本发明的技术方案:一种红枣小分子肽复配的固体饮料及其制备方法,以大枣肽粉,银耳肽粉补脑健心益气活血。虎掌菌肽粉含大量人体必须的氨基酸高营养物质“抱朴圈”,舒筋活血补五脏,益肠胃养肝。蘑菇肽粉益气开胃,提高免疫力。黑芝麻肽粉。香菇肽粉含铁元素治疗贫血和正常代谢,高营养食品。菠菜肽粉,藕肽粉,胡萝卜肽粉,黑豆肽粉,苦瓜肽粉。老人头菌肽粉含丰富蛋白质,可治气血两亏。蜂蜜是长寿食物。其它未列举得小分子肽也有补血健体的作用。再取多糖(抗肿瘤)、维生素、微量元素、精油等做辅料(在生产小分子肽时,先将本发明中所用的食材中,所含的多糖,维生素,微量元素、精油分离单独提存)。这些主料和辅料经过称量、混合,制颗粒、干燥、包装制成肽颗粒。

1、取大枣肽粉15%,黑芝麻肽粉15%,菠菜肽粉10%,银耳肽粉5%,香菇肽粉5%,藕肽粉5%,胡萝卜肽粉5%,黑豆肽粉5%,苦瓜肽粉5%,老人头菌肽粉5%,虎掌菌肽粉10%,蘑菇肽粉5%,蜂蜜粉10%。
2、经称重、混合机混合10分钟,混合均匀。
3、用烘干机干燥。
4、取从本发明中所用食材,在提取小分子肽中,分离提存的多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油。
5、取混合肽粉,配多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油(按食品添加剂国标规定添加配比),用混合机混合均匀。
6、用制粒机制成一定规格的肽颗粒。
7、用包装机包装成所需规格。

1.一种红枣小分子肽复配的固体饮料的技术特征为:
(1)取大枣肽粉15%,黑芝麻肽粉15%,菠菜肽粉10%,银耳肽粉5%,香菇肽粉5%,藕肽粉5%,胡萝卜肽粉5%,黑豆肽粉5%,苦瓜肽粉5%,老人头菌肽粉5%,虎掌菌肽粉10%,蘑菇肽粉5%,蜂蜜粉10%。
(2)经称重、混合机混合10分钟,混合均匀。
(3)用烘干机干燥。
(4)取从本发明中所用食材,在提取小分子肽中,分离提存的多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油。
(5)取混合肽粉,配多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油(按食品添加剂国标规定添加配比),用混合机混合均匀。
(6)用制粒机制成一定规格的肽颗粒。
(7)用包装机包装成所需规格。
