减轻；
有效：皮损消退 40％-69％，瘙痒减轻；
无效：皮损消退 <40％。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈68例，随访未见复发；显效 13例，有效6例，无效3例，总有效率96.67％，中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
典型案例：
赵某，女，23岁。患者1年前上肢出现玫瑰色红斑，呈对称性分布，斑片中间有细碎的鳞屑，瘙痒，心胸烦热，口苦，肢体烦重。予以扑尔敏、维生素 C、葡萄糖酸钙等抗过敏治疗，效果欠佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，皮损明显好转，红色斑片渐消，痒感减轻；继续服用2个疗程，皮损全部消失，治愈，半年后随访无复发。

1.一种中药治疗玫瑰糠疹，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生石膏28g，地黄28g，牡丹皮6g，赤芍6g，知母6g，金银花6g，连翘6g，竹叶6g，生甘草6g。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗玫瑰糠疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括冬瓜皮28g，茯苓皮28g。
3.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗玫瑰糠疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括黄岑8g，马尾连8g。
4.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗玫瑰糠疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括茯苓8g，泽泻8g。
5.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗玫瑰糠疹的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服。
